Karaoke station! The best KJ, Texas.

Amazing costumer service, the best karaoke jockeys, the best bartenders. You want a good evening, this is the place to go. An evening with friends, colleagues, and family.

This is a dope spot. Found this place randomly looking for some late night grub that wasn't fast food. Place looks like a good fun group activity to have some beer and Liston to people live out their dreams. The more you drink the better they sound (not really). Decided to order some food and for bar food the burger was quite good. Caught me off guard. This is quite a unique spot with a good vibe. Parking ain't the best but Uber everywhere.

Omg! El Paso get your song on! Beautiful bar lots of care and attention to detail in renovations. If you are afraid to sing or need time to build up the liquid courage you can entertain yourself with 2 Pool tables , darts, and table games(like Jenga). Or sing and laugh along as those doing karaoke Full bar, and they do not pour them weak. :) Parking in back is well lit with lots spaces! Only problem what song to sing. Donna Summer " Hot Stuff" George Straight " Amarillo by Morning" Beyonce " Love on the Brain" Vincente Fernandez " Volver Volver" Bring all your friends to harmonize with you those microphones are good quality. Crowd is awesome and diverse did not feel judged. They are serve food because singing makes you hungry and I love to eat and drink. They are open till 3:00am

I'm a non-singer but had the best time at this karaoke bar! Drinks were absolutely delicious, wait staff was friendly. Excellent list of songs for those who love to get up there and belt it out. Looking forward to my next visit.

Killer karaoke place!! The sound is amazing great quality! Good job on this guys. First time I tried craft beer and I loved it, didn't know El Paso had 2 breweries! Way to support local! Gotta try the Abuela Stout and the Wicked Felina! I love the open face burger (bunless). The bartenders are awesome

Om! Karaoke, great drinks, great service and atmosphere! Featured in the pic is a cucumber duet. DELICIOUS!

The food was absolutely amazing -- everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into both the menu and presentation. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and genuinely kind our server was throughout the evening. Even with how busy El Paso was that weekend, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences of the trip. If I return to El Paso in the future, Neighbor Good Kitchen & Bar will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.

I visited this restaurant around 8:00 p.m. on a Monday evening while in town for a business trip…read more It was conveniently located near my hotel, and my first impression was very positive. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, was busy with guests, and I was seated within just a few minutes of arriving. Unfortunately, the experience began to decline after I was seated. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. While waiting, I looked through the menu and was surprised to find it noticeably dirty, which wasn't the impression I expected from a restaurant of this caliber. When my server finally arrived, she was polite but didn't seem particularly welcoming or engaging. She appeared stressed, which made the service feel rushed rather than hospitable. I ordered a Diet Dr Pepper and my meal at the same time since I had already decided what I wanted. It then took another 10 or more minutes for my drink to arrive. Shortly afterward, someone delivered bread with honey butter, which was excellent. However, no bread plate, napkin, or silverware accompanied it, so I had to flag down another employee before I could enjoy it. After waiting another 20-plus minutes, my steak and fries finally arrived. I had ordered the steak medium rare, but it was burned on one side, barely seared on the other, and when I cut into it, it was blue rare--nearly raw. I asked my server to send it back, and she promptly took it to the kitchen. About 15 minutes later, a replacement steak arrived. Unfortunately, while the opposite side was now burned, the inside was cooked to medium well. I let my server know this was still unacceptable, and she asked if I would like another steak prepared. I agreed, requesting simply that it be cooked medium rare without being burned. To the restaurant's credit, the third steak was prioritized and delivered by who I believe was the manager. She asked me to cut into it to confirm it was cooked correctly. Although the replacement was noticeably smaller and thinner than the original, it was cooked to a proper medium rare, so I accepted it. By that point, however, my fries were completely cold. The manager apologized briefly but never returned to check on the meal or my overall experience. My server didn't return until I was nearly finished eating, at which point she asked if everything was okay. I simply requested the check. What should have been about a 30-minute dinner stretched to well over an hour, and after a long day of business travel, I was ready to return to my hotel. I wasn't expecting my meal to be completely comped, but after multiple mistakes and significant delays, a small gesture of goodwill--such as discounting the entrée or even comping the soda--would have gone a long way. Overall, this restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, and I believe the food has the potential to be very good when prepared correctly. However, the service, management's follow-up, and overall attention to the guest experience fell well below what I would expect from a restaurant of this quality. I hope they can improve these areas because the restaurant certainly has the potential to provide an excellent dining experience.

I've always enjoyed coming here, usually with a group of friends, and I've never had any major issues. That's why I'm honestly shocked and embarrassed by what happened tonight. We came in excited to do karaoke and expected the same fun experience we've had here in the past. Three of us arrived, and my two friends were initially able to sing. One of their songs was a duet, followed by a song from one of the same friends. After the duet, however, the DJ told her that she would have to wait and moved her next song seven songs down. Yes, I counted. I completely understand giving other people a turn. That's part of karaoke. But seven songs? I've been to multiple karaoke spots and have never experienced someone being pushed that far back in the queue. We initially decided to overlook it. Then the DJ made an announcement telling everyone that they could not "spam" the Google Form with multiple song requests and that doing so could result in being banned. The announcement felt awkward and completely out of nowhere, especially considering how small the crowd was. I understand wanting to prevent people from submitting an excessive number of requests, but the rule was not clear to us. What exactly counts as "too many" songs? Is submitting two or three songs considered too much? As someone who regularly goes to karaoke, I'll often submit a few songs so the DJ can decide how to space them out. I've never encountered a rule like this, and if there are limits, I feel they should be clearly explained or posted somewhere. My friend, who was visiting from out of town and had been pushed seven songs down, became uncomfortable with the situation and decided she wanted her song removed from the queue. She went to the DJ and explained that she was confused and uncomfortable because this was very different from her experiences at other karaoke venues. She then went to the bartender and asked to speak with a manager. The bartender told her that she was the manager. My friend explained her concerns, but instead of addressing what she was saying, the response was essentially that she needed to spend at least a dollar to stay there. That response honestly shocked me. I was buying drinks for my friends, and there were more people from our group on the way. I explained that we were spending money at the establishment and asked why my friend was being told that she needed to personally purchase something in order to have her concerns addressed. The response was, essentially, "She needs to buy one." At that point, I was frustrated and confused. I even started wondering if I was somehow part of the problem because I had submitted two songs. If there is a limit on requests, how are customers supposed to know what that limit is? Eventually, we decided to leave. Before leaving, I asked the DJ to remove my songs from the queue. He explained his perspective, and I appreciate that he at least took the time to speak with me. However, I still tried to explain that the rules and the way the announcement was handled were confusing. If management does not want people submitting multiple songs, then please make the rules clear. Put up a sign. Explain the karaoke system. Have a written queue or some other system that customers can understand. I would actually prefer a clearly posted sign-up system anyway. My biggest issue is not that there were rules. My issue is that the rules were unclear and the situation was handled in a way that made customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've been coming here for years, so this experience was especially disappointing. I'm also concerned about being told that someone needs to spend money simply to remain at the establishment while trying to address a concern. My table was purchasing drinks, and we were expecting additional people to arrive. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on communication, and making the karaoke rules clear. There are plenty of karaoke spots where the process is straightforward and customers know what to expect. Unfortunately, based on tonight's experience, I would recommend trying another karaoke spot for now. To be honest there are other issues beyond this like the number of staff, which is one bartender (who is also, you guessed it, the manager. I genuinely hope things improve because I've enjoyed coming here, and I would hate to see the establishment continue in this direction.
