Craft beer? Bring it on!!! This place was super low key, with an excellent selection of beer and food. I ordered a porter to start....Aftermidnight....or something like that....the chalk board was a wee bit difficult to read but the bartender knew which one I meant. My friend said that she likes Shock Top and the bartender gave her a comparable selection. Both were delicious! Then came the food...we only ordered an appetizer because we had dinner plans...we got the Cheese Curd, Tater Tot and Pulled Pork Stack. Oh My Lawd, it was heaven!! Heaven I say! We wanted more beer but couldn't decide from the extensive menu so our waitress helped us put together a mixed flight. Great choice. Great micro-brew pub. The atmosphere is what you'd expect for a brewery but doesn't have that sense of arrogance you might find at other establishments. I had the pumpkin spice seasonal brew, which was lined with cinnamon sugar on the rim of the glass. The combination of the sugar and slightly bitter beer worked perfectly together. I have been to the Brewery a couple of times before and every visit lives up to expectations. Definitely recommend for a change of pace from the everyday drinks. read more

We stopped in while wandering around Dunedin. I'm always happy to see a family friendly brewpub and Dunedin Brewery was no exception. We took a seat out on the patio and passed underneath a Bell's Brewing banner to do so. Upon looking around there was paraphernalia from many of my favorite breweries...nice touch. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and the beers were solid. We ordered a Hemp & Orange Wit and a Classic American IPA. We didn't try any food but what those around us ordered looked great. read more

This place is a landmark in Dunedin and one of the original oldest breweries in Florida. Their beer is good and my favorite is their ipa called American Classic. To me, the highlight is the atmosphere and their pub grub. I've tried many items with the wings as my favorite. They change sauces as specials but the standard hot is great. Fresh wings that are big, juicy, and not overly breaded. The pretzel bites are awesome as well. Homemade hummus a must and finish it with fried cheese curds. The service is outstanding and they work as a team. This is kind of a hidden gem. You won't be disappointed. Most breweries do not have food and they certainly don't match the quality. read more

AWFUL service. Matthew is the worst bartender I've ever had. Rude, inappropriate (we were a group of girls and he made some VERY inappropriate comments), refused to get the manager when I requested it. I tried placing an order with the other server, Hunter, and she was also rude. They weren't very busy and I worked service for all my college years -- there is no excuse for how they treat guests. It is a shame because I used to come here a lot for the open mics but there are MANY other places in downtown Dunedin where you won't be treated like garbage as soon as you walk in. After going to nearby breweries was hit with the realization that there was something better out there. Recommend other like Hob or Caledonia or other breweries in the area. Why three stars? This was a mixed bag. First, I love the inside of this place..it is darn cool. We were there on a Friday afternoon and service was great too. Food on the other hand was not so good. I'll give it to them that the cheese curds are delicious...maybe offer other sauces like marinara. My sliders were burnt beyond cooking...these things were cooked on the Sun. My wife's chicken was a bit skinny and dry. More like chicken jerky. This place could easily be 4 or 5 stars...just work on the kitchen. read more

Both the food and beer here are amazing. Had the friend jalapeno cheese curds, which are great! I was craving them as we were driving down to FL to move here. Then I had the pork tacos, which were also great. The beers are all made here and they have something for everyone with very knowledgeable bar staff to guide you around the menu. Most nights there's live music, so far we've gone for the drum circle, open mic night and a band. read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC. We brought our pup and sat outside. Service was great. We ordered the Apricot Peach Ale, the Mahi sandwich and the poutine. WOW! It was so fresh. The Mahi melted in your mouth. Went there while doing the gulp coast brewery passport. The bar tender was rude and gave us a hard time stamping our passports. We went to twenty plus breweries and they were all great and gave us stamps happily. This ruined our experience at dunefin brewery and we would never recommend this location to anyone. It doesn't cost anything to be nice , but it will cost customers to be rude. read more

Absolutely the rudest bartender I've ever encountered. I have visited many breweries in several states and always enjoy talking to the bartenders about the beers being served especially the one I have chosen to drink. They have all been super excited to share their knowledge about what is currently on tap. I was snapped at and blown off by the bartender like I didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to engage him in conversation about the beer. It's not like it was super busy and even so taking time with customers is important. I can excuse bad service because maybe the person is new but flat out rudeness will not be tolerated and will be reflected in the tip. Will never recommend this place no matter how old they claim to be. There are too many other choices out there. read more

The food and beer were both great! Service was not as wonderful. We went inside to ask if we could sit outside. They told us to grab any table. After sitting outside for a while we went in to ask for menus. Once the first server came out we felt like we were inconveniencing them by sitting there. We had a dog, so we had no choice. The wings were everything we had always heard. Flavor and crispiness was spot on. During the meal we saw multiple servers and they were much kinder. Florida's oldest craft brewery, and one of the best. Always a great crowd, and well staffed. DunBrew has a calendar full of entertainment including live bands, jam sessions, and Tuesday night drum circle. The beer is well crafted, flavorful, and refreshing. I am partial to the Red Ale, but beer is far too reliant on personal taste to recommend any particular one. I got the wings and Wisconsin cheese curds to snack on and boy were they delightful. So good, I even gave a couple of cheese curds to a couple sitting next to me that were visiting from Wisconsin and they said that the kitchen staff got it right. If you're into a lively environment, live entertainment, good beer, and flavorful food, then make sure you stop by Dunedin Brewery for a piece of Florida Craft Beer History. read more

Cool little place in downtown Dunedin. Several nights a week they have live music. Which is really fun, but can be loud even in the outside seating areas. Not that that is a bad thing, just something to keep in mind if you're just wanting a pint and to talk. They have a nice selection of beers that they make, some are served year round, others are seasonal. I like their apricot/peach and their stouts. They have a decent selection of pub foods, sandwiches and whatnot. My two favorites are the wings(which they soak overnight in beer), and the spicy fried cheese curds. Was in town for the day and on the advice of a friend decided to check this place out. It was seat yourself so my group of three sat down and waited. It was a Friday just before 5 so there was some crowd there just prior to Happy Hour. However after a fairly long wait no one came over to us to bring us menus or get us drinks. Finally a server came over and apologized and brought us drinks and within another minute or two someone else came over to grab our order. Despite the rocky start the service was excellent. Not only was our server able to refill our drinks as soon as we needed a refill each and every time, but he was just an overall good dude who took the time to talk to us a little. So overall we couldn't have been happier with the service. The beer was good. I tried the Apricot Peach beer since it was considered their best seller and was surprised with the flavor. You could get the taste of the two fruits in there but this wasn't an especially fruity beer either, making it a great mix. Unfortunately we didn't stay longer so I didn't get to try a few others that interested me. The food was five stars. I got the Snakebite Shredded Pork Tacos with the hard shell Tacos and wow. The meat was just soft and juicy and the flavor of the snakebite sauce had the perfect amount of spicy and sweet not to mention the jalapeños and cheese. I also liked the chips and salsa. Definitely something I went to have again as soon as possible. The atmosphere was also great. They had a DJ playing an interesting mix of music which was a good mix for what they were trying to do. The brewery setup also made for a different setup to check out than a typical restaurant and the overall decor was also interesting. I'm not from the area but this was a memorable meal for sure. By far the best food I've had down here on my nearly week long trip in the Orlando/Tampa area. read more
