He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Day of they were on time, friendly, communicative, able to work with me to keep my cats safe yet out of the way, and my vents are now so clean. Afterwards, they walked me through what they found in the vents and even let me know that they smelled gas downstairs, which led us to find out we had a gas leak. It was filthy because I haven't had it cleaned in a while. Although I wish I would have asked to see the dust in the machine just to measure how much dust had accumulated over 3 years. I feel good that I am breathing cleaner air and do not notice dust everywhere like before. I do think the pricing of the duct cleaning is a bit expensive for an apartment unit and the amount of time it took to clear out dust.
