My husband and I have been customers here for several years. We have always been satisfied and impressed. Recently - we had an 'emergency' situation. My husband realized 10 minutes before closing that the order to be picked up contained business clothing necessary for a business trip the next day! He works in Worthington - I was on the other side of Dublin - and we were panicked!!! The customer service employee on staff that evening - despite needing to get somewhere herself - waited for me to arrive 10 minutes late just so my husband would have his business attire. Amazing! I brought in my mother's wedding gown after finding it in a cedar chest in her basement. She was married in 1943, we have not idea how long it was down there. Brian met me at the store and we went over it. He told me that they would test it and get back to me with an estimate and expectations. When he called he said $350 and they were optimistic. Three weeks later when I saw it I cried it was so perfect. It looked new. I could not believe they could do this. Their seemstress repaired some of the beadwork and lace. The cost was NOT $60.00 and you should learn to writer your own reviews not copy what your boss Greg's response was to the BBB you charged over $110.00 for a service was that was incorrect and by lying about what you charged is proof to me that you are lying about what work was done. the dresses WERE taken in on the sides not shortened and your staff was incorrect in marking the garments when I dropped them off. Maybe if you had a form for them to fill out this would not have happened. it has happened to you previously if you just read all the reviews on this site. shame on you Dublin Cleaners just own up to your mistakes read more

Outstanding service and price! I took my wine stained wedding dress to Dublin Cleaners and they took care of the stain, sewed buttons that were loose and preserved my gown in a beautiful keepsake box. They called to review the details of my dress before it was preserved and I received a hand written note describing my gown and wishing my husband and I a lifetime of happiness. I have used Dublin Cleaners home service more than 10 years. Great service, leave laundry bag on the front porch, few days later back pressed, never have worry like other services I used a long time ago where buttons would be missing, creases in the wrong spot. Wow. My new inlaws offered to have my wedding dress preserved for me as a gift, so I promised to do the research and upon reading good reviews, I sent my father in law to Dublin Cleaners. When I opened the huge box on Christmas, there was a long, handwritten note from the owner, with compliments on the style and fabric of the dress, instructions on how to best care for it, and well wishes for me in my new married life. I needed a dress shirt cleaned and pressed on short notice. I haven't needed dry cleaning done in a long time. I visited your website and called the Frantz Rd location. The personnel were very nice and informative on the phone. I was also able to pick up the pressed shirt the next day. I called a competitor and was told it would be a 2 day minimum. My conservative navy blue dress has a modest V-neckline. You did a good job with dry cleaning it but I still have a problem. One of the "V"'s is bent over so I still can't wear the dress because it's very noticeable. I was hoping you would have a small, stiff paper device I would just peel off before wearing.
