My shiny red Elantra was damaged when an elderly lady smashed my driver door. I took my car to Duggan's Collision Center in Spring Valley due to its stellar reputation with my insurance company and a friend's referral. When I went to pick it up it was spotless and looked like it was brand-new again! I went to go pick my car up yesterday. Just walking up it looked better than it had two days before when they tried to return it to me. They actually waxed and washed it. The vacuumed the inside of my car. The fixed all the areas that I was not happy with when I first picked up my car. They also decided to compensate me for the car that I had to rent for a few more days. They did try to make right and I do appreciate that. I just wished that the job was fixed the first time. Duggan's worked on my minivan replacing the back hatch and bumper after a minor accident. They did amazing work and the paint was perfect! They also cleaned the van and delivered it to my home. My van sat for a couple of weeks and then didn't want to start. Duggan's brought over an item they had not put back in my van and jump started the van. The icing on the cake was that he was afraid it might happen again so he insisted I keep the portable power pack with jumper cables in case it stalled again before the battery recharged by driving. This place is AMAZING. Our bumper was hit and the person who hit it left a note with their insurance information. So we came to Duggan's. The first thing I noticed was the kindness of the people who worked there. They were even going to give us a ride to the rental place (brought 2 cars though so we didn't need that). We came in on Monday afternoon and were told it would take about 3 days. They called this morning (Thursday) and let us know it was done. Again, when we went it, they were fantastic. And when I got into my car, wow!!!! The washed the outside and detailed the inside. I've taken it in to detailing places that haven't done quite as good of a job. Highly recommend. Hopefully I won't have to go back (since it's collision work) but if I do need a collision specialist, this is where I'd go. read more

I hit my trash container pulling into my driveway! The trash container came through it without a scratch but my car had its rear passenger door handle pulled completely out of the door! My insurance company referred me to Duggans and I am so pleased. The people were professional, knowledgeable, and so very friendly and kind! Duggan's gave me a hard time, they work for the Insurance Company, not for the client, they refused to repair my car after an accident, saying the damage is not related to the accident, which the other party admitted fault, they have inspectors and Insurance companies in their pocket. I was very disappointed in their service, never again! read more

I have never used Duggan's but have lived near and have seen them for over 25 years. I did however go in to ask a favor after a dealership put a big gash in my brand new trunk during recall repairs. Duggan spent about 1/2 hour of his time to explain exactly what to look for in a professional repair and told me to tell the dealer that, "Duggan will check their work" (he buys dealer parts from them). The dealer did a great job and Duggan checki their work. IF I EVER NEED A COLLISION REPAIR you bet I will go to this shop. Good helpful people. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I've given Duggan's two tries so far and both times had been an utter disappointment. I recommended these guys to a good friend who did have her car fixed, but after being told three times that the car would be ready and being pushed back, it was really a hardship on my friend with getting to work etc--all that could have been prevented with honest communication on their part. I had also called for a part for my grandmother's car. I was told that they were looking into it, would find the part and would call back once they got the part. They even gave us a quote. I verbally agreed to the amount and was left feeling like they were working on it. They never called back. So I called to follow up a week later, only to have them have no recollection of our conversation, but said she call back, and no surprise, nothing! No call back. I will never go nor refer these people again. I ended up calling around and found a better deal at another local body shop. They finished my grandma's car THREE days later and with a better quote! This is a long overdue review about my experience with Duggan's last September after a small accident last August--At first I thought of going to another collision repair place I had done business with in the past because I was informed Duggan's was my insurance company's "recommended facility" and I never felt comfortable about such a relationship thinking both were out to get the customer-- Boy was I wrong about that!!-I decided to use them and found them to be OUTSTANDING!! From the time I first walked in the office the people there were so nice and pleasant and couldn't do enough for you--in fact my original insurance adjuster messed up and seemed to be always one or two steps behind what was going on with my repair--no problem!!--Duggans straightened it all out and kept everything going fine throughout the entire process of repairing my car--I think through their efforts the car was even repaired ahead of time--they were even very helpful in finding me a rental place so I had a car while mine was being repaired. Seemed like there was nothing that was too much trouble for them to do for their customers. Their helping to get things done that my insurance company had fallen behind on or had screwed up entirely on was deeply appreciated. I may change insurance companies in the future, but if I ever have need of collision service on my car again, I will be heading directly to Duggans for collision repairs. read more

I received a better than expected price,especially considering controlled inside closed environment painting. the customer service was suited for a prince. and the quality of work met our expectations. absolutely customer friendly. ann and curtis duggan are the best. i brought my 2000 lexus ls 400 with a front passenger door that will not open. he had one of his worker try for about an hour to open it without any success. curtis suggested that the outside handle need to be destroyed to be able to get to the lock which is broke--the other option is to destroy the door paneling which is over $1k plus labor. he said he can get a handle with the same color and the lock plus labor for $600. the parts is 500 and the labor is only $100. come to find out lexus does not make the pre-painted handles so they have to paint the new handle to match my car and they did not charge me because he told me that they come painted--now that is honest. i will only bring my vehicles to this shop should i need body works. also, i stopped there last week to get an estimate on why i get water in my trunk and again curtis sugggested that 99% of the problem with this issue is the seal on the lights and he said to bring my car and they will check it and give me the material so i can seal it myself. you can't go wrong if you go to this shop. i've had some nightmare experiences going to other shops but for sure you will feel that the right thing is being done with your vehicle at duggan's collision center. read more
