She didn't get aggravated that we had a massive order on a Saturday morning and took the time to make sure she had every single coffee order right. Not only that, she packaged sauces for us when we were unsure of what sauce a bridesmaid wanted on a chicken wrap! She was a perfect example of what a great manager is- she helped all her employees while handling our massive order and never once was cross or short. Then an employee (Connor?) made at least 8 sandwiches for us and explained to me exactly what order they were in in the bag. I know it sounds silly to be so happy about things like that but the kindness shown to myself and my best friend on the morning of her wedding was the most amazing way to start her wedding day.
