Super friendly folks. On-line app worked with a little trouble, but all good. The pizza was delish. A little pricier but you are getting a real meal with one of these pizzas. Abundant toppings and cheese and the crust was crispy outside soft inside and stood up to the heavy weight of the massive toppings. I'm single and ordered a 12". I'm getting three meals out of it. Two slices filled me up. They give you red pepper and parmesan which balanced the flavors of the veggies and sauce beautifully. And for god's sake people, pizza is an excellent breakfast food! There is an option online to order the crust "well done", so that might be fun next time. Red sauce is nicely balanced. Alright, so I was contemplating going here due to some reviews . But after realizing most were from 2+ years ago we said screw it. And let me tell you, this place SLAPS!! Well priced, fast and fresh. We got a spicy Hawaiian, and the Italian grinder. The pizza is awesome, jalapeños are fresh, pineapple is juicy, Canadian bacon is perfect, crust is straight flavor town. I just visited this place a few days ago. Wish I had kept my money. Spent almost $40 (including the tip) for some of the most bland food I've ever had. If only...I could turn back the hands of time.. The entree in question is Vegetarian pizza. I will give Dugan's this... the pizza looked clean and fresh to the eye, but I believe majority of the foodies around the world care more about the taste than anything else. I also ordered the French Onion soup, it was nothing more then a bowl of mozzarella and yellow american cheese( french onion soup around the world has always been made with provolone and swiss cheese NOT mozzarella and american cheese)with a lot of croutons that absorbed all of the soup, when I told the server "Kelsey" she said that the crutons sucked up all of the soup and said thats how they do it. Do yourself a favor avoid ordering the vegetable pizza if you insist on trying this place for yourself. This place is also very pricey, our bill was $48.00. One last thing before I wrap up my review, I love soda Sprite, Fanta, Diet Coke whatever... this waitress Kelsey and pizza joint has the nerve to charge me extra fee for a refill! News flash Dugan's the 99.9% of the restaurant owners on this planet don't charge for soft drink refills. You people got a lot of nerve to be charging for refills when your pizza sucks. Updated review! Picked up the most amazing pizza from Dugan's last night while we were in town for the weekend. Took a while to get through, but once we did, the person taking our order was super friendly! I would take a Totinos over this place. We make quite a bit of pizza at home along with purchasing quite a bit at restaurants and Dugan's was huge disappointment. The only thing decent is the crust. The toppings were worse than Papa M's (which is the second to last pizza imho): cheese was about the cheapest Goodyear rubber you can buy, and the few pepperoni on the pie were barely adequate to get the taste of pepperoni. Finding the best pizza is a pretty big discussion topic in Ocean Shores and my choice is Dugans Pizza. First, they deliver and it's always hot and tasty. My favorite is Italian sausage with extra cheese, size medium. That's enough for me for three dinners. The sauce is tangy without being too spicy hot. In town to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, wanted pizza a few nights. The pizza was fabulous. We ordered a large pepperoni and two salads on a Friday, 3/30 and then ordered the the same, but just one salad on 4/3. Let me begin by saying this - if you're looking for some Italian-style fine-dine pizza, this is not your destination. With that said, let me get to the review. We visited Ocean Shores from Redmond, WA. We're vegetarians and wanted to get some salad and soup, or pizza. Vegetarians have limited options in the beach town. When we saw Dugan's pizza and somewhat mixed reviews, we resigned to the possibility of eating just below-average food. We found some interesting salads and pizza on their menu, with one soup. They had plenty of vegetarian options. So, we called them and placed an order. When I went to pick up the pizza, there was a lady, presumably the one who took the order. She wore a mask and used gloves while taking my credit card. They stopped dine-in because of COVID situation. She packed all our food carefully (e.g. napkins, forks, spoons, peppers, parmesan) and handed it over. BTW, there was plenty of parking space. The salad and dressing were pretty good although it was routine vegetables (olives, lettuce, tomatoes etc.). The pizza had plenty of vegetables on it (including pineapple), and tasted good. A small pizza would easily suffice two people. Both my wife and I were hungry and ate well but still couldn't finish two slices. The soup was also tasty. Overall, we're pretty happy we picked up food from this place. Give it a try! read more

We opted for takeout, and the pizza was still hot when we got back to the condo, which was a very promising sign. We prefer thin crust pizza, but only "hand tossed" is available here, so we'll adjust. It was actually a very thick crust for this style pizza. It approached deep dish proportions. That thick crust was dark on the bottom, but it probably had to be to cook all the way through. The biggest sin, however, was that it was absolutely tasteless. They could have put the toppings on the cardboard box and had the same taste & texture. The tomato sauce was also lacking in flavor, & I'mnot convincedthat it wasn't tomato sauce right out of the can. Toppings were OK, but overall a definite thumbs down. read more

I stayed in Ocean Shores for two days, and had pizza for every meal. We ordered the 26" Gotcha pepperoni and cheese. If you like a nice thick crust that's crispy on the bottom, Dugan's is for you. The sauce and pepperoni are more flavorful than Red Genie down the road. Super friendly service. Remembered to give me extra napkins, crushed red pepper/Parmesan cheese packets.
