I do not feel that I should be paying over $12 for a meal that looks thrown together with very little care. My burritos are often wrapped incorrectly, extremely small, and the portions of meat are frequently far below what I would expect for what I paid. Beyond the food, the customer service has been consistently unprofessional. Employees often seem uninterested in helping customers, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like customer satisfaction is not a priority. The restaurant is also frequently unclean, which only adds to the negative experience. What concerns me most is that this location already has a large number of negative reviews describing many of the same issues, yet there appears to have been little to no improvement. When so many customers are sharing similar experiences, it should be a sign that changes need to be made. Unfortunately, it feels like these concerns are being ignored rather than addressed. At this point, I no longer plan on returning to this location. I hope management and corporate take these concerns seriously and use this feedback as an opportunity to improve food quality, portion consistency, cleanliness, and customer service.
