If I could give a 0, I would. My friends and I (4 people) went to have lunch before our flight because we read and heard many great things about this spot. Upon arrival, we were not acknowledged. We stood outside and had to grab a waiters attention. We asked if we could be seated? And the response was "No, we don't have seats available". We then asked how long would the wait be? The response was 30-40 minutes. Soon after, a couple who are white, were immediately acknowledge and seated. Now, I understand the difference between 2 and 4 people, but the fact that there was no acknowledgement or courtesy provided upon our arrival demonstrates the type of clientele they prefer to serve... white. And this is not an assumption, it's an observation. Everyone who is currently seated as a write this is white. If you ever are in the Red Hook area, please visit HOOK'D or AGAVE. LOVE, LOVE this place! Fun happy little place in Red Hook. Very casual, and delicious food! If you are visiting Saint Thomas this place is a must!! We are in a mission to collect each of their signature cups before we leave back home. My favorite drink, The Bushwhacker. Try it if you are there! Went here on our last night in St. Thomas. Food was okay the service was HORRIBLE. after sitting down no one came to our table. Had to go up to the server and order my food didn't really mind it because I told him we were only drinking but after that no one returned or acknowledged us as all. Had to flag down a different person to ask about our food and his response was "well I didn't take your order" honestly did give a single f*ck who took our order. The best way to describe it is, a party/tiki bar in the parking lot of a strip mall in Red Hook. The food and service were nothing short of amazing. If you like the loud, party bar ambience, this is your place. I usually do, but this place turns it up a few extra notches for me, literally. I walked in and the music was blasting so loud that I could hardly focus. I watched people dancing and stumbling around amused by the bubble machine. I opted to sit in the outside area, which is literally in the parking lot. There was a large group of drunk, loud and obnoxious college aged kids out there. We made it just in time for the 4-7 Happy Hour. I ordered a couple of signature drinks, which came in small plastic cups, not the cute souvenir cups pictured in some of the pics. I guess those aren't offered during Happy Hour. Nor were the drinks very strong at all. Happy hour wasn't all that happy. Now that's all out of the way.... here's the goods. THE FOOD! Did I mention that the food and service were amazing?! There were a few appetizers listed on the Happy Hour menu, and I'd never had conch fritters, so I ordered those and guacamole as my meal. The fritters are sort of like hush puppies, but with conch mixed in and fried. Two different dipping sauces accompanied, one had a hint of mango and was a little too sweet for me. The other sauce was on point. The guacamole and chips were excellent. The huge bowl of guacamole was some of the best that I've ever had. The waitress suggested the burger to my husband and that's what he had. The quirk to their burgers is that they come on an English muffin. It was quite tasty and fries and coleslaw came with it. My wife and I went to Duffy's 25 years ago! We were here for winter vacation with our three kids (16, 18, 20) and they loved it. Food was typical bar food that was perfectly fine! Got the poo poo platter, nachos, tacos. Had to get four or five souvenir glasses: Parrot, Shark/Jaws, Funky Monkey, Hula Girl. Wish I brought my tee shirt because our server would've comped us a couple of drinks! Bought a replacement tee and now the whole family has Duffy's Love Shack tees. We'll be back! read more

Super cool spot! They have great cocktails and the mugs and cups that they come in are cool and you are able to take them home. Our group ordered several pu pu platters and jerk chicken nachos (not pictured) but all of the food was delicious. Made it to St. Thomas, Wooohoooo!!! Duffy's love shack had an awesome island vibe! Our bartender was extremely attentive and friendly. Drinks were not overly boozy and more on the sweet side but it's ok because you're on a beautiful island!!! Atmosphere was nice and chill, there was no music on a Wednesday night. The food took little longer than expected however it was beyond my expectations! The Jerk Chicken and Buffalo Quesadillas were super mouth watering. Who knew a pub in a parking lot could be so great! The food is fabulous. The drinks are refreshing! The music is just loud enough to be fun but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Great playlist with a lot of variety of all types of music. Todd was our waiter and took great care of us! We usually visit Duffy's several times every time we're on the island. Ladies night @Duffy's!!! That is all. We found this place because our lady cab driver told us to go here. And boy was she right. It's a bar! It's the parking lot! It's a bar in the parking lot!! Wooooooo. You get to pick you cups/mugs before you order your drink. And guess what? You get to keep them. Woooooo. Yes, I brought my adorable Monkey cup (Dark and stormy in this cup) and a blue shark cup back in my carry on all the way to Seattle. Now if you've been here, you know that's a 10-12 hours of travel time back. Yea, those ceramic mugs were that cute and that adorable. I patiently carried them like a newborn child. Well in my version anyways. I came here half a dozen times during my stay on this side of the island. 8 pm is a good time to come and grab a seat in this little tiny hut like place with funky music and lights going on. Came on Sat night and never got to sit. Oh yea, happy hour? It is dirt cheap. You can get refills for your drinks for half price. Most of them anyway. The crowd is mix and fun. You'll see locals, you'll see tourists, young and old plus you'll even see some tough macho dudes along with your average frat boys. They play bob marley, they play red red wine. They play beach boys! If you are unlucky to find a table, you can try squeezing yourself up at the tiki bar. Or take your drink and just dance. It's a tiny funky place in the parking lot. We were trying to kill some time before we were expected to go on our catamaran excursion and we stumbled upon this shack of a dive bar dumped on the edge of a parking lot. This makes it sound sort of like a dump of a place, but it really isn't! It's a kitschy tourist bar located in a parking lot! It's ACTUALLY a parking lot bar! They have adorable themed drinks where you can purchase the souvenir cup afterward, if you'd like. They have typical tourist prices (not necessarily crazy overpriced though) and the bartenders are very friendly! There were four of us and we ordered the Shark Tank - 64oz. of alcohol. There are even little sharks floating around in the bowl with MORE alcohol (dyed red to look like blood) in them -- little shark shots for an added zing. Needless to say, we were all in a good place by the time the tank was drained. I definitely recommend this to people who are visiting the island. It's a lot of fun! read more

What a little gem! We went for an early dinner on our first night in St. Thomas. It was a quirky bar situated in the middle of the parking lot. The chickens were strutting all around it, the patrons all laughing and enjoying the cool vibe. The music was great, the service was good. We really enjoyed the food. I had a cheeseburger and fries. It was juicy, cooked perfectly, and was delicious. They had a good selection of beers and cocktails. The prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was fun and we left with a smile on our faces. My mom and I stopped in after reading some great reviews and especially after hearing about their Saturday King Crab Night! This place is SO cool. I've never experienced such a quirky parking lot restaurant. The service was amazing, the drinks in the souvenir cups were so fun, and the crab legs were to die for! This is the first restaurant I would recommend to anyone visiting St Thomas!! The atmosphere was fun, food was great, cocktails were OUTSTANDING (our favorite in st thomas, and trust me we tried A LOT)and this was one of the only restaurants we visited on our entire trip where the staff was friendly and genuinely kind. They accommodated our large party of 12, and with smiles on their faces! They somehow have managed to keep positive attitudes amidst the covid situation along with exhibiting some awesome creativity with their souvenir glasses! Instead of just getting rid of their cute cocktail cups like all of the other restaurants (covid rule requiring restaurants to use disposable plates/cups/silverware), they gave guests the option of still getting the drinks in the adorable and fun cups (which makes the experience), and take them home for a memory! Drink order got "lost" due to a "broken printer" so it took 1/2-hr to get served our drinks. Took over an hour and 1/2 to get our food order, in spite of neighboring tables who arrived 15-min after us being fully served. Had to re-order the food at one point, too. Maybe due to the same "broken printer." I inquired as to the status of our food order, and about 10-min later, we got what turned out to be pretty decent tasting food. But, par for the course, we requested S&P and ketchup, only to be brought a duplicate order of our appetizer instead. After requesting it again, we finally got it...once the fries were cold and the sandwich was mostly eaten. But when our server delivered my wife's credit card to a neighboring table for a signature, THAT was when I decided I needed a Yelp account. I wasn't expecting fine cuisine. I truly could have been happy with decent drinks and OK food if the service had been even mediocre. But this comedy of errors was pretty tragic.
