October 2017, I had wet carpet in my spare bedroom so I notified my home warranty company who immediately sent a plumber. Before the plumber even started work to identify what turned out to be a slab leak under my shower, he called Dry Tech. They appeared within an hour or two and immediately set up driers and humidifiers. Javier was very professional, respected my property by taping down paper to protect my wood floors leading to the carpeted bedroom. The reps pulled up the carpet, padding, and wet baseboards, and disinfectant was sprayed to prevent mold. I had a flood happen at my house from a pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom which went on to affect my entire dining room area directly beneath. To top it off, I ended finding out around 12:30 at night. What a nightmare... I went to my laptop and tried to find someone to come out the next morning. So when my toilets overflowed and drained down into my kitchen, Ramiro and his crew were here in 20 min's. The crew was very respectful of my house, very clean and efficient. They helped me deal with my insurance company and even made a special trip out to help me talk to them. Four days after my initial flood I had a second flood on the other side of the house and Ramiro allowed me to keep the fans and humidifier over the weekend to help dry out the room that got flood at no extra charge.
