Such a fun menu with seasonal options in addition to a set menu!! I have dietary restrictions, and let me sub ingredients! Staff was so friendly and drinks made fast!!

Iced blueberry cobbler, oat milk latte

I ordered the blueberry cobbler iced latte with oat milk. It tastes exactly how it looks NASTY dark and strong. When I proceeded to let the barista know, she was very dismissive and kind of rude about me not liking the latte. I was trying to fix the problem vs asking for a refund, It was absolutely disgusting, I will definitely not be back just based off of customer service. I don't like places where you tip beforehand because had I known i was going to be disappointed I wouldn't have left a tip at all given the circumstances. If you're looking for a place with homemade syrups btw, dont waste your time. I ended up trashing this coffee immediately after leaving and just going to Starbucks. I personally wouldn't bother. There's so many coffee shops and carts popping up around Charlotte and surrounding area areas I literally have tried them all. I would have to rate this one of the worst three I have had; mind you, I have Miami/hispanic roots and I know a good latte. 1/10

Amazing coffee and ambiance. Very chill. Lots to offer menu wise for coffee and food. Service was quick. Will return!

Very cute, clean & cozy coffee shop in Tega Cay! What I love most about the space is that there's ample seating & they serve breakfast sandwiches. Pleasant experience with the staff and the service was quick!

I was feeling the need to get out of the house this morning and so I brought my laptop with me to work from here for a couple of hours. I arrived at 7:30 and found that I wasn't the only person doing so. A friendly barista made a pretty decent cortado though served in a paper cup. Two shots of espresso and the equivalent amount of milk which is steamed rather than foamed. This was good stuff. They do not have a drive thru so there's a pretty consistent parade of people coming and going for their morning coffee. They also have bagels and burritos and pastries. This was a pleasant morning and a really nice coffee shop. [Review 2562 of 2024 - 1232 in South Carolina - 23573 overall]

I was a little disappointed in the food. I didn't get coffee so I have nothing to say in the regard. It's in a strip center just adjacent to the Tega Cay Walmart. I noticed it previously when I was at the X-Golf next door. I got a sausage burrito and an everything bagel with cream cheese and butter. The Staff is real nice even at 730a on a Sunday morning. The burrito's are premade. I had the sausage with egg, cheese and hash browns. I wanted just the 1/2 portion of hash browns but the lady said they are pre-made so that was not an option. It was clear that it had been microwaved before serving, it was SO hot. I couldn't eat it on-site so I took on the go. Sauce was not an option either. It simply had very little taste/flavor. I also got an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I opened it when I got to my vehicle and it was cold. I was lightly toasted but it must have been sitting for a while to already be cold, it was OK, nothing to special. I got there right behind a ladies running club meet up and there were maybe a 1/2 dozen ladies who ordered food and beverages ahead of me. They have a really nice space, well decorated, lively and lit for the Christmas Holiday. I may give them another try for the coffee if I'm in the neighborhood.

Andrea and I had a wonderful time at Tega Cay Coffee Company! This delightful café not only serves amazing coffee but also has the friendliest staff who really brighten your day. They are super efficient and take such pride in crafting delicious coffee drinks. We happened to be nearby at the Bagel Shop when my wife insisted we stop for a "proper" coffee, and I'm so glad we did! The cozy and calm atmosphere of the shop made it the perfect spot to relax. I really hope they consider expanding so there's even more room to chill and enjoy. Can't wait to go back!

    Good for on the go!

We were on the freeway passing through and wanted some fun Chai Tea. Found this place just off the freeway. It is a "Food Truck/Trailer" permanently parked at the end of a business building. They had some fun muffins to go with our Chai. Note: you can order online or call in your order and pick it up! Very convenient!

First Watch was a place I hadn't been to yet so we gave it a try. We arrived around noon but it was barely half full at that time. We were seated quickly but unfortunately we sat there for quite a while before a waitress finally showed up. Seating was good. Lots of half booth/table and chairs. On to the food! We ordered the million dollar bacon to go with our french toast with a berry compote and the biscuits with turkey sausage gravy and eggs. The bacon was amazing! Sweet with a bit of spice to it. My challah bread french toast was good but not as custardy as I'm used to with french toast. The berry compote was great with it. We were given a warm bottle of syrup to use which I love but I wish the bottle was clean before being put in front of me. There was a buttery smug probably from the last users. Mom's eggs and biscuit was great according to her. Food was ten outta ten but the service was slow to non-existent. If it had been a full house I shudder to think how long a wait you may get for service but then again it might have been a fluke. Either way the food was delicious.

In an eatery specializing in breakfast improperly cooked eggs are puzzling. And the ugly, this was our third visit in the last 6 weeks AND the eggs were cooked improperly each visit! We love the imaginative menu but if you cook staff can't get the easy part right you may be in the wrong business. PS: I ate the hard cooked eggs the first two visits but three strikes and you're out! PSS: the runner that delivered our breakfast apologized & admitted this happens "all the time"! Sounds like a management problem.

This is the cutest little gem tucked away at the end of a strip mall. The second you walk in, you're greeted by a fun poppy mural and a display of all the delicious pastries of the day. Immediately I'm like, okay, I'm going to like it here! We had about a 20-minute wait, but thankfully there was plenty of time for mimosas and catch up chitchat! And honestly, the time flew by... we weren't even finished with them before we were seated. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was on point from there. Someone filled our water glasses almost immediately after we sat down, and we never had a dry cup. Mimosa refills were quick, too! I also grabbed a chai latte that came in the cutest old-school homemade-looking cup and was perfectly warm and spiced. Soooo good! For food, two of us ordered the Fresh Pick Sandwich with fresh tomatoes, stracciatella, kale pesto aioli, arugula, fresh basil and balsamic glaze on perfectly toasted sourdough. I added avocado and bacon and basically turned it into the most deliciously elevated BLT of my life. I also made a pro side swap for my side and went with the cheesy grits. They were delicious. No notes! My friend got the Fresh Pick without tomatoes and added prosciutto, and another friend ordered The Grit with shrimp, and that plate was BEAUTIFUL. Sweet pepper and tomato sauce, mushrooms, crispy onions, arugula and an egg over a plate of grits. Between us, there were clean plates, full bellies and a whole lot of "what are we trying next time?" conversations happening. The food came out quickly, the service was great, the atmosphere was adorable, and it was just an all-around excellent brunch. My only complaints? 1-Why do they have the cutest pastry merch for kids but not adults... I need that "I'm flaky" croissant shirt lol! And 2-Why is this little gem not closer to me?! But clearly that just means I need to make the drive again. Poppyseed Kitchen has officially been added to the "worth the trip" list!

Ok so I went back to this place to try more dishes and they did not disappoint. Just remember to…read moreRSVP as they get full very quick and you could be waiting a while.
