I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

Instead of listening, he immediately became aggressive and confrontational. I stayed respectful and simply said, "There's no need to get upset. I'm only repeating what I was told. If that's not your policy, that's okay." The fact that he responded that way to a polite customer says a lot about how this business is run. I thanked him, took my shirt, and left. Afterward, I looked up their Yelp page, and their low rating made complete sense. The second dress was orange, and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned at all. In fact, it appeared to have even more stains than before. I paid $40 to have both dresses cleaned, and I regret not inspecting them before leaving the store. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost of the service. Based on my experience, I will not be using this dry cleaner again. I would recommend that others inspect their garments before leaving, or consider taking their clothing elsewhere.

The person who answered seemed irritated that I was asking questions and responded in a rude and dismissive tone. When I tried to ask for clarification about the pricing differences, she did not take the time to explain and instead spoke in an impolite manner. The call was ended before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel confident giving them my business.

When I returned to the store, the man behind the counter said, "Oh right, I was wondering about that." That told me he and his team were already aware the dress had been damaged, yet no one mentioned it when they returned it to me. They didn't take responsibility, nor did they apologize. I demanded a refund, and while they did refund the cleaning cost, I would not recommend this business. I no longer trust them to properly care for delicate garments, especially items that require gentle handling.
