Somebody put this location out of its misery! They don't stock product - I went at 7 am and they only had whole grain and cinnamon raisin bagels (I wonder how old those are). They don't staff properly - Again, at 7am they have 2 people working. These poor women were trying to manage the storefront and the drive through at the same time. Because of the above they can't fill orders and the wait times are atrocious. This location either needs to be franchised to better owners or it needs to be shut down. read more

I've been going to this Dunkin for a little bit now. All is good, this place has had a big turn around. I read through the reviews before making this and I get my order messed up a few times but not all the time. When they do mess it up they fix it no problem!! They're very kind to their customers. During the busy hours in the morning they are still great, kind, and helping! There are a few of them that are really good and even in the afternoon after the rush! Food is great only had one problem but other than that really good!! The management is great here. I would definitely recommend! If you are in a rush in the morning I'd recommend a walk in online!! The afternoon/night girls are awesome! The blonde one is adorable, kind and sweet. She gets my order correct and makes sure my coffee is fresh! The other one is sweet too but you could tell she only there for the money. read more

I have been a customer for about a year now after moving to Clifton Park. I have never really been thrilled with this location, (1532 Crescent Rd, Clifton Park) but it is 2 minutes from my house. I am certainly not their "best" customer, but I was a " regular" customer. The older gentleman that works the front in the morning has no personality, but I am there for the donuts, so who cares. However, he consistently gave me the smaller donuts from the side shelf and not the large shelf that you actually choose from; even my grandkids started noticing the smaller size of the donuts. They recently had a price increase, and if possible the donuts shrunk even more. So I have made a decision to shop at another local DD. Pleasantly surprised I am! And guess what! You can freeze the donuts! So now I buy extra, freeze them, and we are all happy! So long DD on Crescent Road....I will NOT miss you! read more

Every Wednesday morning excluding the summer months, I come here and order a hot or iced latte with a caramel shot, and morning staff is EXTREMELY GOOD, there's an older man who is very friendly and gets my order right every time and makes it perfect! Kudos to him! I put in my order and was given the wrong drink, when I asked to change it, the girl just rolled her eyes and still managed to give me another wrong drink like she didn't even listen. Terrible service, not customer service oriented. Waited 10 minutes for my two ice coffees and two chai teas before the cashier told me there was no chai tea. Then offered me a latte to replace it and I didn't even want it and then they tried to up charge me. Then when they brought me my drink they were not even the correct reorder. This Dunkin had six people working at it at once-that's a lot of people yet there was a line out the door and no one was taking orders. The people waiting next to us had a pick up order that they had to wait just as long as me for because it wasn't ready. 10 out of 10 wouldn't ride again. I am not basing this review solely on my most recent visit, but on my experience with this Dunkin Donuts overall. As a daily customer who spends upwards of $100 a week at this establishment, I've been disappointed time and time again and just cannot continue to hand them my money without giving them the opportunity to fix the problems/bringing it to their attention. I go to this Dunkin' Donuts 7 days a week. I always order a coffee and depending on the day, I'll grab some breakfast food. My coffee order is correct approximately 3 out of 7 days. Some days I ask them to fix it, other days I just deal with it because I don't have the time. But should I have to? I was in the customer service/food service industry for 12 years. I managed a restaurant for 5 years. My belief is that your guest should receive a quality product 100% of the time. They pay for a product, they receive that product. I've been going to this DD since October, and unfortunately I rarely feel I receive a product that I'm paying for. To be specific, my coffee order is never correct, and if I order more than one coffee I can almost guarantee they will both be prepared incorrectly. I know before I even order if it will be incorrect depending on the employee that is servicing us. There is an older gentleman that works the morning and a lady with longer blobdish colored hair that I can always count on to provide a quality product and service. However, there is an Indian gentleman with a beard and glasses whose tone of voice sounds like he doesn't give a flying f*ck and I've YET to receive the product and service I deserve when he is working. He is by far the worst, but there are many employees at that location that fall short on providing quality service and product. I hope these issues are addressed, as I know from other members of the community that this is the reputation of this location, and they will lose another customer. read more

Very rarely is anything I order actually correct, and don't bother contacting the manager - she will just ignore your calls or tell you she'll send you a gift card for your troubles and then never actually do it. They are always out of stock for something and the customer service is atrocious. I'd much rather drive to either a Dunkin' further away or go to Starbucks, don't even bother with this one you'll more than likely just be disappointed. read more

Went to Dunkin Donuts at 9am and asked for 2 blue berry muffins. I was told they were out of blue berry muffins.
