Quick and easy by Andrew station. Can be busy in the mornings. No bathrooms in this spot it seems probably due to our current climate out on Mass Ave and Melnea cass. Convenient nonetheless! First off let me just say that I've never written a review for a Dunkin Donuts store but felt compelled to write one after exceptional service. The customer service at this store was AMAZING. What made it so amazing....it was the helpful and joyful cashiers who were very nice and patient. The donuts and bagels were well-stocked. I ordered a caramel coffee coolatta as I most often do whenever I visit Dunkin Donuts. That beverage was so good, it actually tasted the way that it should. I was recently visiting the area and stopped by to get some donuts. There was some confusion about what I was actually requesting versus what I received. When I question the staff about the price which I thought was high based on what I was asking for it was just like matter-of-fact. And their response was "Well now you'll know!" The rudeness and lack of customer respect seems to be rampant here in Boston for some reason. Nearly every place that I've visited has this lackadaisical attitude, like you're doing them a favor. Instead of them serving you as the customer, and being grateful for your service. I will never visit this location again. This Dunkin' happens to be convenient on my route into the down town via the Red Line in Andrew Square. It's Just like any other Dunkin, but I can't say that it stand out at all. The average visit for the fiance and I consists of 2 coffees, and often an egg & cheese wake up wrap, about $8. The ladies and gentlemen are always friendly, and polite in general though no one really sticks out in their manner of customer service. I have to say that this location is always clean, and seems to be stocked well with napkins, straws, and the like. Kudos for that! read more

This location is super fast. I used to frequent them when my commute took me through Andrew Square. After getting off the red line, I'd stop in for a coffee if I had 5 minutes or more to kill before my bus arrived. Even when the place looked crowded in the morning, they would get me in and out in time for my bus within a 5 minute span. (this included walking over and back to the busway). read more

The employees are always friendly and they work fast. Over priced. I suddenly realized that this DD's is pricing more than the competition around the city. A refill for a 14 oz ice coffee cost me every single time with TAX included $1.88!! I had some time this morning to get ice coffee before work I thought it'll be the same price $1.88! The folks that work at this dunks are some tough fellows. The crowd they get can be anywhere from gentrifying yuppies to southie locals, to stragglers wandering in from the newmarket area. The staff is always prompt and really good at getting people in and out (and orders correct). read more

Huge store with parking lot right next to Andrew station. Friendly helpful staff, who were a bit warded out that I was filling out a survey (on my phone) I must do in store. I'd feel weird too. Really appreciate this Dunks and it's staff. It's about a two minute walk from my house so I stop in a few times a week. Not only do they make my coffee right, the staff is super friendly (most of them, anyway). Being someone who works in customer service, I appreciate patience and friendless and even though they are busy most of the time they still keep it up. 24 hours is the only thing good. They just renovated and now you order and move on down the line. So impersonal and slower. My large iced coffee is now in a medium sized cup called a large for the same price. The process is slower, less friendly, and in a world filled with coffee shops, I'm moving on. Convenient and quick which is all I can ask for in a Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is always pretty good which is nice to find. It's always disappointing to roll up to the DD which serves watery coffee and Andrew square DD definitely does not. The parking lot can get kind of crazy, so I'd reccomend street parking and walking over if neccesary. read more

I give this location 5 stars not because the food or coffee is particularly fantastic -- it's a Dunkin' Donuts, after all, so you can't expect much variation there -- but because these women are FAST. The same handful of cashiers work the mornings Monday-Friday and they are amazing! Even when the line is out the door, I'm always in and out in less than five minutes (even if I order a breakfast sandwich.) Also, I'm amazed at how many regulars' orders they have memorized, considering we only get about a minute of face-to-face time during the week. read more

i go to this store everyday and the staff always makes me feel special, I know I'm not, but they have a way of making you feel as though YOUR satisfaction is their first priority. I went to the Dunkin Donuts located at 510 Southampton St, Boston, MA, and experienced the worst customer services I have ever had. I waited in the line for almost 10 minutes and ordered medium hot latte with caramel and skim and whip on the top. I had a coupon for $1.99 off and I asked that clerk to use it before swiping the card but when receipt came up I was charged full price. I gently asked him, "why am I charged full price?" but the employee started giving me an attitude. The manager came to register to inquire what the issue was and then I repeated what I told to the cashier. The manager then said, "You can use it for next time" but the coupon was going to expire on that day. I understand that the line was long and there are many customers waiting for their order but to dismiss me and hurry me along was beyond unprofessional.
