I watched as he did the repairs and I have never seen anyone follow good practices and recommendations like he did. His price was reasonable for average work, low for his work. I contacted John at Moto Fix and gave a rough estimate just for the seal replacement and suggested if I wanted to save on labor cost I could remove the engine from the bike myself and just bring the engine in if I felt comfortable with doing that, which I did. Since the engine had to be completely disassembled I told John to do a "top end" and anything else that needs repairs, just keep me posted. John kept me updated and informed every step of the way. John is very meticulous and I feel he gave my bike the same care as if he was working on his own bike which is why I went to him in the first place because I don't much trust the big bike dealers repair shops. It did take a little time for John to get it done as he had a lot going on and he is basically a one man show but it was well worth the wait. The final cost with all extra work was very reasonable and slightly less than I was expecting

We walked into Sun Powersports and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable there. Not like that at other places we'd been. We were greeted right away by Samantha. She was absolutely amazing!! We told her what we were looking for and she took us all around and showed us all of the different options. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. She really made the whole experience so much fun and we learned so much from her. She was also so patient with us and all of our questions. She really made the whole experience so wonderful and stress free. She was never pushy in any way which was so awesome. She made us feel like we'd known her forever, and we were just so comfortable being there. We decided to get the 2026 CF Moto, 2 seater in red. She immediately found us one that needed to be built. Absolutely perfect. We were so excited. We also needed to find a trailer to bring it home and haul it around, too. We had a steel trailer for our atvs but we wanted an aluminum one so it wasn't so heavy. (We are getting a tad older) She had it put together within hours of when she knew we wanted it. The whole process was so exciting and stress free. We then went into financing and Ashly helped us, also very helpful and stress free, unlike any other large purchase we'd made before. Sun is just amazing all of the way around. After the purchase, Samantha was there to help us again. She went over every inch of it with us, helped us program it to our phones and when we hadn't yet found a trailer, she arranged for it to be delivered to our house!!! I honestly cannot say enough about Samantha or Sun being so helpful and amazing. They have definitely earned our business for life.

I took my MT07 to Vickery Motorsports for a recall. Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.

After 5 weeks of no contact from them and me trying to get any kind of update, they said the bike was ready. After three rides the oil leak I specifically pointed out, was leaking again. I take it back in and they say that was a different leak and make me pay for the repair a second time. Instead of trying to get me back out riding it takes them 2 weeks to look at it and give me a written estimate. The parts they are ordering don't fit my bike( thankfully I caught it) and take another 6 weeks to get in. In total they had my bike for 3 MONTHS to fix something they said they could do in 2 weeks. Overall review is they're a very unprofessional shop from the owner on down. Prices are the same as a dealership but you don't get a guarantee behind the service. The communication from them informing you of updates is non-existent. Will give you time estimates on repairs that they can not meet and won't return calls to explain why. If you can find a different shop I would!

I already had dropped my bike off and paid $465 deposit and thought about just having them do the work, but I felt I was being scammed. and I couldn't trust them. I get this is their busy season, but to wait till you got a guy's bike in your shop and then tell him you're going to charge him three times the cost quoted, who knows what The final bill would be when I picked it up after the work. so picked my bike up. brought it to another shop. recommend get everything definitively in writing before you drop your bike off.
