    Robot bringing my food

This is new place in The Snellville Grove area. It's a beautiful located next to the park. There's plenty of parking space. So no worries there. This is a Fast food restaurant where you order from your phone. There is no personal interaction with servers other than to pay. The food is decent with above normal size portions. It is not a restaurant that you could expect grandmas cooking. Over all, I support local restaurants, specifically those that are just starting here in Snellville.

I have to say personally from experience. This place is amazing and nothing like i've ever tasted. In parts of where i've tried food at. I've enjoyed the mango jasmine, green tea.And the passion fruit jasmine green tea, as well. The chicken soup dumplings and the barbecue chicken buns were the best. It would be nice if they could have something like that in Augusta too. But since it was a friend of mine's birthday, I treated her out and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the ambience here was amazing plus they actually have a robot here that actually will bring your order to your table instead of you. Going to get the food or any of the servers bringing the food to you. This place is awesome and I cannot wait to come back here again. I recommend this one in Snellville, Georgia personally.

I went there for lunch and definitely was a great choice. The condiments were plentiful, its was spicy like I ordered, it was delicious. The service was friendly and the venue was clean. Definitely worth going back to try others items. The packaging was even perfect.

Teetered between 3 and 4 stars but ultimately decided 4. Reason being is I'm not gonna knock the restaurant because I ordered things I didn't like the flavor of. The soup dumplings were freaking awesome, pan seared were alright. The fried rice was alright, and the cucumber salad was awesome. The service was very great and the servers were happy to answer several questions. The only turn off was the robot food delivery, it just takes away from the human touch. Hopefully we don't see too much of that moving forward (Unfortuneatly that's the direction we are moving). Humans will always beat a robot in the service industry.

Today I came here for the first time. It was actually really good. The service was great! Fast! They have a robot that delivers the food to your table. The ambiance is nice. Cute little lunch spot! I ordered a lychee peachy jasmine green tea that was good The egg rolls were good Cucumber salad was good Then the spicy Chicken really good as well! Overall I would come back!

    Har Gow, crystal shrimp dumpling

I recommend the pork and shrimp shumai, the pork soup dumplings, and the scallion pancakes. I think it might be a batch issue, but I noticed the har gow and the pork and crab meat soup dumplings I ordered had an off flavor, like slightly stale oil. It was subtle enough to cover up with their sweet, vinegary sauce, but a little disappointing. You can't taste the crab meat at all, so I'd just get the cheaper pork option. The dumplings overall are nice and juicy. The wrappers have a nice texture and lean on the thicker side, and I only had 2 dumplings out of the 24-ish total stick to the parchment. The veggie dumplings are mostly just chives and glass noodles -- very gooey, and not worth getting a second time unless you enjoy the texture. I wish they had something with a little bite in it, like water chestnuts. The scallion pancakes are very crisp and chewy and are a nice side. The inside of the restaurant is nice, but the kitchen vent in the back is pretty loud. The service is quick and hands-off aside from some dish-collection. They have a physical menu and a QR menu with online ordering. It's located close to a beautiful outdoor seating area with a fountain, library, and an upcoming food center market similar to Ponce City Market.

I visited the dumpling master a couple of days ago. It was very busy and the food smelled good. I ordered some dim sum vegetables and pork, they were delicious. I also ordered some spicy chicken and edamame. The ambiance was cute with neon sign and the sound of people talking and laughing. I got a glimpse of the robot delivering food.

This dinner was AWESOME! We loved everything we got, especially the Shanghai fried noodles with chicken. I'm not sure we won't get that everytime we go! Maybe we'll try the different meat options ha we went around 630 on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. It did pick up quite a bit after we were finishing up and paying. The robot bringing food to the table was so fun! I think they only have one working the floor because they had plenty of waitresses around dropping food off at the table too. The location was clean and had a simple vibe. The food was reasonably priced and everything was hot. Will definitely be back!

    Chicken Soup Dumplings (6)

Pretty solid food. Would recommend. Sesame balls have red bean paste. Tasted really good, especially when fresh/hot. Broth in chicken noodle soup had good flavor. Soup dumplings were good, nothing mind blowing. Also had mango Yakult. Staff was friendly.

Amazing Food. Amazing Larp. Dumpling was hot and juicy, service is amazing. Will be frequenting this spot. 10/10.

The parking lot was a little confusing since it shares space with the sushi/hibachi restaurant next door, and it seems like they're connected somehow. Inside, the dim sum side was pretty empty with only a few filled tables, while the hibachi side looked much busier. The two restaurants are separated by a glass wall, so you can clearly see both sides. Right away, service was rough. There was no host or waiter around for over five minutes and we were honestly about to leave before someone finally came to seat us. They give you a paper menu to mark what you want, which was easy enough, but everything after that moved very slowly. Waters took forever, food came out sporadically, and it was obvious the dim sum side wasn't getting much attention. I understand it was a Saturday, but most of the focus seemed to be going toward the hibachi restaurant next door. Food-wise, it was OK for AYCE. The shumai was tasty, pork buns were probably one of my favorites, and the shrimp dumplings and rolls were a good size. The chicken lo mein was flavorful, sesame balls were good, and the spring rolls were decent. The Chinese broccoli tasted good too, but it came out cold. The biggest issue was the wait and lack of communication. After our first round, we waited a long time for our waiter to come back because he seemed to also be serving the other restaurant. We were still waiting on two dim sum dishes when he finally returned and asked if we were finished. When we mentioned we were still waiting, he casually told us they were out of those items. I just wish someone had told us that 20-25 minutes earlier instead of leaving us waiting the whole time. To be honest, we wanted to order a lot more food, but we knew we would be sitting there for another hour till we got it. Hence the lack of my pictures. Our waiter himself was friendly and smiley, and honestly I felt bad because it looked like he was trying to manage both sides. But overall the dim sum area felt completely neglected. The food was good enough that I wanted to like the place more, but the service and long waits really affected the experience. Sadly, I probably wouldn't come back.

But for the cost of providing endless items, quality dips for quantity and much like buffets, you don't get the best but in the case of this place, bottom tier for unlimited is literally what you pay for. WIth cash you pay $25, with card you pay $29 The interior is tiny compared to their next door neighbor. Seats about 70 people and it looks like it's just a tacked on extension of Volcano sushi/Hibachi. Now let's talk food. They give you a paper menu and you look at the items and you put a number on how many servings you want. Serving sizes vary like the Shumai gives 4 peices while the soup dumplings are 3 so if you put "2" down for the soup dumplings, you'll get 6 total dumplings. Some things are great, others are horrid. I decided on a few popular items. Everything is pork based save for the beef short ribs. The Hong Kong style meatball, the soup dumplings, the chive and pork, the wontons, the shumai; all pork based and some combined shrimp with it. I don't know what it is but there is a window where things are great piping hot and once it hits a cooling point, it just sucks. That being said, order one item at a time, eat it hot, and quick because cold pork/shrimp shumai just doesn't cut it. There was also the Chou Zhu or something that had a distasteful flavor and texture. The Hong Kong style meatball also had a very off putting flavor. Everything that was shrimp based left a bad taste in my mouth and things sat real heavy. The Tonkatsu ramen was delicious and the lo mein was extremely flavorful to be fair. I did like the soup dumplings but I wish they had more soup. It's definitely one to visit just once to get that all you can eat experience but that's it. Your best bet can be to find an a la carte dim sum place or play it all you can eat one at a time

I completely understand that the restaurant has business hours, but it was only three minutes before opening. Also, it's summer and the sunlight is very bright, making it extremely difficult to tell whether the sign is lit or not. The three-minute wait wasn't the issue. What bothered me was the way the staff member spoke to us. It felt more like he was lecturing us than politely communicating with customers. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for us not to come back, and I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.
