They took great care of my garments, and everything came back looking spotless, pressed perfectly, and smelling fresh. Even delicate items were handled with care and looked as good as new. Their turnaround time was quick, pricing was fair, and customer service was outstanding. It's hard to find a dry cleaner you can truly trust, but this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. I'll definitely be coming back!

They have never disappointed and the prices have always been fair. I've gotten alterations, dry cleaning, and a wedding dress preserved. They were always honest with expectations and clear if a stain might not come out. Recently I took my military uniforms there and they did an AMAZING job tapering the legs. For anyone that has had uniforms, they are all the same length and need to get hemmed which makes it tough for slimmer, shorter people. My pants were too wide at the base of the legs and it just didn't look good. They tapered the pants down so they fit better, looked more professional, and still within regulations. They also took some stains out of my summer whites! If you are military and in the area, I highly recommend getting your uniformed serviced here.

I entrusted Door to Door Cleaners with one of my designer garments--a Prada shirt--and they…read morecompletely ruined it. What followed was an exhausting, ridiculous, and frankly infuriating attempt to get this resolved that only made things worse. After countless failed attempts to reach someone in charge, I was finally put in touch with the owner, Sajid, who admitted fault and promised to replace the shirt. He specifically told me I'd receive a new shirt with proof of purchase from an official Prada retailer. I have these promises in writing. But when I went to pick it up? What I received was an absolute joke: * No garment bag * No tags * No receipt * And the shirt looked used--as if someone pulled it out of the back of a closet To make matters even worse, the cashier at the location was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. When I calmly asked her to contact management to help resolve the issue, she flat-out refused. I was left with no choice but to call the police to document the incident. (Yes, it's that bad.) I even have photos of the so-called "replacement" shirt they tried to pass off to me. Since then, Sajid has gone completely silent--no responses, no accountability, nothing. This place is the definition of shady, and they clearly have zero respect for customers or the high-value items they're trusted to care for. I am now pursuing legal action against Door to Door Cleaners and highly advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of professional, ethical cleaners in L.A.--this is NOT one of them. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

I mention the labels because I was "up-charged due to the quality of my garments" according to the woman who told me I owed $169.00 at pickup. (The prior cleaning for my jacket was 25.00 at another cleaners & it looked fantastic.) I was in literal shock and the woman gave me a significant discount because I was a new customer and I had not been given any estimate/prices prior to leaving my clothes; I told her I would NEVER have agreed to $169.00 for 2 items to be dry cleaned! She was exceptionally gracious and attempted to make things better. I will not be returning and it's too bad...it's close and convenient for me but the prices are exorbitant.

I don't live close but the alterations done on my clothes have been so amazing it is worth the drive. I have taken my oversized suits, formal dresses and gowns to get them altered and you would think I bought it that way. Incredibly professional and such a delight to visit. It can be pricey but I think when you are altering very expensive clothing, it is worth it. Especially with the way clothes are made so by heap nowadays. If you have a good base/foundation to work with and good fabric... do what I did and save the clothes! Get them altered here. You won't be sorry

Part 1 of the experience-…read more So far the service one would expect from a Mom (Maria) and Son (Fernando) duo is what's expected- Excited (The Son Fernando); attentive (The Mom Maria); engaging ( the Son Fernando compliments women picking up wedding dresses and talks sports with the fellas)- All AMAZING qualities to keep customers coming back- Especially on Saturday - Depending on what you are looking for in customer service, although AMAZING, the attention and excitement could be overwhelming- The customer service experience appears to be built on excitement and immediate response to customers entering the shop- We ALL like immediate response and attention to detail, however, we have our movements when we want calm, cool and collective- Wedding dresses were being picked up quickly, on time and without complaints from 4 soon to be Brides, a prom dress was being altered, while Maria took alterations in my three piece suits- Lastly, suit bags or other agency cleaner bagging options for your clothes will not be held or accepted. Instead, they ask that you take the bags you bring the clothes in, back home with you- be prepared to leave with the bags you bring- Attention to detail will be instrumental in the final review of the experience, as this is my first time using their services- Stand bye- May 19

I had brought all my items into the store at the end of November a week before Thanksgiving. The missing item was not included with my other clothes that I also brought for dry cleaning when I picked everything up the next week (some other items also required alterations). Notably, none of the dry cleaned clothes had plastic covering on them (this was not the first time this has happened) and I had to carry out my clothes in a pile. Unfortunately with the holidays and work/life circumstances, I did not realize this item was missing until recently. I stopped by this week to ask if the trousers were still there. The lady running the business did a very cursory examination and blamed the missing item on me for not checking the total count of items earlier, even insisting she included this item in my original pickup in November. She did not even want to see a photo of the pants in question or listen to my description of the item. I blame myself for not keeping better count of what was dropped off and for not checking in earlier. I blame the business for allowing this situation to happen and for their response when I asked for a check of the store to locate the item. I was told that they were not responsible for items left over 3 months. I picked up my clothes on 11/25 and checked the store this week, which is within the 3 month window. My hope is the pants are truly lost and were not taken or sold by the business. They were a very expensive pair of designer trousers and it would be a shame if they weren't actually lost....
