And most importantly, it was some of the best beer of the trip! I regularly take my kid to breweries with me so fair warning- under 18 not allowed.

I had the smoked dunkelweizen that was amazing. The beer here has lots of flavor from the hops. This brewery is about quality not quantity. This is a must for real beer drinkers.

Not something you see everywhere but that is a big step to make sure everyone is included. Major thumbs up from me thats for sure.

However, we encountered several issues during our visit: - The Table: We were seated at a very wobbly table and had to use napkins to stabilize it ourselves. - The Service: Our waitress was quite slow. Additionally, when explaining the drink options, she explicitly advised us against ordering the Navy Grog on the list, stating that it tasted like ship water. - The Drinks: Based on the celebration, we decided to split the "South Seas Pearl." We found the drink to be overwhelming, and given the premium price tag, we expected the quality to better match the cost. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed for future guests.

Loved this place - oldest craft brewery in FL, if I remember correctly. It was pretty crowded when we arrived, but from the beginning, or server was very enthusiastic, laid-back, and full of information to answer all of our questions. Two beers on the menu were listed as having many similar ingredients, and he was ready with thorough explanation for how they were different, so that we could make an informed decision. In the end, our party of six ended up getting two flights of eight different beers, and three additional points. We all got a really great sampling of all of the brews. Food was great, too. The tater tots were the perfect snack with the beers! We got pint glasses for five dollars apiece, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The place was full, but there was never a line for the bathroom. I hope to make this establishment a regular stop anytime I am visiting my family in Palm Harbor! read more

By chance we came in when an up & coming jam band on the national touring scene was playing. The opener was really good too, so immediately I was pleased. We were also very impressed with the food, being a brewery. We came in *starving," so basically played Pin the Tail on the Donkey with the menu and ended up enjoying some killer smoked chicken in a tasty burrito. S ordered the special which was two sliders with smoked chicken and topped with bacon and lettuce tossed in ranch...basically his ideal meal. The beers were good - I wouldn't say THE GREATEST BEER EVER - but really good and it's clear why DB has lasted 19 years. The apricot IPA**was so good I had two (and I never usually order the same thing twice in a row). Overall we can't wait to come back, and try more places in the area! Wife and I are from Ontario Canada, originally from Alberta, but own a house in Dunedin and come down to watch the Blue Jays spring training (and get away from nasty winters). We always enjoy The Brewery and their great selection of beers. I love the Red and the Coffee beer. My wife loves the Golden and I think it's called Apricot Peach. Something or other that's fruity. We've also had food here on many occasions and it was all wonderful. Service is great and lots of time theirs live music, some of which we like and some we don't, but at least they have live entertainment. read more

Young woman swearing at patrons claiming she is the owner. She is not, her father owns the brewery, and her roid rage boyfriend actually grabbed me because I closed a door (it was 55 degrees outside)... I understand getting what you want at your daddy's bar, but when you pay $35 for the cover for Stogies and Stout night you do not expect to get harassed by anyone, (other than a drunk patron) much less the owners daughter. Great place! Went here the other day after reading all the great reviews. The beer and selection is awesome! I lived the sampler or I believe they called it the paddle or something. Great way to experience a nice variety. Great location in Dunedin, I love this area. The food was also very good I had a couple apps. and the tenders. I was really there to relax drop some brews with my buds. But there was great service and we all had a blast! Definitely be coming back. read more

Late review: Came here spring break of 2021 and waited quite a while (40ish mins) before being approached by waitstaff. It was NOT busy at all. There were maybe a few other customers there but it was mostly empty. Service was not great, food was ok, but my husband liked his beer. My husband was previously employed here and I had heard nothing but great things so when we came on vacation I was excited to try it out. We were both surprised and disappointed. read more

This seems like the busiest Brewery in Dunedin. But there are so many Breweries in the area that have better service. I often feel ignored because it is so busy. What stands out to me at this brewery is the food. Not because it is great. It's ok. Slightly over priced. But no brewery in the area sells a better selection of food and beer combined. So if you are looking for a variety of food options and a great beer selection in Dunedin, This is the place. read more

Bartender told our sober friend because he was "hanging" on his girlfriend, that she could not serve him or any of of our party of 9 people. A different person in our party spilled a water. He was the only non-Caucasian person in the brewery, and our entire party was told to finish our first beer and leave the establishment. Even after the "culprits" left, we were deemed "unservable." I would not recommend coming here. read more

I've always had a drunken good time here with good live jam bands and plenty of beer and cider on tap. It gets pretty crowded when there is good music inside but sometimes the bands play outside, too. Love wandering around outside for a break from the crowds. read more

I still like their beer, but I don't see another good reason to visit this place in person again. Their location is really nice, and I'm sure that it's nice to watch the sunset from while sipping a beer, so that's probably the only reason I'd go back.
