I love the lights in the queue!

Our eldest had a blast raising her baby sister and I higher than daddy that was in the Dumbo in front of us lol! I love the beautiful circus lights in the queue and relaxing water fountain on the ride! This classic ride is based on the beloved film, Dumbo! I would highly recommend this sweet ride located in Fantasyland in Disneyland Park! It's for all ages and for many it was their first Disney ride! We'll be back to ride again! :-)

A Fantasyland classic. Dumbo the Flying Elephant, has riders boar their very own Dumbo. Riders then take flight. Elephants fly in circles around a central point. This is a children's version of the Astro Orbiter, or rather, the Astro Orbiter is a children's version of Dumbo. Unlike the other rides in Fantasyland, this ride gives riders the ability to control a bit of the adventure. While riders can't control how fast the elephants spin, they can control if, and how often, the elephants move up and down. Having trouble getting a picture of your child on the ride? Fear not, there is a stationary Dumbo located between the K.C. Jr. Train and the Dumbo ride. Guests may take a picture there.

Dumbo is one of the kiddos favorite rides at Disneyland. Always packed. Line moves at a decent pace. If you have Genie, the line is super quick. Can't beat sitting inside Dumbo and flying. Fast ride, you control the up and down. Around a minute long. A must ride every visit.

The first ride we went on in our 2019 trip. The line wasn't too long. Employees are friendly and keep things moving smoothly. The ride is well maintained, as with most of the rides at Disney. The little ones (and adults) had so much fun. The best part was looking at the smiles on everyone's face. Fun!

You get in, buckle your seatbelt and prepare to fly!

Woohoo, I finally got to ride Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride! Yay, another childhood ride/dream fulfilled, heheh! Located in Fantasyland across from King Arthur Carrousel. The wait time wasn't too long (about 30 mins or less) and it's an easy and lighthearted, fun ride. Before hopping on, you're given an assigned numbered Dumbo to ride on. You get in, buckle your seatbelt and soon, you'll take off! There's a lever in front of you that can adjust and control the height of Dumbo flying up and down. You'll fly around for a couple of minutes. Dumbo can seat a maximum of three people, but my friend and I each rode our own Dumbo, hehe! A cute and wonderful ride worth riding!

Dumbo is one of the iconic Disney rides. At Disneyland, the ride currently sits in Fantasyland just past the carousel. I'm not sure when it was moved to this location, but this is a great place for it. The ride has had a few renovations to fix it up, with the last one occurring earlier this year. The cue area where you wait for your turn to tide has been changed to help accommodate the kiddos waiting for their turn to ride the flying elephant. The colors of the elephants are vibrant and beautiful. Each Dumbo has a feather in its trunk to help give him confidence to fly through the air. Wait your turn and then get your ticket to ride. Board your cute little elephant and get ready for your journey. Each Dumbo has a lever inside so the riders can select a low flying ride or a high flying ride. Of course I want to be way up high so I can see all over Fantasyland. I can see the different rides and all the happy people walking around. Close my eyes and I can feel the air flying through my hair. I can feel myself flying with the help of this magical elephant. This is such a fun and kid friendly ride. It's a great feeling to soar through the air. I highly recommend this ride to individuals of all ages. There is often a wait, but many good things come to those who wait. I've had the pleasure of riding Dumbo in Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disney. I can't wait to ride Dumbo at the other parks so I can check that off my bucket list!!

Simple ride that you get into a dumbo elephant cart and it goes in circles with a switch inside your cart that you can move to go up and down. You get dizzy...

    The ride.

While in Disneyland with a toddler, Dumbo the Flying Elephant is just one of those rides that you need to do for the kiddo ya know? The line moves quickly, the kiddo picks the elephant he wants, you happily fly up and down in circular motion for a few minutes, & you get off with an elated child! The wait wasn't very long and the waiting area is covered so it wasn't that bad at all. You can fit 2 adults and 1 child in an elephant, but my husband rode with the kiddo while my sister in-law and I rode in the elephant in front of them so that I could take some photos of the first ride we took that morning. Once the ride starts, you use a joy stick to control going up and down as you spin around for about a 1 1/2 minutes. Simple. I just have to laugh and write this review because once we got going I'm pretty sure the worker running the ride was ready to kick me off 'cause I was waaaay to busy taking super cute photos of my kid enjoying the ride, while they were in the background scolding me to face forward. Apparently you can't turn around while the ride is in motion. Sorry! I was not paying attention, bless your hearts for being so patient. Lol. I was too distracted by my happy kiddo 'cause he was having a great time. Every single time we asked him if he had fun at Disneyland or even mentioned Disneyland he would say "fun the elephant airplane." This went on for months and months! He just turned 2 at the time and almost a year later, he still says the same thing when he sees the photos. What an iconic ride, keeping kids happy since it's inception.

This ride is pretty iconic with adults and children alike. Everyone knows the story of the beloved Dumbo. If your afraid of heights you don't have to use the lever to raise and lower your individual ride. The line is one to be expected, unless your there at the perfect time. Our wait time surprisingly was less than 15 minutes.

Parking is $35 for the day, or $10 for the first two hours plus $5 for each additional hour. I appreciated that the parking structure is covered. One thing that surprised me was how warm and humid the indoor water park felt. The temperature is kept at 84 degrees, which makes sense for swimming but it was a little muggy and took some getting used to. There are several different play areas that help spread out the crowds. We spent most of our time in the toddler/young kids' section, which was perfect for little ones. The kids also had a great time in the outdoor play area. We rented a cabana for the day and thought it was well worth it, especially for larger groups since open seating can be difficult to find. Our cabana included bottled water in a mini fridge, a small locker, two lounge chairs, a dining table, a couch, towels, and thin curtains that could be closed for a little extra privacy (although they are somewhat see-through). Overall, we had a great experience. It's a fun destination for families year-round since the indoor water park stays warm regardless of the weather. We also played a round of mini golf outside, and the ropes course looked like a lot of fun for older kids and adults. We'd definitely come back.

Very disappointing experience -- not what I expected from Great Wolf Lodge…read more One of my biggest concerns was the presence of two Flock cameras on the property. These automated license-plate cameras raise serious privacy concerns, particularly at a family resort where guests reasonably expect some degree of privacy. I find the surveillance of guests and their vehicles deeply troubling, and I believe the use of this technology deserves much greater transparency and scrutiny regarding who has access to the information collected, how long it is retained, and how it can be used. On top of the privacy concerns, a majority of the hotel and portions of the water park were under construction during our visit. That significantly detracted from the experience and made it difficult to justify the cost of staying here. I was also extremely disappointed to see that the boogie board ride had been removed and replaced with cabanas and alcoholic frozen drinks. That seems like a significant change in priorities for what is supposed to be a family-oriented water park. Removing an actual attraction that families can enjoy in favor of additional paid cabanas and alcohol was particularly disappointing. Overall, between the extensive construction, the loss of attractions, and the surveillance concerns, this visit did not feel like the Great Wolf Lodge experience we were paying for. I cannot recommend this location in its current state.

This is the Britney Tribe. I sure hope they don't hit me one more time with their Britney Spears. Now we will take an unnecessary right, followed by an unnecessary left; also on the left, you'll see where Walt ran out of money. Don't worry, I'll scare him off (The Hippos). I LOVE YOU! Yup, works on all the men in my life. Here we see the natives celebrating the solstice; let me see if I can translate.... You put your left foot in. You put your left foot out.
