Went through drive through, and it's super slow. Ordered their Dark Roast hot coffee, advertised in 2 places on the board. On the Menu and advertising side next to menu. The half hearted, disinterested order taker said "we don't have dark coffee". I said Dark roast, as on the board or their strongest hot brewed coffee. Let me check she says. After another wait. At this point we were confused they lady then yelled at my friend saying that she said everything they had. Been there 3x and they never have anything. It's like they make a batch of donuts at opening time and once they run out of that first batch, they are out. This location is horrible. Lines are always wrapped around the building no matter the time of day. The delivery truck is always "broken down" so there's little to no food on Mondays. And the lobby has been closed on and off for a while. Hire some new employees, truck drivers, and whoever is in charge of inventory and I guarantee this place would be rated higher. read more

Ordering a frozen coffee at 6:45 am on my way to work, being asked if i wanted whip cream and me saying no. Paying for my coffee and watching the man behind the counter take my coffee from the young girl, change the top cover, adding whip cream, returning it to her with a new cover- was annoying, but then when she tried to give it to me I reminded her that I didn't want whip cream - she removed the cover in front of me, took a knife and scraped it off, then returned to me with the original cover, is just beyond words. read more

Normally when I come here they "manage" to get my order right. Lmao what happened today ¿? I specifically ordered the Iced Latte red velvet drink from Valentine's Day. If you ask for this drink they can still make it for you. Any other time they can make it. Shouldn't be that hard when you have machines that give you the correct amount of everything you need to make any drink there. Went there after church this morning, ordered an Ice coffee with french vanilla and sugar with a shot of expresso. Being that they have been out of the frozen coffee for over a week now!!!!. Pretty sad. I was excited for a coffee place close to my house. I understand new opening and needing to work out the kinks, but it's been a few months now, and I heard new management already. So, I'm no sugar for health reasons. I order the same thing everywhere I go. Iced coffee, cream only, no sugar (just to emphasize), light ice. Here I've gotten Whipped Cream. Black with sugar. Extra ice. Straight up burnt coffee. The last two times I was excited. I asked if there were sugar free flavors, and they had a list of unsweetened flavor shots! I got coconut, and it was really good...but it gave me a massive headache. I thought it was a fluke and I ordered one again today. After a couple of sips I read my label....coconut caramel swirl. That's why it tastes so great, they were giving me the Girl Scout cookie flavor. Anyway, if you're diabetic/prediabetic/ low sugar/etc watch your coffee. Worst experience ever! My husband and I were in this location for breakfast. We first ordered two brown sugar chipotle bacon croissant... first cashier said "oh, we are out of egg". What!!! its only 9am. Sad part was that she said it like she doesn't even care. So we were looking at the menu to find non egg item and chose two chicken sandwiches instead. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to the location on Ft. Smith and let me tell you, it was the worst DD I've EVER been to. I waited at the front counter ready to order and NOBODY took my order. Instead, a young lady who works there looked at me and walked RIGHT PASSED ME! I was so infuriated that I walked out. The next day I thought I'd give it another shot and went to drive thru. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so I asked questions about the menu and the lady taking my order seemed annoyed.
