The bar next door has a live band playing, it's a good night in Boston as I take a bite of my fritter. First, this is a warm treat. They must of made the fritter and kept it warm in the small oven. Visit quickly because I believe it ends on March 9th. Having received literally one of the last donuts of the weekend I could not have been more thrilled. I didn't even get a complete donut - they had run out of the Bavarian cream filling. But the donut was light, yeasty, and delicious. The chocolate frosting was so rich! I cannot wait to get there even earlier next weekend! Also, as someone that gets starstruck a little too easily it was really awesome to see Stephanie in person slinging her donuts. The shop itself is laid back, no rush, has that Massachusetts vibe to it. Prices are a little higher than your average donut shop, but the quality is there.
