I hired Duct Pros because they were very transparent on the phone about what their pricing was. They kept the appointment time and did the job while I was not at home, so I can't really comment on what it was like interacting with the technicians beyond our phone conversations. They confirmed for me that we didn't have too much buildup in the vents which is good yet surprising given the low functionality of the dryer in recent months and how much time has passed since our last lint removal. I also heard some rattling in the dryer vent the first time I used the dryer after the cleaning which makes me wonder what was left over after the job but again on these kinds of things it's hard to really know what to compare to. So all in all, I would say I am satisfied with their service. read more

The Duct Pros were great. We have a new tenant who is allergic to cats. The old tenant had a cat. We cleaned the house throughly but still needed to get the air ducts. Called the duct pros and they came out the next day. These guys are very friendly, professional and polite. They took care to cover the furniture so no dust would accidentally fall on any of it. Our dryer would take 3x longer to dry than the estimated time shown. I suspected a clogged vent line. I submitted a request for replacement of the dryer vent knowing we'd never had it cleaned in years. Russell contacted me a short time later. We texted about my issues and I was able to send him some pix of our dryer line under our crawlspace. We arranged a time for a visit later the same day. His guys showed up early but got right to work inspecting and repairing problems. Our exhaust vent is under our front entry deck and very difficult to reach. They said no problem and went to work clearing the vent. It was completely blocked. It took over an hour but they fixed everything including installing an adaptor for the dryer exhaust vent that was bad. Alex and his partner were terrific. Our dryer drys in the time it says on the display. It was so easy working with Duct Pro's. I'll be calling for our hvac cleaning after we get some other work completed. Great experience, we were able to take advantage of a promotion Duct Pros was offering, $499 for 12 air ducts and dryer vent cleaning. I booked and the team (two technicians) actually came early (scheduled for 10:30a, I think they came a little before 10). I was ok w/it since I had blocked out the morning to be available anyway. They did a great job cleaning everything up and there was no dust/debris left behind after each vent was cleaned based on the vacuum they use (it completely seals the vent, so everything gets trapped in their vacuum and doesn't escape). They were done in a little under 2 hours. The only thing to note is that they don't have any type of payment reader, so you have to connect w/the owner to get an invoice and pay. That is fine, as the owner is fast with taking care of that, but would be nice to close out everything post-visit right away so you don't need that extra step. Oh well. Either way, great fast and friendly service at a reasonable price (although not sure what the price is when it's not on special). Recommended. read more

Our dryer was not drying properly -- clothes came out warm but damp and often took 3 or 4 cycles to dry fully. Asked Duct Pros to come out for a vent cleaning. They responded to my request within a few hours with a quote and we scheduled an appointment later the same week. They arrived within the specified time window and immediately got to work. They used a drill brush and vacuum to clean out the dryer vent from both the inside and the outside of the house. After they were done they reinstalled the dryer and even installed a new, higher quality vent tube for a small additional fee. The dryer works perfectly now and dries everything in one cycle! Very well-priced and less expensive than many other quotes, and got the job done professionally and promptly. We also really appreciated that they brought their own shoe covers to wear into the house and cleaned up very thoroughly. Thank you Duct Pros! read more

I called owner, Rasul for dryer vent cleaning (easy access in garage) When workers, Alex & George arrived to assess, my 32 yo flexible aluminum vents were crumpled/taped/inefficient/filthy. It was cheaper, faster (20 min), easier to replace new continuous flexible aluminum dryer vent that they had stocked in van. They cleaned out lint in dryer & outlet. Hired the duct pros to come to my house and clean out the vent dryer connection. My stackable washer and dryer is on the third floor and in a little closet and it's not easy to slide out. We called Coit at first but they said they couldn't come for a week and then they had to do an inspection of the ducts then they could give me an estimate and then they would schedule me about a month later to come and clean the ducts. Duct pros came out the day after I called and they cleaned two of my houses and for a small charge they cleaned the filters to my furnace and the dryer vents as well.
