It's convenient because there is an on-site groomer as well, so I have my girl brushed out once a month. She's a Klee Kai and sheds like nobody's business. It's great being able to check in during the day on the cameras and check on my dog. I also like that there are scheduled rest times so the dogs don't get overstimulated. That's when fights happen. I have referred many people here and will continue to do so. During a recent pedicure at Angel Nails, I noticed the Zoom Room so I told my husband about it and he signed us up for a free intro class. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest person and the front desk. She got us checked in and took our pup's first day photo - adorable. After getting checked in we waited and browsed their merchandise which included a lot of training treat options that we hadn't seen before. When it was time for class to begin, we got settled at our station. The trainer was kind and funny and taught us a few new things. Our puppy was very excited and interested in the other dogs but we eventually got her to pay attention to us about halfway through the class. Overall we had a good experience, but did find class to be a bit distracting with the various puppies and parents in attendance. We may consider returning for private training sessions in the future.

She's so caring, loving, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and FUN! She instantly feels like that best friend/family type. She's just so great! I contacted her one day after a very unsuccessful training session with another company. Feeling defeating and like our puppy would never learn anything, I reached out in a panic. She not only contacted me right away but took her time to speak with me over the phone to get a feel of our puppy, my other dogs, my household, and me! She took detailed notes and reassured me all will be okay. The very next day we started our first lesson. Risa showed up on time, treats in hand & ready to go! We learned so much on just the first session alone. She teaches not only your dog, but you as well. She will also help you go over your household to make adjustments if necessary. I took my Kitty to VEG on 8/13/26 when she was experiencing many symptoms, which included nausea,…read morediarrhea and no appetite. Upon walking in, she was triaged immediately, with no wait, and I could tell that the staff truly loved what they do, and showed so much compassion and respect towards myself and my pet. They ran blood and urine test, and received results within minutes, to assess her medical needs and made educated diagnosis in record time. Dr. Sean Cummings, went over the results with me in such a thorough manner and could clearly see which aspects of the report findings were causing her health problems. He had such a patient demeanor with my cat as well as other pets he was treating and his knowledge of pet health was very impressive. Erin was the Nurse caring for her, and stayed by her side handling everything from administering medications to cleaning up potty accidents, and made sure I was able to hold her on my lap between treatments, even though she had an IV. She was admitted overnight so they could monitor her, and I was welcome to stay with her as long as I wanted. Right before I left, Erin brought her an IPad so she could watch fishie videos in her kennel, which I thought was the sweetest thing! The open stations made it so nice to keep up on her status, and she was never taken out of my sight during her care. I was also able to call to check on her anytime to get updates. The next day, Dr. Krista Valentine assisted her, and checked in with me until I was able to return. They sent me her treatment estimate so I could review, and if there was anything I had questions on, they were thorough to explain. Milla was the Nurse who called me when her condition improved and I received immediate reports on her status, and she even gave her a bath when needed. While I was on my way to visit her, as she was expecting to need to stay another night, I got the best news, that she was ready to be picked up to bring home, which was such a blessing. Erin let me hold her while she got her medication ready. I could see a huge improvement in her, and she was so much happier and much closer to normal, compared to 24 hours earlier. It truly was a miracle how they were able to treat her health issues so quickly. She was diagnosed with pancreatitis, kidney disease and a urinary tract infection, and was severely dehydrated. Thank you to all the great staff for taking such great care of my fur baby, especially to Dr. Cummings, Erin, as well as Dr. Valentine and Milla. I want to give extra recognition to Erin, who was so exceptional, knowledgeable and thorough in caring for my Kitty, you set the bar high, and should be held as an example to other pet caregivers! I will bring her back for any urgent medical needs and will recommend your clinic to anyone who needs a pet hospital.

They provided a lot of helpful tips for puppies and the vet and vet techs were all so friendly and knowledgeable to work with. Fast forward a month or two and we were back when our pup cut the webbing between her toes. We were able to get in on Monday for stitches, later that week for bandage removal, and about a week later for stitches removal. They took such good care of her at each appointment. Junie always gets lots of love and treats at every appointment, and as a friendly but timid dog, she has no fear towards visiting the vet :)

They provide shampoos/conditioners, towels, slip leads, just about any grooming tool you'd need. They have ear cleaner, cotton balls, cologne spritz's etc. It's 1000000000% worth it. I bring my own shampoo and tools most days, but they always have sanitized equipment if you need it. Staff has always been wonderful as well, very quick to clean up behind people so tubs are ready and stocked for the next person. They're also quick to get you checked out in the lobby. You can also pay before you wash too, which I like to do since my dog always wants to go potty after their bath.

Since I was getting a lot of supplies (more than I had anticipated), the staff kindly let me leave my full (and heavy) basket at the cash register so I could continue shopping without having to carry my basket all over. It really eased my way and provided a calmer shopping experience. The associate at the register informed me of the PetSmart app and helped me create an account which was easy as 1, 2, 3! She was nice and friendly! I felt nervous purchasing so many items and was worried about what other people might think... but the register lady was very kind and helped to load my shopping cart. I have been frustrated elsewhere trying to get our picky dog the food he will eat and it has been here every time I go in. The store is also very clean, a little cluttered which is pet peave of mine, trying to navigate aisles and customers (and pets). Stores need to stop filling the aisles with product. (Past life I was a grocery manager). Employees in the store tend to ignore you, but the cashiers are polar opposite and make me leave with a smile.
