We stopped for lunch here while exploring the area. I ordered a corn dog, an order of fries, and a bottle of water. My husband ordered corn on the cob and a hot dog. My corn dog was so good expect a lot of the batter closest to the inside was uncooked. I commented on it to my husband who suggested that I take it back to them, but I really didn't want to make a big deal out of it and draw things out. Enough of it was cooked so that I was able to eat around the uncooked areas. The cooked parts were really good! Fries were good, nothing special. My husband was happy with his food. Again, nothing special with his food. This place is cute. The employees were all nice. The girl who took our order assured us that our Pomeranian was welcome on the patio, and another employee took time out of cleaning to suggest locations around town for us to check out. After eating we tried to leave our car in their parking lot to run across the street to the general store for me to use their restroom but the owner stopped us and informed us that parking was strictly for customers. He ended up letting us park along the side street in front of his car when we explained that we were just wanting to run across the street for a minute and were not headed to the beach. That was really nice of him, but we totally got stared down by a resident across the street who watched us park and walk away, lol. I'm sure they have to be incredibly diligent though, otherwise people would be parking there all the time, and who knows how long they'd be gone. They had the worst hot dogs I have ever purchased. They were small and undercooked. We sent two back because they were cold and they still came back cold. Even the bun on my dog was cold. They really need to get their act together. read more

This place was great! We loved the hand dipped corn dogs. The lemonade was beautiful. My husband loved the Chicago dogs. The ice cream selection was super good. If you like sweet ice cream try birthday cake. Everything was so good and the service was great too. Can't wait to go again. read more

I should have had a hot dog. But, we were hot, just came off of Pisgah, and were looking for some ice-cream. This being the first place off the hill, we stopped here. Only soft-serve ice-cream here. We should have kept walking. They drizzle syrups on the ice-cream served on cones to give them different flavors. They are kind of strange tasting. They also make a variation of the DQ blizzard, but they are not quite as good. And they charge $5 for a large icee. A large cup, filled with flavor ice, for $5. Yikes. If you need a soft serve fix, this is your place. If you want hand dipped, keep walking down the road. I should have had a hot dog, and then perhaps they would have gotten 3 stars. read more

Wow. Ridiculous prices for crappy food. Almost $50 for a family of 4 to have sandwiches and fries. The quality of the burger meat was cheap and disgusting. The chicken wrap had weird flavor. The only reason they didn't get one star was that the fries were good. read more

This dog friendly place is a favorite of my family when we are in Holland and Ottawa Beach. They have a nice selection of hotdogs, and a huge selection of different drinks a hot day. My husband absolutely loves the Coney and onion rings, and my son loves the slushes. read more

Not worth a visit. We stopped by because it looked like a cute place to eat outside. It was very overpriced, the service was slow, and there were MANY mistakes with our order. We didn't order anything complicated- hotdogs, pretzels, and sodas. Yet there was a mistake with all 3 and it took 15 minutes to get the correct food. Came here for the "Hawaiian Shaved Ice" and a corn dog. The shaved ice was not such thing, it was a normal snow cone with big chunks of ice. The corn dog was so undercooked that the dog was surrounded by liquid batter. Just gross. read more

We've been here twice for lunch and had great food both times. We got hamburger/hot dog/corn dogs along with some cheese curds, fries, and sweet potato fries for lunch. All of the food was really good, and we waited a reasonable amount of time, around 10 minutes or so. I expected the food to be pretty average, given the type of location, side of road burger place. But it was actually a lot better than I expected. The cheese curds especially, were fantastic. We didn't try the ice cream, so maybe next time. But it was a great place to stop on the way home from a beach trip. My only negative would be price, it was a little on the pricey side for the type of food that was served. read more

Not impressed. Way overpriced and insanely slow. When we walked up there was an elderly couple and a family of five in front of us. Both ordering food and getting our order was incredibly slow... took almost thirty minutes. Three regular, simple hot dogs, one French fry and two sodas was over $23. And, best off all, while I was waiting for my food I saw the chef wipe his nose with his hand and immediate go back to preparing food with no gloves, no cleaner, no tissue, no nothing. read more

Great little place to stop along the beach. My girlfriend I stopped here while visiting the Holland area. We each got a hotdog it and we shared some onion rings. The food was good and they have a nice clean facility. They appeared to only have outdoor seating,so don't expect to be seated inside. After we were finished with our meals, we both had some ice cream. They have plenty of frozen treats. These types of places are staples at beaches. I would definitely go back.
