I understand that an occasional bad drink can happen, which is why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, after four visits, the experience has been consistently underwhelming. The atmosphere and service have been pleasant, but the matcha quality has not met expectations, especially considering the price point. I hope they revisit their matcha preparation process, as I'd love to see improvements and be able to support a local business.
