Terrible, bad service can't tell a color between yellow and red. Messed up my order 3 times while sitting at the window charged me for items and didn't receive them. Usually we stay away from this Dunkin because it's trash, trash service, trash management and always screw up and don't take responsibility. Avoid this Dunkin at all cost because they suck. This was the last time going to this Dunkin. Charged for adding egg on sandwich yet no egg, ordered a mango pineapple refresher handed me a strawberry lemonade when I said that not what I ordered not even the right color he said it's what's on the screen lmao and then said we can charge you for another one. This place has done a 180! The staff was very friendly. Plenty of fresh donuts. That was the only thing my girls and I tried that day. Not sure about the coffee yet. Also, I was overcharged the last time and when I questioned the girl she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. The manager did come out and her explanation was they were in the process of changing the prices. The store used to do a bad job on my coffee but now they are incredible! Today, the girl with medium short hair and a beautiful southern accent was especially helpful when I was trying to get a butter cookie cold brew (DELICIOUS! The crumbles!) coffee for my sister. After hearing this location went under new management I decided to give them another try(last management was equally as awful) anyway I placed a large orders 6doz and munchkins, did it through the app placed the order a day before, and since you can only purchase 3doz donuts at one time thru the app I placed the same order (doubling it) on my hubs phone/app. showed up at the designated time the following day, and to my utter shock and surprise (very satire) the order was not only NOT waiting for me it hadn't even been started and they were out of half the doubts I had ordered. i spoke with the manager of course and she told me to come in a day or two next time to pre order in person- fast forward the following month I did just that. The cashier wrote it down on a blank paper permanent marker, anddd guess what, you guessed it! I have given this Dunkin multiple times to redeem itself but this is the 4 or maybe 5th time I've been here with terrible experience. the donuts are always stale, the hash browns are always partially frozen, the coffee is never up to par. one time it was so much added sugar packets it was crunchy to sip even when I asked for it to be liquid sugar. the next was, twice now, including today I've asked for a coffee coolada and it is all milk; no coffee. the color is literally white so it's not like they don't know they're making it wrong or nobody showed them correctly. so today I actually went in and said something to them about it and the girl acted as if looking at it wasn't enough to prove it's not made right. though she was polite and made me a completely new drink, it just baffled me the problems and issues. are people not properly teaching them drink recipes or presentation of food? the one on 44 is great every time. so it's not Dunkin, it's just this Dunkin. read more

It's possibly due to being understaffed, or something in management. I don't want to automatically blame the workers, but when one person orders in the drive-thru, waits for their food, then leaves-- and THEN the next car can go... there is either a hard time in the workplace or everyone is collectively lazy. Never have food, ignore you when you wait at the desk, and can't seem to get orders right. Horrible, donuts are dried out, stale and appear to be frosted with cheap cake frosting. At least on what you get. Saturday morning they only have nothing left... No regular glazed, no chocolate glaze and no lemon, we ended up with what I guess was strawberry and some blueberry that was about the size of a silver dollar. Dunkin' has great food but they never have the food. I asked when they would have avocado toast and they told me Saturday morning. I went on Saturday morning, and they told me 3 PM. Dunkin on Howland and Ft smith. Wife went to get coffee yesterday. After ordering at the drive thru. She hears the order taker saying he cut him self nd how is not bleeding on the order. She got out of the line and left. Well this morning I went there at 501 am. As soon as they opened. Was going to pick up donuts and bagels for the guys at work. I had to be the first customer of the day. I start by ordering my coffee and a dozen donuts assorted. I ask if they have bagels and she says yes. I go to order 2 dozen. And she tells me I can't order that many I asked why and a told its to many. Wtf. I said well if 24 roe walk in and order on each then it's ok. She says yeah. I left again. Placed order today 10/8/2021, via DD app for walk in pick up. (Drive through orders take 20-30 minutes.) When I arrived, the doors were locked but people were inside. No signs stating walk ins were not allowed (they were allowed 2 days prior). I along with another pick up customer walked around to the drive up window. They were very rude and yelling at us and refused to give us our order that was already paid for through the app. Told us we had to use the drive through which had cars lined up around the entire building. I told Juliana to refund my order and she said all sales were final even though i had not received my order and slammed the window shut. I then went through the drive up and after 18 minutes was told they didnt have my order. I gave jessica my order number but she couldnt find it. Juliana came to the window again and said they didnt have any bagels or croissants to make the sandwiches and slammed the window shut again. I waited untill jessica opened the window again and asked for my money back. I was once again told they couldn't give a refund. They refused to give the business owners information. Told me to take a photo of the sign on the wall. Unbelievable how nasty the employees at this location are to customers.
