Flavor selection is wild. I looked at that menu and thought one of each! But had to be practical. Thus absolutely going to keep coming back until I try them all. This round ordered the double stuff Oreo and the samoas cookie latte. Coffees came with this awesome twisty straw and a little spoon. Yes you will want to eat the entire top of that latte because it tastes just like the real cookie! Everything is homemade. Which is mind blowing. Flavor of the latte isn't overly sweet which is perfect. Want a latte not a milkshake like some places do. Flavors are on point. Service is next level. They brought the drinks out to the car. Who do you know is doing such things?! Please come with cash on hand. No ATM on site, they are cash only and worth every penny. Indulge!

For breakfast, I ordered the egg sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda. I have to give them credit for offering Gouda! It's not something you see very often at coffee shops, and as someone who loves Gouda, it was an easy choice. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and really well made. Friendly service, quality coffee, and fresh food are a winning combination. Safe to say Roller Coasta Coffee just earned a spot in my regular rotation!

I do have to admit that Park Bake shop does do breads and bagels but they are not very good. I tried once or twice because they looked good but the taste just isn't there.
