Where do I start? I made a mistake by booking this place. I booked it over a year ago and said I'll never stay here again. I travel all over Arizona. My plans change constanly. I book the room in the morning and usually arrive late. I booked this room Oct 24, 2025 thru booking.com. I reserved a king room. I arrived around 11 p.m. to check in. The clerk stated that they didn't have any king rooms available, they shampooed the carperts and they are not dry, I have a double queen. I said I booked a king room, if you do not have it cancel my room and I'll find another place to stay. To my surprise she found a king room and stated that she would have to inconvience another guest (not my problem). She snatched up my card and charged it $128. I got to the room on the 3rd floor in the back no elevator. The windows and door was facing the wall in the breese way. there was a ramp going down to get into the room (the floor was lower to the door seal. I turned on the lights and this was horrible, a slight smell of mold, the ceiling had big stains and cracks from leaking, the entire paint job in the room was horrible (looks like someone tried to stretch a pint of paint for the entire room). This room was actually a suite with a kitchen. The refirgerator looks like it was sitting outside in the elements and put in the room complety filtly inside and outside. The cabinets looked like they were picked out of a dumpster, the stove had a red light on it showing the electrice burners were on, the oven was gross. The floors were not swepted or mopped. The walls had stains all over them drip markes to the floor. The double couch was gross, I moved it from the wass and there was enough dirt and dust to grow weeds. There were white shavings (powder) from sanding the walls all over the edges of the walls, The tile job on the floor lookes like a 6 year old did it, huge gaps all around the base boards. Every light swith was dirty and reused with different paint and stains, a light over the sink was out. You could not close the bathroom door from inside the bath room without standing in the tub, it was only about 6 to 8 inches between the door and toilet. The light above the mirror was a plug in type flurencent light bar that some stuffed into a box and covered it up. The tub was black and old, you could see where the shower mat had been removed, the caulking around the tub and tiile was horrible and over used, this included the baseboards around the toilet and next to the door by the tub. There was dust all over the head board that banged if you touched it, the same all over the one night stand. The drapes had water stains all over them from where it leaks inside. I took photos. When I checked out I asked for the manager and got the excuse that the manager is out and will not be in tell next week. I beleive that this is a family member that owns this hotel. There was a guy there that she was talking to also I believe a family member. Ramada this place is horrible and for you to allow them to use your name is embarrassing.

This place looks nothing like it's website!! We went with this one because we didn't want to pay as much as those fancier hotels nearby--but the website showed this one being pretty nice as well. Walked into the lobby and there were boxes EVERYWHERE! Was like walking thru a minefield. We got to the room and it was super hard to park our cars because there was an RV parked right at out spaces. The hotel was dark and had a funky smell to it. We opened the window to air it out a bit. Figured we would just deal as it was only one night and we would only be there to sleep. The room was dirty--beds were clean--but that was the extent. We were given a half a roll of tp--nothing else. The fridge and freezer still had food in it. The bathroom walls were cracking and peeling. After our adventures that day, we returned to the room to find the AC stopped blowing air. I thought I must have hit something wrong--so played with the controls a bit and it turned back on. Whew! After 10 minutes, it stops again. It never stayed on the way it should have. We had to bring in a fan and sleep with the window open. Come morning-we made some coffee in the room, we needed one more pouch. We called to the lobby and he said he would bring us some down. That never happened. So we walked down to the free breakfast-which was also part of the small lobby. It was so crammed in there-people could hardly move. With Covid still being a "thing" and nobody wearing masks, it felt uncomfortably awkward. We then asked the guy at the front for one more towel--there were three towels and four of us. He said "I will bring them to you as soon as I am done with this" and gestured to the continental breakfast set up to his right. This meant 10am...we needed to shower and be out of the room by 11am--hardly was going to work. We ended up flagging down one of the housekeepers who nicely gave us a clean towel. All in all--the hotel was overpriced for condition of things.

We got here to check in at almost 1pm, bc we previously called and asked for early check in. There was no one there when we walked in, there was a sign that said we will be back. The breakfast area was a MESS, keep in mind, it's 1pm. We went outside to wait for someone to come to the front. Finally I decided to call the hotel and someone came out when the phone rang. Idk about y'all but I think first impression is everything. Specially at a place you're going to be sleeping at. A young man came out with what looked like his pjs. His sandals were holding on for dear life. I just think it's need to be professional or at least business casual. We get our room and not only does the room smell like sewage, but there's a big hole/dent on the bed. I call the front desk and the guy goes "okay let me go look" like if I was lying. When he came to the room he apologized about the bed but said nothing about the smell. He moved me rooms. The room was better but the smell was still there, not as bad as the first room but it was there. The next day, our keys stopped working twice, no they were not in my wallet or by my phone bc I specifically know that deactivates them. Both of the times the ladies were rude, looking at me like if I was the one that did something wrong, saying how I shouldn't have them by my phone & I told both of them that was not the case & keep in mind our room was not by the lobby, it was across the property so there we were walking back and forth bc the keys were not working. The second floor walk way looks like it's sagging and there are tiles on the ceiling that are coming off or are opened. The shower, is only a shower head was a pipe coming straight from the ceiling which was odd. We asked for late checkout and they only gave us 30 extra minutes, until 11:30am, which is weird bc website says they do it until 1pm. They also tried charging us twice & we're not picking up the phone to fix it. Jessica from Ramada is trying to charge us $150 for "smoking" in the room when there was no smoking. Denied us to speak with a manager and denied us the phone number for us to speak to someone. This happened after I posted this review, I came and added this at 5:15pm. Over all, I think the place needs to be more professional & the building definitely needs some help. I will not be staying here again .

Mattress is comfortable. There is a lot of parking. That is the good stuff. Oh. Only cost $82. We had to switch rooms because it smelled like cigarette smoke. Paint is weird. Shower walls were partially painted. Flagstaff water is pretty darn good but the water they had at the breakfast was disgusting. Tables were wobbly, chairs were falling apart. Paint equipment was exposed. Bathroom in lobby was loud and weird. One room I went to visit a friend you could see mold in hot bathtub. Hope I do not return.

The hotel is pretty cool, it fells like it was remodeled lately. Clean and accommodated quite well. The room has fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. The front desk person is super nice and friendly. The only problem was tab in the bathroom; I had a hard time to turn it on. Overall, great place to stay! And of course the price is affordable!

Ok so I usually don't stay at two star hotels. I'm just passing through Flagstaff so I thought I would go cheap. Note to self: don't go cheap. Room smells like cigarettes. Shower is dirty. Walls are dirty. Weird dude sitting is his car intently watching the hotel. On a positive side: I like that there is a fridge and microwave in the room and that my room hasn't been broken into yet. I'm packing so... Update: I'm eating the continental breakfast. It was VERY good! So good that I added a star to my review. My daughters and I had no problem getting nice a full.

    Really..

This hotel is disgusting! The only reason I gave it a star is because the staff is really nice. Wyndham should be ashamed of their company. The room was gross, definitely not covid cleaned. Nothing was cleaned, I had to call for wipes to wipe down stuff. There was graffiti on the frame of the bed, the walls were gross, the mattress was stained and there was hair everywhere.

Overpriced and basic maintenance is clearly being ignored. Bathroom was gross. The grout had mold and needed a good scrubbing.

Blue, the front desk associate, has some of the worst communication skills I've seen in customer…read moreservice. He is extremely hostile and quick to raise his voice to yell at customers. He seems mentally unbalanced and is not a good face for the business. I made a reservation online and arrived with a small camper in tow. Blue immediately assured me that it wouldn't be possible for me to park anywhere on the premises, though I'd already paid to stay the night. When I asked "surely you aren't that busy, the parking lot has many open spaces", he raised his voice to yell at me that as a policy they do not accept oversized vehicles and I needed to find somewhere else to stay. I am a young woman traveling alone and grown men yelling at me is scary, so I left the premises to find another hotel to stay at. I called the agency I booked the hotel through to cancel the reservation. Blue reassured them on the phone that he can't do a refund because one guest can only take up 2 parking spaces. My car and camper can detach and take up exactly 2 spaces. This detail would have been helpful to hear initially instead of being yelled at and shooed away so I could resolve the situation. Because I booked another hotel room at Blue's insistence, and then he refused me a refund. I returned to the hotel to clarify with Blue that I would have liked to know the bit about being able to take up 2 parking spots because I could have fixed the problem and stayed there instead of paying for 2 hotels, but he started raising his voice at me, telling me the blatant lie that he "was trying to tell me that, but I wouldn't listen", and continued to scream at me to get off his property. As long as this man is working here, I'd recommend staying far away from this business. I've added some photos of the space in the parking lot for reference.

The staff when I arrived was nice and welcoming. Lee was working and she's absolutely wonderful. This being said- I switched rooms three times within the first 10 minutes. First room was cleanish but smelled of smoke and although it's listed as smoke free- the room next to it was cracked a foot and there was a man smoking in his doorway. The second rooms beds were made but the bedding was unusually wrinkled, I pulled both back and there was body fluids and tons of hair all over the sheets. The third room that we actually stayed in under the repeated phrase of "it's just one night and we don't have to shower", the linens were clean but it was gross. Phone had dirt all over it and was sticky, there was crumbs all over the floor (didn't realize it until I took my socks off and walked to the bathroom and then we put shoes on anytime we walked on the floors afterwards), there is dirt build up everywhere and in every nook and cranny of the room, it looks like at one point they painted or resealed bathtubs and they are all peeling, there is stuff wiped all over the walls, the elevator/stairs/everywhere that's a common area is gross. The people diagonal under us were outside drinking and being loud until at least 2am. Never again. I already cancelled our two upcoming reservations we had there.

This was two items they charged an extra $50 for. The "fan" was supposed to cool the room after 30 minutes but blew hot air out no matter what setting. This demonstrated lack of any oversight or care that a room in such deplorable conditions was even offered to a paying guest. I demanded my money back or that they make it right. We paid for a 6 night stay. The next room they moved us to was much better. The microwave was clean and the fridge worked. Turned on the "fan" and the room cooled to near freezing. We stayed our 6 nights. I believe this place has a long term stay area were there are sketchy people that I see holding signs on street corners. And I firmly believe they have substandard conditions there because they claimed their air conditioning was broken. Maybe in that one building but no fan will ever cool a room to near freezing. That's air conditioning. I believe they have a guest section where everything works and then a long term stay where they could care less that anything works. The location is convenient to a highway, Walmart, fast food and restaurants. Parking is plentiful. We packed our bags and headed up to Flagstaff for some reprieve. A little nervous taking our 2 year old but based on the reviews, we took a chance. I'm beyond grateful we did. Our hotel room was exactly what we needed, two beds, plenty of space, updated, mini fridge, mini microwave, bathtub to bathe little, super comfy beds and blackout shades to get some well deserved rest (if you have kids - you know). We only checked out the restaurant for breakfast and it was okay - nothing amazing but also not bad. The waitstaff were very pleasant and timely. The amenities are what really stole the show. The park was actually perfect for our toddler to run around, get dirty and make some new friends. It's well designed to accommodate kids of all ages and actually entertained me as mom too. We met plenty of other parents there with their littles which made it that much better. We planned to check out the pool but our son was on explorer mode so the trails, basketball court and park took up his time. The only downside to our stay, was that our bathtub drain was clogged so our showers were so fun with standing water up to our ankles. We did call a few times but no one ever came to fix it (maintenance was tied up with the pool I later heard and it was a holiday weekend so maybe they were short staffed). I called and spoke with the front desk who offered us a comp toward our bill for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Overall we had a lovely stay and plan to return in the winter for their Christmas festivities.
