He asked if I had shut the main water shutoff valve off, I told him I had just moved into the house and did not know where it was. He instructed me where and what to look for in my basement. He told me he could come out that evening but if I could get through the night and wait till the next morning, I could save 50% on the labor charge since overtime rates were mandatory. They sent a tech at 8:30 the next morning and within 2 hours the piping was replaced, and he installed some insulation to prevent future freezing of the pipe section. Very professional operation.
