I felt sad reading some of the recent reviews, so I thought I'd share my experience. I just wanted a donut. Plain and simple. The person working was super polite and upbeat and kind when I also asked for an ice water. This location has a dual drive thru setup... one lane for mobile orders and one for pull-up. For those wanting a quicker experience, I'd recommend you download the app and mobile order. I would come back again, based on this experience. read more

Super slow even where there are no cars there. Employees seem to not care. How does this location remain in business?

The last 2 times I went here the service was lousy. I ordered a large iced coffee with almond milk. $4.34. I said the app has it at $3.59. The snot nosed teenager told me $1.99 for the coffee and $2.00 for the almond milk. The next time I went the kid forgot the donut I ordered and to add almond milk in a coffee was an extra $1.00. Ain't going back. I'd rather go to Starpukes. At least they don't screw up orders or have employees who would spit in a policeman drink. read more

When I went Dunkin I wanted to have a fun positive day but was immediately greeted by a screeching voice over the speaker reading obvious rehearsed and strange voice lines Sunday morning. Super slow drive thru no matter what time of day you go. Plan to sit and wait until they take your order and then wait some more to receive your order. And it's not like their understaffed and have 1 person running the show. There's always at least 3 workers inside. read more

Never have I ever been to a place where they give you less of a drink because you ordered easy ice. The lady who we think was the manager there said this the standard amount for ordering lite ice. This location is the worst. They get our order wrong every time we go. Most of them are very rude, with a few exceptions. Last time we went it took at least 5 minutes for them to make our drinks only for them to have dozens of coffee grounds floating in them. I work in customer service during COVID as well... it's not an excuse. If you are in the area, go to the Dunkin on Randall instead. read more

I'm just going to pretend this location doesn't exist any longer. I used to stop in here 2-3 times a week, at least once a week the ice coffee I order would have a burned or sour taste. This would cause me to have to go in the store now and have it remade. Usually the employee would just say they didn't know why it tasted that way and the manager would have to come out and tell me to just add more cream and sugar. Makes no sense because I order the same thing at other Dunkin' locations all over even in different states and the taste is great. The drive thru line is always long and slow, even if you go into the store and no one is there you have to wait not a good look for this franchise. read more

This was the first but not the last time I went to Dunkin Donuts in a number of years. This location on Route 14 was impressively clean, the coffee was yum and my sandwich was tasty! I had a meeting there and it was comfortable. We were able to have our discussions without a problem with excessive noise as the employees served the very busy drive-thru. read more

Went to the drive threw to order a dozen donuts and one coffee. They said I'd have to come inside to pick my donuts and they would just give me an assortment. I told them I really only needed 3 kinds (4 of each) and they said they would accommodate and they didn't give me ANY of the 3 kinds! I really enjoy this Dunkin location. It's the one place I feel that always gets my coffee right and the staff is very friendly. My daughter loves the smoothies and donuts too. I am not a huge fan of fast food breakfast but my friend got my hooked on the egg croissant sandwich! It is a dunkin/baskin Robbins so they have ice cream too, which is always a plus! The only negative of this place is the parking lot. Sometimes it is dangerous because the drive thru line will be out to Rt 14. I have more than once skipped getting coffee/breakfast because I couldn't get into the lot during the morning rush :( read more

I try to support local businesses, and a big fan of Dublin's coffee, but after two years of coming in for my morning cup, I'm done! Worst service of any DD that I have ever been to. Not uncommon to see 5-6 staff working (not sure what they are doing) but I was the only person inside the store and couldn't even get a hello. After waiting for 4-5 minutes of watching the employees walking past me over and over, I decided I have given them enough of my time, money and patience and will not be coming back. Also, the place is falling apart. For several months, the door handle was broke, loose and missing floor tiles in the vestibule, parking lot is I keep,and half the time they are missing basic supplies at the cream, sugar station. Based on the other reviews, I am sure this will be unread/disregarded by the owner/management, but there better alternatives in the community to choose from. Perhaps if people stop going, they will be forced to make improvements. read more

My favorite Dunkin! Always prompt service and orders are always correct. Though I've had some bad experiences with workers who exhibit attitudes and obvious snark, such as the unpleasant, rude Vanessa and Lorena (who are also more likely to talk to each other than serve customers,) there are mostly great employees. The cakes here are fantastic, and Megan in the drive thru is always fast, friendly, and charming. I always come through at night for a quick chat and coffee, and I will definitely be coming back for a long time to come! read more

As a pie-faced teenager, I was briefly employed by Dunkin Donuts in my home state of Massachusetts. After ten shifts over the course of ten mediocre weeks, I said "screw this" and skipped town to work at a summer camp, having never received my final pay check. They didn't miss me. Fast forward five years: I'm driving a van through Illinois one morning and craving a small black coffee from the only chain I trust, as are my three friends riding shotgun, backsies, and double-backsies, respectively. We put Dunkins into the GPS and found a Dunkins / Baskin Robbins hybrid on the side of a freeway, surrounded by other chains, if I remember correctly. The nice weather put us into a great mood and we were ready to pour Dunkinblood down our throats. I'm happy to report that our expectations were met, and in some ways, exceeded. Our food and coffee took an average amount of time to be delivered, but we couldn't care less; we were lucky enough to witness live entertainment during the wait, free of charge! "This cake is pink," a woman donning a pink floral dress and a bead necklace exclaimed upon first glance. "I want to speak to a manager." The kid behind the counter sheepishly wandered to the back and retrieved 'em. "It's too pink. It's for my son," the woman repeated to the manager. "It was supposed to be brown!" The manager apologized, but the woman kept up her sputtering: "It looked brown on the website!" It's 2016, and this woman 1) relied on the internet for an accurate prediction of her cake, down to the specific hue, and 2) thought that gender roles going unenforced was a big deal. My friends and I leave, laughing like hyenas at her persistence over a graduation cake. There was maybe, MAYBE, two out of nine employees over the age of 18. These kids probably just finished their last final exam, and the next morning, they have to be bothered by a woman who wants her cake and to eat it too. I saw the cake, it looked fine, and the employees handled the situation like champs. The manager and the rest of em just stood there and took it, as they should've. Hang in there. That lady needs a Benadryl. If you have to deal with more customers like her, I wouldn't be surprised if y'all skip town and find something better to do. This location is in a great part of town. This is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, so you may get anything from a specialty coffee to a donut to some flavor of ice cream. I was very pleased with my latte, which was only $0.99, and with the atmosphere/cleanliness of the facility. read more

I come here every morning between 7-30-9 sometimes I get lucky and get no line and others are a nightmare. I know the employees do their best and you can tell that management takes pride in their service and make sure the customer is satisfied. Nobody likes the long drive thru lines or the horrendous parking lot but the employees make our coffee and that is worth jt to me. I love Dunkin and love my crystal lake location. read more

Its unfortunate that this is the only Dunkin' nearby with a drive thru. I've gone here 15-20 times in recent history, hoping it will improve (cause its on my way to work) and there's frequently an issue. They usually either way under or way over cream the coffee. Lines take forever, even if there are only a couple cars. I've been overcharged, and gotten wrong orders. I'm pretty done trying here. I would encourage management to teach employees how to think for themselves and do active problem solving. These people are like deer in headlights when they have to tell you they don't have something you want: Multiple visits they have been out of what I've requested: bagels, donuts, coffee flavors. I didn't want to do a negative review: but most recently they didn't have the donut i asked for, didn't have the coffee flavor i wanted, and when i pulled up to pay they told me they didn't have the coffee flavor i picked as a second choice! No offer was made to try and make up for all the let downs. Ill try again in a few months, maybe supplies could be stocked, and employees could have the skill and authority to make a disappointed customer happy. Tonight is the FOURTH time I have gone to this location and they were closed during hours they were supposed to be open. I went at 8:30 on a Friday night, the door was locked, even though there were people inside, and the sign said the lobby was open until 11:00. Never coming here again, and as others have said, they are often out of regular items. Go to the Dunkin Donuts in Cary or Country Donuts down the road. So theres a new "manager" at this location has no idea what she is doing most of the employees no idea what they are doing today when I went in for my usual coffee it was extremely packed and busy so instead of going through the drive I go inside to find the employees everywhere all out of sorts no one has any idea what they are doing there except for one pregnant girl who's usually there but wasnt on this day (lord forbid they cant do it without the pregant girl) anyways!! The manager would just come out from the back see its chaos and walk away not offer help see if her employees need help offer help NOTHING I'm starting to assume they hire anyone for manager because she clearly didnt care about the store or her workers my 6 year old daughter could probably run that store better than her. So anyways after 10 minutes of not being helped I walked away and didnt get anything! They seriously need to hire more mature and responsible people and definitely better managers that know what they are doing and dont just run to the back when they see work you guys just lost a very loyal customer because your work environment is terrible read more

Visiting from Chicago and am super impressed by this Dunkin! The employees were super mindful and quick and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I got a small Americano with a mocha shot, and the lady waiting on me was thoughtful enough to put my drink in a medium cup, so I wouldn't spill in the car. read more

This location is good. Coffee is better compared to Starbucks locations in this area, from my experience. Donuts taste fresh and good. But the narrow drive through lane is an inconvenience and makes for slow service during peak winters when there is snow and also during peak hours when there are many cars. read more
