Small place but lots of bagel options and variety of cream cheeses. Tried the garlic bagel with plain cream cheese and the Asiago with plain cream cheese. Both toasted and tasty. Came here based on the recommendation of a coworker and happy to say that it was a great choice. It's a small cute cafe tucked away in a strip mall right off of the 91. My wife got the canyon special and I got the powerhouse on sesame and Asiago bagels, respectively. The bagels are on the fluffier side, and both the sesame and Asiago bagels had copious amounts of topping on the outside. Cute lil cafe in Anaheim Hills with cold and hot sandwich options. All their sandwiches come on either a bagel or croissant of your choice. They have an assortment of drinks, coffee and boba drinks. You order at the counter and they call you up when your order is ready. The hot tuna sandwich I got on a croissant was delish. The bagels are crispy on the outside but soft and appropriately chewy/doughy on the inside, and generously spread with cream cheese. Friendly staff made great recommendations. They were also playing great oldies music while we were there. We each ordered the classic breakfast sandwich which came on our choice of bagel (we chose jalapeño and parmesan) with the option of bacon, sausage, or ham along with egg and cheddar cheese. We also ordered a chocolate bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The sandwiches were piping hot, fresh, and tasty. The bagels here are incredible. In curiosity, I could see all of the wonderful food and drinks offered. I love coffee and there were plenty of options on the board. Red Velvet or Parmesan bagels, for example. There was a good variety of cream cheese flavors and toppings. I didn't notice until afterward that they will hollow your bagel. My favorite to get is their egg bagel and their Asiago bagel. Staff is always friendly and super nice every single time I've been here and the shop overall has that mom and pop feel to it inside. Based on that response I asked that my bagel not be toasted. When u got my sandwich the bagel was not fresh at all. It was stale and broke apart with every bite. Also a bagel should have a crunchy exterior this was essential a dry bread. It was mediocre at best. I think I'm just spoiled by delicious food in the Bay Area. I've tried the nearby chain stores (bagel me) and they are overpriced and not fresh. Not snobby about chains.. is loved Einstein bagels found in metros or in San Diego. The visits are very hit and miss here with customer service and experience. I think sometimes the staff are distracted or don't seem to care too much - which is totally normal and ok by me; service industry is Hard. What's gotten me disappointed is the smell of cleaner on the bagels lately.
