The employees need to be trained basic customer service skills. When I approached the counter and was standing there for a while, none of the staff said anything, no acknowledgement at all, and this was even with someone behind the counter at the register! Me and my girlfriend absolutely love this Dunkin more than any other one we've been to, simply because of Zahir. He remembered us several times when we walked in and made sure to take his time to give us a correct and fresh order. Always greeting us with a smile through his mask, Zahir has made this Centereach Dunkin better than any other Dunkin. The store seems a bit brighter with Zahir and the decor is meh, but it doesn't matter. I'm here to enjoy donuts and coffee with my significant other, not stare at the walls. Just a normal Dunkin' Donuts nothing special. The interior of this place is very pretty and well-kept. I love how they have all the ice cream so close to my house. Their ice cream part has a build up of ice which doesn't look too attractive. My favorite thing to get here over the summer is the cotton candy shake. Definitely one of the best Dunkin locations in this area! Being that it is 24 hours and I work remotely... I have spent a lot of time here. Especially when I was a new parent. Some of the staff have been there since my daughter was a baby... She's 6 now! Dunkin Donuts offers almond milk now, which is cool because I used to bring my own like a weirdo. I have never had a problem here. I call all the guys here "my friend"! Mainly because I dont actually know there names. Lol. But they are always friendly with me. The service can be a little slow but there are always a bunch of people in the place. I frequent the Baskin Robbins side more than the Dunkin Donuts side, but its all the same people. This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts on the Island. Always dirty and a staff that treats customers like garbage. Parking is a nightmare because it's right next to Middle Country Road, as you try to enter or exit people come flying around the corner. Quick, easy, convenient. I love this Dunkin' Donuts/ Baskin Robins location. It is recently built and has great service. The staff is friendly and quick and as usual, and the coffee is great. If I can give this store on zero stars I really would. I came in here earlier today with my son to get ice cream one of their workers was so RUDE. First of all she didn't understand when I said I wanted Oreo ice cream with hot fudge she rolled her eyes at me and had such a nasty attitude! She went to scoop my ice cream and about to put the lid on and I told her she forgot the hot fudge. She was nasty and dump my ice cream back into the container and she gave me an extremely smaller size scoop and actually argued with me about putting freaking hot fudge on a small ice cream! My first and last time I will ever go back there disgusting and there was excessive amount of fruit flies; clearly need to clean up the place and clean up the employees that have such nasty attitudes! Should not be working in customer service if you don't like people. Such a shame. read more

I am extremely taken back on a comment one of the staff members made to me. First off I am never going to step foot back in there again. I have been a long time customer since before they moved locations. One of the employees who i used to see regularly was there today and decided to bring to my attention how she almost didn't recognize me because how much weight I gained and how fat I got and when I used to come in with my friend I was skinny. This has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I have ever been to. There are mainly only 2 men that work there and are so rude and nasty to not just me but to other customers I have witnessed as well. I go to this DD all the time because it is so close to my house and open 24 hours. They never say "Hi, how are you." Or "can I help you?" in a nice way. It's basically what do you want to get us out of there as quickly as possible as we seem to be a bother to be helping us. There have been two separate situations that have occurred that really bothered me, which is why I feel it is necessary to bring this to everyone's attention. The first was a few weeks ago my friend and I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. We were given 2 spoons. We had other friends waiting in the car and so we helped our selves to 3 more spoons as we were all going to be sharing the sundaes. The one worker totally freaked out yelling at us saying that we were not allowed any extra spoons. We tried to explain that more people are going to eat them too. But he was refusing to let us have only a few extra spoons. So ridiculous! The second experience was just a few nights ago my friend and I ordered some food and iced coffees and ice teas. We wanted to have a straw for each iced coffee and for each iced tea. They other worker this time fought us saying that we can't have all of those straws. All we were asking for was a straw for each drink like any normal place would allow. It was absolutely ridiculous how cheap they are about straws and little plAstic spoons. Such nasty and rude people they are and I think they are the owners too which makes it even worse. So tonight we went in again to get some sundaes And the first word out of the workers mouth was "so I call the cops on you today?" we were shocked and said "ya know what, we are not going to give you our business anymore," and walked out. Never again will we go to DD/BR again. We are infuriated. So, if at all possible, stay away from at least this possible store as they are cheap, mean, and so rude and nasty no matter how much money you spend (which we go there almost every night and spend a significant amount of money each time we attend). read more

I have been going to this DD/BR combo joint since I'm about a freshman in HS (way too long) and I have never been disappointed. The staff has rotated throughout the years and is probably hit or miss but that should be expected at all locations. I have never had a negative experience here. The inside is large with seating for your ice cream or donuts and coffee. The real downside is the parking log which has always been awkward to get into and out of. I don't spend day in and day out down the road any more but when I pass by in Selden I will usually get my dose of Dunkin here and will continue to when I visit! read more

Great staff!.whenver we go in there thwy greet my 8yr old like shes a family member. Iwent in there today without her and they asked if she was ok. The coffee is always fresh and so are the donuts. We tend to go there on tuesday nights for ice cream bc of the buy one get one special. Three indecisive kids and they never lose their patience. My husband and I use the app and sometimes they remind us to give it to them lol. They never leave us dissapointed. I know its just a DD but when u go somewhere on a daily basis to start your day and dont habe to deal with commercIal service and stale donuts or worse burnt or old coffee. I like this location its one of the better ones. The drinks are usually consistant unlike many DDs and the prices are a little cheaper. My biggest complaint the parking lot is gross and the inside looks like it needs a good cleaning too. read more
