Macchiato with hazelnut flavor. And I forgot to order an extra shot of espresso. So, ty me

It's a hit and miss store. Their coffee is too watery for my taste. I have to order extra shot of espresso from time to time, because it is quite bland. Donut choices are not many. And mostly has been gone by 9am. Bummer!!! But I like this location as it's nearby. This location is pretty casual and more fast pace type of establishments. Parking usually always has some spots. But beware though, as traffic in Bellaire Triangle can be a chaos.

I love this location because I can get my bag of Dunkin' whole beans to grind. Some stores only carry the ground bean bags. I grind my own at home and use a French press. I ONLY drink Dunkin' at home. It isn't bitter like Starbucks coffee. The in-store hot and cold coffee choices are fantastic, they have delicious donuts and hot breakfast foods like bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Their everything bagel is pretty good and I love their Boston cream pie donut and their chocolate donut holes. The store is small, but who cares, grab your stuff and go. Friendly staff. I believe there is also a Dunkin app to get discounts.

I come here for the coffee but the bakery items and breakfast are good too. Staff is friendly and helpful, despite dealing with customers who are often in a hurry

I am always embarrassed by sweets in the morning.I am from Japan. I was raised with weird breakfast such as raw egg$rice, fish, miso soup and funny natto-beans. But these are very healthy. The American breakfast is super-unhealthy. Why Americans eat sweets in the morning.?? I visited Dunkin in order to find an answer. I visited here on April 9th, 2020 during coronavirus pandemic crisis. The store was clean. People were so friendly.I tried to find some low calory-donut. It was impossible for me to find some healthy choices. The coffee was okay. I liked it. Diabetic, strokes, and cancer are very American diseases. I believe that one reason is unhealthy breakfast. I hope that Dunkin sells more healthy donuts which are fewer calories, fats and sugar.

Need to reward some little leaguer for a good game? Bring them here. Management trains well, lattees are served up to par with East Coast locations. Great alternative to $tarBucks. Peace.

I haven't visited this place in a while. But today's visit will make me a more regular customer. First, the place was immaculate! The dining room tables, floors, counters and even the food prep area were practically spotless. I consider that to be a major plus since this place generally stays busy. Next, the young lady who took my order was very patient and pleasant. I wanted to try the Iced Latte but didn't know which flavor to try. After some thought and her tips, I opted for vanilla with a caramel swirl, cream and sugar. I know...sweet!!! But, oh was it good. Finally. The price was right. That drink was under $3! And, daily between 3-6 pm, I can get the same thing for only $.99! Bargain!!! Just plain good!

Cheap and delicious! Great way to start my morning. My order was taken quickly despite the line, my food and drinks came out very quick. Everything was just how I ordered it and it was delicious! Great experience at this location.

It was very obvious that he actively avoided helping customers whenever possible. Instead of approaching customers or offering assistance, he would wait around until either someone directly approached him or another coworker stepped in to help instead. Customer service should involve being attentive and willing to assist people, especially in a retail environment, but his behavior consistently gave the impression that he simply did not want to help anyone. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made the experience unnecessarily frustrating as a customer. I understand everyone has off days, but this seemed less like a one-time occurrence and more like a pattern of avoiding responsibility and basic customer interaction. I hope management addresses this because it reflects poorly on the overall experience at the store.

This location on Richmond Ave churn some of the best of them, and do so reliably and quickly in the mornings. They get a thumbs up for efficient service and fresh donuts that are constantly being replenished throughout the day. The key to a quality glazed donut from Shipley's is eating it hot. While they may attempt to sell room temperature ones from the display, the best and most impressionable ones come hot off the conveyor. If not, they'll feel very average, but the variety is also a big thumbs up. When in a pinch, a dozen on the go seems fairly standard here. Aim early for the best quality ones. While the donuts can be sometimes hit or miss, one area that has not missed is their kolaches. The classic jalapeno and sausage has been a staple forever, which I personally enjoy more than all of their donuts. The staff that works here is generally upbeat and friendly, but have their robotic and stoic days as well. Seating and ambiance is far from their strong suit, but parking is widely available and the service is quick. Mixed experiences are usually part of the Shipley's game, but this location may surprise folks with their consistency and quality.

Richmond Avenue seemed long when I was hungry. Map shows 2 coffee shops at the corner of Richmond and Chimney Rock Road. Ah, perfect. That's where right before I need to turn to get on Southwest Freeway. Now, choose one, Shipley Do-Nuts or Starbucks? Well, I don't want just coffee, I want food. So, here I was. Store was really clean and smelling really good. They donut display was really appetizing. Mmm... Can I get one of each? My tummy said no. Okay, let me try oven baked cinnamon roll, crumble donut and traditional glazed donuts. And of course, a large cup of coffee. Coffee was excellent. I don't need cream or sugar. It was freshly brewed at the right temperature. That's a big difference between Starbucks and others. They tend to serve really hot and made it undrivable. I was supposed to drink while driving, but my tummy said "feed me Lou." So, I sat by the window watching the world gone by. I gotta tell ya, that oven baked cinnamon roll reminds me of hula bread in Hawaii. OMG. I really wanted another one. Because I don't know when I'll be back to this area again. But they were sold out. Okay, I will definitely come back.
