The Catskill commons DD does not care about satisfied customers. First drink I ordered they used nothing but milk, it was barely orange. The next two drinks (pictured) weren't even full. I've contacted customer service many times with no response. They really do rip off their customers. read more

Sorry to say all Dunkin' Donuts is not bad but the bad one makes all of them suck the one in Walmart and Catskill is disgusting. The service is slow. Nobody knows how to run the machines and by the time you get your shit I'm pissed off and you don't want it and you want your money back and sometimes you just walk out and don't get your money back. I've been there twice and twice it was just like that I was with someone and they stopped me. I'm letting them get away with my money. I didn't have homegirl with me today, but I got my money but I didn't get actually what I wanted. Don't go there if you want good cappuccinos or mocha lattes or whatever I know one that I can get good hot coffee from and it's good so but that one sucks I wouldn't give it to my enemy. Hopefully you get more responsible workers that know what they're doing. Know how to work a machine and you ain't gotta wait 10 or 20 minutes for iced coffee or iced coffee with something else that you wanted it that they don't know where it is or how to mix it into the coffee. That's a whole bunch of stuff too much too old for that bullshit y'all have a good day. read more

If you're looking to get in and out with the convenience of their app think again. Because they did not have the drink I ordered they didn't even have my sandwich made. Very poor attitudes and just plain ignoring the fact I was standing there. Then I was handed the wrong food. Very very dirty also.. we will NOT be ever returning. read more

I asked the cashier if she could check to see if my coffee was decaf. I know her from a previous job. She drank my coffee in front of me and handed it back to me, stating that it didn't really taste like it was caffeinated. You can't taste caffeine. I got here 10 minutes before close and proceeded to try both doors, only to realize both were locked. I saw 2 employees counting change at the register so I knocked on the window. They looked up, acknowledged me, then ignored me. I waited at the window, hoping one of them would at least come and tell me they closed the register and threw the coffee away, but they didn't. If they had just come and explained this to me instead of ignoring me, I'd understand. The two employees proceeded to stand there and laugh, and say "she's just staring at me" as I proceeded to stand there for about 5 minutes. While I was standing waiting, a whole carful of people walked up to the door, only to find out it was locked just as I did. The employees ignored them, too. Finally, around 7:56 (4 minutes before close) I got in my car and began to drive away. As I was driving away, the white male employee flicked me off through the window. What is wrong with this place? They close at random times - tonight took my mobile order at 6:30 when I went to pick it up at 6:37 the place was locked up . The other night I went to get it and they had the doors locked and my coffee was waiting they opened the door handed me the coffee and while I was in the parking lot 6 other people tried to get in. Why have the app available to order if they are going to close? I guess Leal Management has made enough money that they do not have to keep the store open. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee but I am going to have to learn to like something else. This happens constantly in the Catskill location. They almost NEVER have refreshers and haven't had the cake batter iced coffee in over 2 weeks. It's really annoying, especially when you place your order online to avoid waiting in that god forsaken line and you don't know what they are out of until you get there and you either gotta wait for something else or ask for a refund. If There was another place to get an espresso I would go there. I just can't believe how unfriendly this place is. Not only did I not get any greeting but when my order was ready she never said anything she just sat it there. She never even made eye contact with me. The last time I came I ordered using the app. The espresso machine wasn't working so there was no order for me. I got no apology no smile nothing. I come to the Dunkin and Catskill everyday at least once. I always order the same exact drink off of the mobile app so I can pick it up to go. Tonight I ordered my drink before I left work at 5:58 p.m. and I got here finally at 6:13 15 minutes later and my drink wasn't even made yet. So I had to go inside and wait for my drink to be made completely defeating the purpose of ordering on the go just because the large African American gentleman that was working was outside talking to his girlfriend next to her car instead of actually doing his job. He asked me to taste my drink before I left and it seems like he was trying to suck up but when I'm at my job I'm required to actually do my job and not sit outside and deal with my personal life at work. Every other time I come here they mess up my order even though I get the same exact thing and it says it right on the receipt but they still find a way to mess it up. Even after making me wait this gentleman obviously does not know how to read because he forgot my whipped cream and made me wait even longer to fix it. I use the app since I order a lot and I try to make my life easier but lately these Dunkin employees are making my life a lot harder than it has to be. my order is not that hard and I really don't understand why they can't just get it right. Even as I'm sitting here over half hour later his girlfriend is still parked here probably waiting for him to not have any customer so he can come back out and talk to her. And I had somebody at my job come in and say about this gentleman how the other employees are afraid to say anything to him even though he's very lazy and doesn't do his job most of the time.
