Honestly, this is the best damn pepperoni pizza I've had in the DMV. Get it fresh and you'll be in loveeeeeee. My dope boss orders this for us at my fun part-time job and we love it. The pepperoni is my fave but listen, the cheese and sauce is just good so toppings probs don't matter. The crust is just right. Not soggy, not too crunchy, just a good bite. The slices are big and satisfying, and everything tastes fresh without trying too hard. No greasy mess, no weird sweetness in the sauce. Just solid pizza that hits every single time. Duccini's is that spot you start craving out of nowhere. No frills, just fire pizza.

Been here once and I think it's okay. The best thing is that they give you a giant slice of pizza for around 10$. The pizza is okay for what it is. This place is designed for take out but there are a few tables but it is pretty cramp. Service is okay as you order from the front desk and wait.

Yummmmmm! I grabbed a cheese slice to take with me on a hungry walk home and was happily surprised. I walked in and did a pickup order. The process was easy and environment was very clean and clear cut. This slice lasted for two meals!

I normally don't leave reviews on to go places, however when I was very hungry, Diccinis really did come through! We got two slices, not expecting 1 slice to be the size of a normal medium pizza. They were HUGE, but great! Not great seating but that was okay because they had some high tops.

This is my to go to spot when I want really good New York style pizza in Washington DC. This small diamond in DC is my first place to eat when visiting. They never disappoint on the quality and quantity of the slices and pizza. If you haven't tried you missing out. It. 10 out of 10 and a fully recommend. Your taste buds will thank you

This is where you need to go to get a great deal on a huge slice of pizza. Bonus points if it's late night and you're drunk, they absolutely hit the spot. Fresh, cheesy and delish!!!

Being a New Yorker in DC, it's really been a quest to find gooooood pizza. It's taken me 12 years but I can share that Duccini's makes me feel like I'm in Brooklyn. From the limited seating, to the several orders coming in at the same time, there's a reason they've been around for so long. Their jumbo slices are about average price for the area but they are truly worth it. I especially enjoy the fact that I can never finish the whole slice and have leftovers for the next day! This is the best spot on a Friday or Saturday night for a slice and a soda.

to the guy that let me charge my phone at 12 am when I was lost. thank you. that was very kind of you and it saved me i ended up getting the jumbo cheese slice because i was starving and when i tell you that HIT and it was huge i was shocked when i opened the box! anyways what a wild experience at duccini's but in the best way, thank you cashier man you were very sweet

Talk about guilty, glutton joy! Duccini's passes all marks for me and hits the spot when it comes to getting a good, jumbo big slice in the DMV! It's also the perfect fix for those late nights or when hanging around the bar scene of the U Street Corridor / Adman's Morgan area in DC. I'm talking hot melted cheese, greasy pepperoni, crispy crust..... & a slice that literally can barely fit in the box! If there is a rival that takes me back to the reminiscent era of that good ol' greasy, flavor popping classic "high school cafeteria pizza" of back in the day....this is it!! Saucy, seemingly twice-cooked cheese, meaty pepperoni cups and a crust with a snap to the bite!......doesn't get any better than that!! Ordering is fast and simple. You walk in and choose from three options of: cheese pizza, pepperoni, or supreme. It's that simple. My go-to is the cheese pizza and pepperoni! Personally speaking, the supreme pizza is not worth it to me. The supreme topping pizza is offered as a big slice but be warned..... this pizza will set you back, about $15 a slice! You might as well order a whole pizza from somewhere for that price. Sorry Duccini's..... it's a bit pricey for me. But, all in all, great pizza and lots of food options here. Besides the big slice pizza....they sell whole pizzas, salads, pasta dishes, stromboli, gyros, subs and even desserts. The customer service is great as well and always friendly people here. The store front is mostly takeout, with a few bar-like table stands/stools for eating inside. I highly recommend stopping by to get a slice of pie in your life....or when in need of the perfect fix to tide you over --after a late night of hanging out/drinking before you go home "hangry!" :) Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5

Super cute little pizza shop. Been a couple times and both times I've been unable to take a picture of my pizza for about ten bucks I get a huge slice and a soda. If you want greasy, cheesy pizza this is your spot! The girl at the counter is so sweet and it's always pretty clean inside. Counter style seating and a few booths outside is all the available seating.

That month I had started Uber driving, was in this area of DC, had heard good things about Wiseguy, and decided to eat here. Although I don't like paying to park just to simply eat a meal, I sometimes will make an exception for convenience and/or if it's a place I really want to go. But for the most part, I'll go to restaurant where they have free parking or at least I can find free parking near the restaurant. I remembered getting a parking spot very close and feel like I feed the meter like 50 cents in 2014 parking prices for a quick 30 minute meal. They have all kinds of varieties of slices from the standard toppings or just cheese to fancy ones. Although the pizza is fairly thin, but average for New York style pizza. I tried Andy's Pizza 11 years later in 2025, and while it was solid although not as good as Wiseguy, my real complaint with Andy's was that the pizza is very thin, where I was hungry very soon later; so a much worse value as pricing is comparable to Wiseguy. Wiseguy slices are big, and the pizza is top notch New York style. I went to this location a couple of more times after my initial August 2014 visit as I loved the pizza. Then, they opened up other locations. I went to Navy Yard one at least twice, once after a Nationals baseball game after a disappointing loss for my 4th favorite baseball team, Texas Rangers. Sorry Nats fans, but Nats are in my bottom 10 teams. I also went to Rosslyn & Pentagon City location, where parking isn't quite as bad. They even had a Wheaton Mall food court location, which I got to experience once, but they sadly closed. Every experience with Wiseguy has been positive.

He knows I love pizza and knows my favorites, and he said I would enjoy the spot. I went in with no expectations and I was greeted by such a welcoming little spot. They were playing some great jams and showing 2000s music videos on the TV. Was this place made for millennials? My friend and I sat at the bar... There were several tables we could have done as well. Further in, there was a register and a digital menu showing the prices of the spices and the combos. We were also handed menus -- one food menu and one drink menu. It turns out they have a lot more than just pizza! And they do cocktails, beer, wine, canned cocktails, sodas... It's a lot! I decided to do a slice of classic cheese and mumbo magic with their house favorite frozen margarita. The cheese, the crust, the sauce... It's $5 a slice, and in my opinion, totally worth it! While the cheese slice was great, the mumbo magic was even better. Each bite was bursting with flavor and it didn't even need red pepper flakes! This is saying a lot, but I think I like this pizza better than Wiseguy! Great frozen margarita too, but it was REALLY really cold. I saw the menu that they have froyo too, which is cool. Usually just the plain tart and a flavor of the day. I went over to the machine to inquire about what the flavor that they was, but they didn't have one that day. But the tart one? It was so delicious! When I go out I never just have the plain flavor, but it really tasted so good. Next time, I'd be excited to try some of the toppings with it It appears to be newer, and I really hope this spot does well. And there is so much more pizza to try!

They offer a great variety of toppings, and I appreciate that you can order either by the slice or as a whole pie depending on how hungry you're feeling. Now, let's address the service. It was definitely on the snarky side, bordering on rude. Under most circumstances that would knock a star off for me, but honestly... that's part of the authentic pizzeria experience. Having spent plenty of time in the city, I almost would've questioned the legitimacy if everyone had been overly cheerful. The staff wasn't warm and fuzzy, but they kept the line moving and the pizza coming, which is really what everyone was there for. If you're looking for a cozy, leisurely dining experience, this probably isn't your place. When we first walked in, the cashier immediately apologized for the long wait times, thanked everyone for their patience, and let us know they were incredibly short staffed with only two people working. Because the tiny interior was already packed, we decided to leave and do some sightseeing first. However, seeing how good the pizza looked we knew we had to come back later that afternoon. There's no negative details in my review. Nothing but positive things and a small recommendation. 1. Staff and Service I really appreciated the cashier's honesty about running behind right off the bat. That allowed us to make an informed choice rather than get frustrated by a long wait. More businesses could learn from this! 2. Restaurant's Layout The inside is a bit tight and busy, but it's located in a smaller older building, so they have no other options. Since they can't expand the inside adding an outdoor pub height counter for eating, a bench or some seating out front would be a great way to give waiting patrons a place to sit. Also a place to eat. 3. The Pizza -The Veggie Pizza: My nephew and I both ordered this, and the slices were massive you'll see in my pics! They were honestly the largest slices I have ever seen! I love pizza and have eaten it in New York and Chicago, and my slice here held its own. It was loaded with a huge variety of vegetables. I requested to put mine through the oven twice to get the veggies warm and cooked because I noticed my nephew's slice looked like a warm salad on crust. So happy I did because it was delicious! The jalapeños were intensely spicy which is on me, since I'm a bit of a lightweight with spice! -The Meat Options: My son got the pepperoni and thought it was really good, and my husband got a supreme slice which he also said was good . 4. Price and pizza size- they're more expensive than a typical slice, but once you see those big ole slices in my pics you'll understand why. They can't even fit on a plate. They had to serve them to you in an actual pizza box! After reading my long review you're trying to find out if I would go back huh? Absolutely! If I ever in the area or stay at the Hilton DC again, I would definitely walk right on over and get a slice. You can feed a family of three on one slice! Adult and two small children!
