I got push back on how could I possibly want a cold bagel, "that's just not normal", according to the kid. After a few minutes of back and forth, he finally agreed to make a cold bagel. I recently went to Dude. I talked it up to my sister. I loved this place, and wanted to share. I have to say I won't be going back anytime soon. The person working the front was not friendly at all, and we seemed to be bothering her. We ordered our donut, and with the less polite attitude we were given our order. I used to think these were the best donuts ever. First- they tasted day's old. Second- there was no flavor to differentiate between them. Third- they were all dough without anything in them for extra goodness. The value used to be great, but service, and quality are not what it used to be. read more

I've seen so many negative reviews for this place and I honestly can't comprehend them. I've only been here twice but both visits were wonderful. First off, all employees were wearing masks, and it was easy to social distance inside with stickers on the ground letting us know where to stand. Second, the employees were friendly and helpful with ordering. We also went in sometime in the afternoon; a time where most donut shops are completely sold out of donuts. However, they had plenty to choose from at that hour. My usual favorite donut (maple bar) was delicious and probably the best one I've had in town. Light, fluffy, airy with a delicious maple icing. The other flavors I tried, including red velvet, were also amazing. The prices are cheap for the quality. We just moved VERY close to this place so it will be very hard to resist coming here often. read more

Gone here a couple of times to get donuts for the kids. The donuts have always been good and they have a selection of drinks and ice cream. The place is brand new and clean. Everyone was wearing masks and following protocols as far as I could tell. Everyone was very polite and cordial. I didn't notice if they were wearing anything political as I just really don't care. Was really craving donut holes, and stopped by between errands. The store is very clean and smells AMAZING! They carry 10 varieties of donut holes, in addition to other donut types, ice cream, smoothies, coffee, milk, energy drinks, and possibly some other things. My husband loved his maple bar (he said it was soft, fluffy, and had a good maple flavor). The donut holes were mostly perfect - fluffy, great flavors, and they looked good too (even my resident picky eaters liked them - and one usually won't eat sweets)! A few were slightly underdone (only 3 out of 25), but most were perfectly cooked, fluffy, and moist. We'll definitely be back! read more

The man in the back was not wearing a mask and making fresh donuts. The lady at the counter was boxing up people's donuts and she was also not wearing a mask. Yes I'm a fan with some reservation. The donuts taste great. And they offer other breakfast items as well like biscuits and gravy. And the gravy has sausage in it, not that plain ole white gravy - Yay!. My only complaint is for the donut items that have fillings. I think they are not putting enough filling in those selections. I had a raspberry donut and it only had about a teaspoon of filling. It needs to be more generous than that so that at least 3/4 of the product has filling to go with it as you take a bite. The 4 star rating is my start - we shall see how this shop is in future visits. It means I will go back. read more

Any time I ordered a doughnut that wasn't in the initial price range that she said it would be she would get mad(I didn't ask for a price). She even asked me are you sure you want that?
