To say I am shocked would be an understatement. They did an amazing job, even trying a second time on a few of the more stubborn stains to basically make this dress from 1993 almost look new again! The staff, particularly the front desk employee (whose name began with "D"), was rude and dismissive. I was then told I could go pick it up myself from the plant where they outsource the cleaning -- a 25-minute drive each way. I ended up spending an hour driving to retrieve my own order, and when I asked the owner for a reasonable price adjustment for the inconvenience, he refused, stating he couldn't give it to me "for free" -- even though I never asked for that. He eventually offered a $15 credit for my next visit but made no apology and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I paid the full price, received poor service, and was treated with indifference. There was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, or basic customer courtesy. I would not trust this business again -- especially if your items are time-sensitive or important.
