The breeder informed me that, to qualify for their guarantee, I needed to provide a photo of the frog upside down on top of the original shipping label. By the time this requirement was communicated to me, the frog had already been buried for several days. When I explained this, they told me I could instead place the frog on a piece of paper with my name and the current date written on it. Again, I explained that the frog had already been buried and was no longer available to photograph. I submitted the photo I had taken at the time of the loss, but the breeder repeatedly stated that it was not sufficient because it did not contain identifying information linking the frog to my order. While I understand the need for verification, I was never informed of these specific documentation requirements until after it was impossible to comply with them. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and customer service. Rather than considering the circumstances or the evidence I had provided, the responses focused solely on denying the claim because the exact documentation could not be produced after the fact. For a claim worth roughly $30, I would have expected a breeder to work with a customer in good faith, especially one who was referred by an existing customer and hoped to make future purchases. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that the guarantee was not handled fairly, and I will not be purchasing from this breeder again.

I'm not really sure what the smell was exactly, but we got used to it pretty quickly. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman with vibrant green hair who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He let me know some of the items I would need and which products were the best. We walked around a bit and checked out all of the critters - from snakes, to different types of lizards, to scorpions, tarantulas and even cockroaches! My daughter settled on a very cute 3-4 month old Bearded Dragon that we took home along with some essentials like a rock cave, fake plant, water and food dishes and even some Mealworms and Silkworms! The Serpentarium offers lots of different meal options for your critters as well - which is nice to know that it is a one stop shop! They carry the best brands for all of your tank needs as well. We were helped by another employee once it was time to check out and she was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The Serpentarium staff made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and answered all of my annoying questions with ease which I really appreciated. The Serpentarium will also take any surrendered reptiles as long as it is during operating hours which is nice to know that people have an option if they have no other choice. We will definitely be back to The Serpentarium to pick up more things for our new baby very soon! Check them out!

My roommate left his Cory fish behind, and he seemed so lonely. I just wanted to make sure he found a good home with friends. I was honestly a crying mess, but Marisol was so comforting and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident that my Cory fish would be happy here with other fish and he truly was. Seeing him settle in and look so happy meant everything to me. I also really appreciate that they allow you to surrender fish here. If you're ever in a situation where you can't afford to care for a fish anymore, or for any reason you're unable to keep him, you can bring him here knowing he'll be cared for properly and placed with other fish. Marisol's compassion and genuine love for animals (and people) truly stood out. You can tell she has such a big heart and really cares about what she does. My mom and I each purchased some fish and I purchased some decor. We were already super thrilled with this store when the unthinkable happened my mom I noticed looked like she was crying and when I ask her what was wrong I heard her blood sugar monitor go off. It was below 50 the picture you see was taken after the doughnut one of the gentleman at this location saw my mom was in peril and quickly acted and had the other gentleman working in the store bring up his snack bag of powdered sugar donuts, which saved the day I was able to get my mom back on track and some real food in her afterwards, but these guys definitely go above and beyond firstly with an amazing store and secondly with generosity thank you folks so much. Anytime a vet has less experience with birds, they consult with the other vets in the practice. We also like the ability to schedule online. And if we ever need to leave a voice mail, the office staff always gets back to us. Vet care is expensive, and a lot of the negative reviews seem to be people thinking they should not have to pay so much or get priority service over others. Pets are expensive, other people's pets are special to their owners, so take the negative reviews with a grain-of-salt. We will continue to come her for bird care.
