Ms. Angela, went far and beyond providing excellent service close to closing time today! The app would not let me order & use my reward. I called to see how I can order& I was greeted on the phone with her polite voice as she told me to come on the inside and she would work it out! Not only did she work it out but made the best toffee coffee crunch with Carmel. You could definitely taste the flavor in every sip!! Also, the atmosphere is very calming and quiet! I left the gym and wanted a little coffee as a pick me up or. I arrived at knowledge Park coffee and saw they had the holiday flight special. It was for 5 ounce cups of various coffees latte and one spritzer. My favorite one was the cinnamon Latte, for the cost of less than $20 is not a bad deal, but you may want to have somebody with you to drink the flight with you because I honestly could not consume all the drinks by myself. The space is really open. Nice to catch up on some work or read a book quietly. i'll be back when I'm on that side of town again. read more

Great experience grabbing a coffee from Knowledge Perk this past weekend! They had great service that was very helpful with the drink items, and it was a coffee shop where you can relax, unload and actually get some work done. I normally don't leave reviews but I feel like it's so important to highlight great places and service now a days. This was my first time visiting and I was so nervous because I have been to many coffee places and haven't had both great customer service and just as great of a coffee. I ordered their brown sugar shaken and a chopped breakfast bagel and I just have to say I am super impressed with the quality and taste! Kelsey, Caroline and Evelyn were all super sweet and made my first experience amazing. I have been on the hunt for a new coffee spot near me & you guys definitely have a new customer for life. Service was great - very accommodating and polite. You can tell the staff care about the guest experience. Unfortunately I didn't particularly care for the coffee itself. Not sure what type of beans they use but it was a little bitter - tasted better after the ice had melted some, but not as good as other local options. read more

Stopped by this cute cafe on the way home to Raleigh - ordered two vanilla lattes with oat milk (they do not have soy milk, but no biggie). Took about 5 minutes of wait time. And this vanilla latte beats out the Starbucks version by a MILE. Not as sugary, no lingering taste, their vanilla tastes less fake lol. Honestly this latte from KP is my new favorite! Welcome Knowledge Perk 2. In the space that was formally Mister Changs & just open. This is an expansive space in a great location at the corner of Hiway 160/Steele Creek Rd & Hiway 460/Gold Hill Rd right on the edge of Fort Mill & Tega Cay. They have lots of coffee choices as well as teas & smoothies. You can get beans and they will custom grind at no charge as well. They have a few light food choices, muffins empanadas and various flavored food bars. I asked if they could micro the empanada & the dude said it stays warm in the server. I got it, unfortunately it was cold so that was disappointing, I tried the oat meal bar it was very tasty, a bit on the sweet side but good. I asked for a bold drip & asked what it was, he said it was a blend and had the bold & smokey flavors called Burn Rate, It was mehhh. You roll the dice at times cause they don't really do taste samples for coffee, do they? It was just OK, a little on the acidic side with not a lot of bold flavor. Oh well sometimes you win, sometimes you close. You have the choice of 20 or 12 ounce cups. I opted for the 20 oz & for $3.45 a good value. The oatmeal bar was $2.95. The bar & empanada both came in large plastic containers, good for the environment? They have a huge natural wood common table which is beautiful central in the main room. Lots of individual tables & power outlets. The staff were all nice, knowledgeable & professional. As I was leaving the young man behind the conunter said 'hope everything was good'? 'I said the Empanada was cold' He said, 'oh, I'm sorry.' and then just looked away and went back to what he was doing. I said 'well most business would offer a future credit on another purchase.' He turned to a lady standing behind him and the next thing I know she's telling him how to create a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund, I would prefer a credit toward a future purchase for similar amount. It turns out the lady was Jennifer, The Manager. She said, next time you come in, just tell them Jennifer said you had a credit. I hope they make it, I would like to see them be successful read more

Two words. Coffee flight. I love coffee and have been seeking out flights. Knowledge Perk is right around the corner and I finally had a day to enjoy with my husband. The inside feels like a typical coffee shop with wood accents and various places to sit. We were greeted and took a second to look over the menu. I landed on the iced latte flight which included blueberry muffin, brown sugar cinnamon, chocolate strawberry and london fog tea. All were delicious. The chocolate strawberry was my favorite. I had no idea fruit and coffee could go together that well. We also ordered a cinnamon pastry. It was brought out warmed and was delicious. It was like a croissant and cinnamon roll combined. I wish there was a little more of a selection. Many tables were taken when we were there. Lots of people working or on laptops. Our drinks took a little while, but I was essentially getting four small drinks. I'll be back to treat myself. read more

Sorry on a first visit, but there will not be a return. Wife and I were in the area looking for coffee and pastry. Knowledge Perk looked clean and good, so went in. It was 3pm, so we were prepared for less than perfect selections. Inside of an enormous space, this coffee shop just looks empty and feels cold. Beautiful counter/ordering bar. A very small glass case (NOTHING like the photo on their web page) had what pastry is available, but all that was there at 3pm were two tired empanadas, one piece of pumpkin bread and another small pastry. Wife opted for the pumpkin item. Both of us ordered macchiatos. Took awhile to make, and they were luke warm at best. Apparently they just poured milk into the espresso, which cooled it off. Steaming the milk would have yielded a hot portion. Nothing to brag about. We left, wondering how they were staying in business. Let alone, why would people be buying logo-ed hats and shirts? Not worthy of a return visit, even if the pastry display was well stocked. read more

Came here with my parents on a Saturday afternoon because I had heard about their latte flight and wanted to try it. The location is gigantic, and there are so many working spaces if someone wanted to work there, but there were also just so many seats. When we entered, we were immediately greeted, and everyone was so nice. I got a latte flight, which I shared with my mom, and my dad got a hazelnut latte which he thoroughly enjoyed. The coffee flight was impressive, and all the drinks were fun and phenomenal. I appreciated that nothing was too sweet, and that they made fun drinks. Really glad that there is a new coffee shop in this particular plaza. Over the years there have been some to come and go, but this one feels like it could be around for a while. Location aside, Knowledge Perk seems like a pretty standard, trendy coffee shop. Would I stop in here for coffee? Sure. But mostly just for the convenience of the location. It's not the kind of shop I would go out of my way to visit. If you're in the Tega Cay / north Fort Mill area, this place will certainly do. read more

Since Pumpkin Season is amongst us it was only right that my wife and I order a pumpkin loaf pound cake and 2 pumpkin pie latte's and I'm telling you folks it was delicious. We go to the fort mill location about once a week. Obsessed might be the word. We have always been huge fans of the coffee here, and the service really is above and beyond! It's always nice when you go somewhere and they know what your usual is lol. They update flavors and specialty drinks seasonally, and also offer the seasonal drinks in mini coffee flights! It's super cute, and a great way to try them all. The huge mural on the wall right when you walk in sets the tone for a positive experience. They offer merch too for the super fans! Also- they have bags of coffee you can purchase! I won't lie the parking lot is tricky- but there are two designated spots directly across from the building designated for their customers if those happen to be open! I highly recommend all of knowledge perks locations, but fort mill is definitely my favorite! read more

We've been here quite a few times (shame on me for not reviewing sooner) and have always had a great experience. We are always greeted incredibly warmly whenever we do and the staff is always super friendly and nice, even when they are busy. The coffee, both specialty and usual items, are really good. The atmosphere is very upscale, while also being quite comfortable and cosy as well. All of this keeps us coming back even though it's not a location that's overly close to us. It's worth a little bit of a drive to get good service and good drinks, though. I'd definitely recommend Knowledge Perk over the 'bucks of the world read more

Cool coffee shop! I didn't realize it was within a shopping center but am glad I found it. It's hard to find a good, local coffee shop in the area.
