We came here late one Saturday evening because our group wasn't quite ready to call it a night and we ended up almost closing the bar down! It's your typical bar - a step above from a "dive" bar, in my opinion. The staff was nice and we got our drinks quickly. The gin and tonic was reasonably priced and tasted as expected. Overall a perfectly good late night drinks option with friends, but it was very very loud. The music was blaring and the people were trying to top it with their conversations. Went to Drunken Cobra while in town for Summerfest. It was walking distance from where we were staying. We had heard that it is typically pretty busy on the weekends, but it was pretty empty when we went on a Friday around lunch time. I got the DC mule, and it was so good! I would highly recommend it if you're a mule fan. My husband and I shared the Red Dot Poutine and the Fulton panini. Both were delicious and came out pretty quickly. We were both a big fan of their tater tots. Overall, a great stop for a drink and some good food! read more

They only brought out my order. 5 minutes later they informed us that they didn't have any Brussels which is the reason my wife wanted to come here. I definitely warmed up to the Cobra on our return visit. It's still loud but it was during a Brewers game so that's cool. We did try food this time and they've got really good chicken and the Mister enjoyed his burger. I enjoyed happy hour wine and very friendly service. Have gone a few times...... I missed Red Dot and I thought it would be similar. Same owner. I still miss Red Dot. What I like: karaoke, trivia, bingo.... great specials. The drinks are OK. The specials.... but the FOOD is amazing. My favs are the Brussel Sprouts, chicken egg rolls with jerk sauce, and the $7 cheeseburger special..... great deal. Drinks fast, food slow. Went here for lunch one Saturday during a Wisconsin football game, which was my first mistake. They limited their food menu during this day, so my sister and I couldn't try what we really wanted to try on the menu. The bartenders were nice and if you sit at a table, you're supposed to order at the bar, but they weren't busy yet and came to take our order at the table. My sister ordered the honey wings and I ordered a chicken sandwich with tots as a side. The food took about 20 minutes to come out and it was just okay. My sister thought her wings tasted sort of burnt and when she tried one of my tots, she said the same thing. I didn't mind the tots being crispy and not oily. The food is nothing special to be honest. The bar itself is pretty cool though with ample space and good drinks. I think this is better as a bar spot and not a food spot, but with a limited menu, I may be a little biased. I would go back for drinks, but I'm not sure if I would get any food again. I think everyone should try it for themselves though to get the Tosa experience. read more

My new favorite spot in Tosa. Staff is always friendly and super attentive, drinks are reasonably priced and the food is outstanding. Their old fashioneds are great! They know how to party. They have trivia, karaoke, and lots of great bands and artists performing here. They play a lot of old school hip hop and reggae, which is something I'm a huge fan of. Their patio outside is nice and secluded even with a gas station next door and there is plenty to walk and see in the area. Amazing addition, keep up the good work! read more

Man, I REALLY wanted to love this place! The food was great and the vibes were definitely on par but the service....... Ugh. We were literally the first people in the door as we walked up and the door was unlocked as we approached. We sat down and went over the menus and waited, and waited, and waited. Well, we didn't see the sign when we walked in so, my bad. Meanwhile, the three people behind the bar, the apparent owner or manager, and another female that clearly worked or was involved there somehow, could've mentioned that when they saw us sit there for almost 15 minutes. OK, moving on. We ordered drinks and food and were given our drinks right away. We were a party of four, two couples. My friends food came out within 10 minutes and we waited, and waited, and waited. 15 minutes after our friends food came out I asked the bartender would we be getting our food she said oh yeah it's coming right out, right out apparently is another seven minutes. Sidenote, all four of us ordered the chicken and waffles, so it was the same entrée. My friends were almost completely done eating by the time our food even came. The bartender seemed to not care that the food came out at such incredibly different times my husband, then needed a water and went up to the bar, it literally took him nine minutes to get a glass of water and come back to the table. Another sidenote, it was not that busy. I truly did enjoy the food, and I really loved the concept of the hip-hop ranch and enjoyed the music. The lack of care or concern for the fact that the service was completely sub. Par is very offputting. I would love to come back and give the place a second try, but my husband was so bothered by the situation that I don't feel there's any redemption. I would definitely suggest putting it on your menus that people must go to the bar to order because we were not the only people that had this issue during the time we were there. I would definitely also recommend that you train your staff to at least act like they cared, that the customers were extremely inconvenienced. in my opinion, they didn't care because I had already tipped them $10 on a $40 bill before I ever received my food or drink. read more

But we came here with a group of 6 for dinner because the menu looked good. We got here at 6:30 and by 7, they turned up the music so loud that we legit had to yell to hear each other. While here, there were so many people getting absolutely trashed. We had to order our food at the bar which is fine but sucked when the food came out at different times. By the time I was done with my burger my friends had just gotten their nachos. I will say the food was good. So maybe it would be better to come here for lunch if your wanting to enjoy a meal with friends and actually converse without loosing your voice. read more

Looked at us as we walked in, then went to his friends at the side of the bar, stared at us, and didn't serve. We stood there for about 10 minutes before we left. No idea what that was about. Last night, pretty full, same dude and a woman tending bar. Walked in, and this really nice guy cleared a table for us and sat us. He wasn't behind bar: either off duty, a manager, or both. Not the owner. Got 2 rounds from the woman tending, the guy stayed away and kept sitting down at the bar. Was going ok, then service stalled again. Waved over woman bartending, who was hammered drunk. She got snippy that she was busy. Which was true, if you count screwing around on your phone and doing shots with friends as work. Nearly every time I go in here, just want it to be good. Then, find myself annoyed and disappointed and walking over to Camp for pricey drinks. And every time, have a good experience at camp with lots of attentive staff... wishing other places nearby would get it together. read more

My Bf ordered a caesar salad with chicken. It was the size of a side salad. The chicken was an extra $4, came in a plastic shot glass sized container and cold. It was $16. Check out salads at Bullwinkles or The Neighbors, now those are salads! I had a grilled cheese, but the bread was not grilled at all. Usually a grilled cheese is golden brown, the bread had no color at all. Very strange. The tots were really good. I would never return. read more

This place was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Passing through Milwaukee, I thought I'd stop at what appeared to be a unique Wisconsin experience. Things started out ok, the decor was cool and the drink I ordered first came right away. I ordered the "k-dog salad" for $8 because I wasn't too hungry. When the salad arrived, the waitress threw it on the table and ran away as if she knew something was up. The "kdog salad" ended up being wet, brown, and slimey lettuce and the croutons were as far as I could tell, white bread with mold on it. Nothing else on the plate, not even salad dressing. I got the manager's attention as politely as I could which was difficult because it seemed they were more concerned with making sure the staff had their "5 o'clock shots" rather than take care of new customers. When I did finally get a hold of the manager he was obviously drunk and told me I was "being a lesbian c**t" for complaining that they were out of tomatoes and I didn't deserve to get a refund or new plate. I was so angry I left in tears. Please do not visit this establishment unless you want to be abused. read more

Severely understaffed. I know everyone is these days and I consider/brace for this when I go out; but some places just should not open if they are this short staffed. I really enjoyed the nachos and cheap but tasty burgers. The bartender is top notch, but he was also overwhelmed on this Saturday afternoon. There was around 25-30 people at the bar and tables. He needed to serve them all drinks (many ordered Bloody Marys which takes time to make) while taking their food orders and running food out. It was clear many were annoyed by this while trying to feed their hungry kids. The bar food is good, but you better be extremely patient if you come here. This is my new favorite place. Great drinks, outstanding food, wonderful people, and a fantastic atmosphere. This is my new hangout. From the first moment I set foot in the place, I felt welcomed in accordance with the place's mantra: "We are all friends here." Something is going on every night from great music to trivia to my favorite, Monday night bingo (love those callers!). The place has a wide and changing beer menu, a great bourbon and scotch selection and the bartenders remembered me after one visit. The food, which they just started serving this week, is fantastic. We went to this establishment on a Friday and ordered food.First off the girl behind the bar was incredibly rude to us and ignored us do to the fact apparently her friends were more important then us. When we finally got her attention she seemed rather bothered by us.All we tried to do is get a drink and place a order...We did like the ascetics of the place, but the music was way to loud and sorry the music just didnt fit the vibe of having a relaxing evening with some friends at all. As we were sitting there we noticed there was no social distancing no walking around the bar with masks enforced by the bartenders. Nothing! If you do recall we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Seemed like they cared nothing about the well being of their customers what so ever. It was a complete free for all..Being a newer business you are not exempt from safety..I get you want to rake in the money but seriously. So finally we got our food thinking ok the pain is almost over not so much..The food was so basic i could of made this at home.It was nothing special at all.
