I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :').

The cleaners were quick to book (within 2 days) and on time (3-3:30 window, showed up right at 3 pm). They texted ahead of time (instead of calling). The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I loved that they moved my couch to clean under it as well! They prefer cash. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I had explicitly asked for oven cleaning while scheduling the cleaning. But the cleaners didn't get oven cleaning spray on the day of cleaning. 3. Cleaning is below average as well. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. But when I tried using scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner, I was able to clean it. 4. Stove has greasy spots. Overall, very poor cleaning. Hire them at your own risk.

I did notice they had recent bad reviews, and I thought it was maybe a one off chance. Boy was I wrong... The experience was a disaster from start to finish. We paid $925 for a deep cleaning service (including wall cleaning) for a 3 bed / 2.5 bathroom. The cleaning crew initially estimated they'd finish between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM, but called us at 12:16 PM claiming the job was already complete. When we arrived, the house had barely been touched. In fact, a representative from Berry Clean stopped by during our walk-through and openly agreed with us on-site that the home was visibly dirty. The major issues we ran into: - Filthy floors: Within five minutes of walking barefoot across our newly "cleaned" floors, the bottoms of our feet were pitch black from residual grime. - Greasy kitchen & cabinets: The oven and stove was caked in thick grease. The cabinet shelves, drawers, and trim were coated in dust, leaving me to spend hours scrubbing them the next day. - Stripped paint on range hood (property damage): A cleaner sprayed harsh degreaser onto our stove's exhaust hood, left it unattended for roughly 20 minutes, and completely stripped the paint off the fixture when wiping it down. - Skipped dusting: Baseboards across both floors, closet shelving, and door frames were completely bypassed and left covered in dust. - Gross hygiene violations: Despite asking the crew to wear protective shoe covers, one cleaner walked around in outdoor sneakers and placed her dirty shoes directly on top of our bathroom sink counter to clean the tub. - Wasted time: Because the initial job was abandoned, my husband and I had to derail our entire day, staying until 5:30 PM overseeing a re-clean, and finish the heavy labor ourselves Sunday. When I reached out to management detailing these issues and requesting a refund, I received a dismissive, boilerplate response. Instead of taking accountability, customer service subtly shifted the blame onto us for "taking care of the cleaning yourselves," made excuses about time estimates, and asked for photo proof, completely disregarding the fact that their own representative verified the mess in person. Worst of all, they completely ignored the chemical damage their crew caused to our exhaust hood. If you're looking for a dependable deep clean and responsive management that stands by their work, look elsewhere.
