I ordered a drink and the lady didn't know where one of the button was and told the lady that she didn't charge me for cold foam and the white lady went off on the other lady that took my order instead of helping her out she said "I'm not getting fired because of you" I thought that was rude should of helped the lady out read more

Ok woah. I never feel the need to leave rude reviews but this was the most unsatisfying dunkin experience I've ever had. The ambiance of the restaurant felt like the two employees would rather be doing anything else but helping customers. Some person out of uniform was taking apart the menu. The workers were rude and inconsiderate. My matcha came half filled and scorching hot. Needless to say will not be coming to this location ever again and if you're reading this I suggest you to to any other dunkin donuts :)! read more

Stopped by Dunkin on my way to Sarasota. Ordered Cranberry orange muffin and Coffee. That was the only muffin available, but it was Amazing!!! It was full of Cranberries, fresh and super yummy. It was a great pit stop. read more

The coffee is actually good. I have on several occasions ordered a breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread. I always request sausage, I dislike bacon. Despite this, all but one time, the sandwich contained bacon. I have even asked at the pickup window and been assured that my order was correct. Another time I was had a tray with my iced latte and a large hot coffee, ordered with milk. When the hot coffee, which had not been secured in the tray tumbled out, it spilled all over my purse, car and arm. It was black. I called the manager and was told she would call the owner and get back to me that afternoon This was over a month ago, still no call. I reached out to cooperate several times, they kept promising a resolution. I finally, about 2 weeks later, received an email from the owner, asking a good time that day to call and discuss the issue. No call. I emailed again the next day, you guessed it, STILL NOTHING! Needless to say, I am done with Dunkin! read more

WORST dunkin I have ever been to. Stopped on the way home from our road trip. Took 30-35 mins just to order. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and snacking bacon was given a sausage egg and cheese and hash browns. Mind you the ticket on the to go bag says the correct order. Don't recommend stopping here. Sitting in the drive thru with two cars in front of me for 7 minutes. It's not that difficult people. Why does this town that have no sense of urgency? I'm just trying to get out of here as fast as I can and I can't even get a cup of coffee in a timely manner. 9 minutes and there are still two cars in front of me. Wtf? 11 minutes? I will not be going back. They have legitimately had someone in plain clothes no mask come out with my food. The person walked up to my car said here's your food and walked away with theirs. They talk to you like they don't want you there. And the food is always either nasty or burnt. don't waste your time. Just go to Burger King 100 feet down the road. read more

Worst DD I've ever been to. I ordered and paid for a Caramel Latte. When I drank some of it while waiting for my breakfast sandwich, I discovered it didn't have any caramel. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk, he said they didn't have any, and walked away. Oh and my two wraps were still cold. read more

Never ever work for this place I worked 41 hours and never once received a check managers most of them on drugs and steal. I have called better business wages and hours and they still won't respond. The employees really set this location aside, very cool and prompt service. The WiFi is good, and many, many power outlets to plug in. They were cool with me working until the very last minute when they closed. I'll be back for sure! read more

The girls/guys on the morning shift are great! They are always so friendly and my order is right every time!

The place looks run down, tape still on walls were posters used to hang men's restroom filthy out of donut's at 8 am in the morning. Tried to buy donut holes/ munchkins for my kids for over two weeks they never had any of the glazed, I asked to speak with the manager the employees said she wasn't there and probably wouldn't be coming in. read more

This place doesn't seem to get any better. The service is extremely slow and when you meet with the employees they seem super clueless and distracted. I don't understand why you have to wait up to 15 minutes for your drink in an empty store with no customers. Makes no sense. And the funniest time was when I asked for a latte and they asked if I wanted cream in it. Think about that one for a second. I think I can say for everyone that this place is a disgrace to all restaurants in America. read more

This business has the best employees! The other day I went though the drive-thru and the young man who waited on me went to see if they had the kind of donuts my granddaughter wanted. They were out up front so he went back and got me 6 and iced them himself. Sorry I didn't get his name, but I thought he was awesome! Always great service at this location. I was passing through town on my way home to west palm beach and stopped at this location for breakfast. I don't know what the store managers name is at this location but it's people like her that make customers come back. She was probably one of the nicest employees I have ever met and this will be a designated stop anytime we take the trip to Sarasota.
