This Dunkin @ the airport was typically slow - and my coffee cake muffin was hard and unappetizing. I shouldn't expect much from airport food, but I also got a banana and an iced tea for my sustenance so all was not lost. The prices are reasonable and the folks there were pleasant enough. Also it's a convenient spot to grab a quick bite while waiting for your flight.

For being an airport Dunkin' - this place was good to go. They operated smoothly in the morning during a peak hour. The service was both professional and friendly while moving indecisive customers through the line at a breakneck pace. Highly recommend.

We know I'm not a Dunkin' guy. That's bull. I coffee. I donut. I don't play favourites. This DD is in my top three. Their best quality is speed. They are far faster than anyone else. I don't have to tell you how important that is on a layover. Not only is the service incredibly fast, their friendly, too! They don't over inflate the prices or skimp on the product because their in the airport. That's a nice change. Do you know what a kolach is? A hard to find, small tart-like pastry where a large dollop of fruit is surrounded by puffy dough. This DD serves them and they're heavenly. Your next visit to DFW has to include Dunkin's 10/20.

The lemonade was very tart, but didn't quite taste like lemonade. The coconut donut was soft and hit the spot. Our line moved efficiently and orders seemed to be flowing well.  People weren't lingering long. I will state, however, this observation was at 6:55 am, so this may not be representative of them of all times of the day.

Excellent experience in an otherwise stressful day. I absolutely hate flying but my experience with Dunkin made the overall day better.

Employees weren't wearing gloves. Couldn't buy anything. Employees in Foodservice need to wear gloves.

I went with a Biscoff latte and asked for it less sweet, and they got it just right. You still get that Biscoff flavor, but it is not over the top, which I appreciated. It was a simple order, but good enough that I would easily order it again the next time I am in the area.

It's a beautiful spot with coffee to match. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Coffee, Return) Atmosphere - Walk inside and you'll be treated to a beautiful, cozy coffee shop. The bright white walls are accented by blue comfortable chairs and gold lettering. There are locally sourced pastries behind glass, and Middle Eastern themed lighting hanging from above. 1 Star. Service - Port Coffee continues the trend of ordering through a kiosk when they are busy. On both visits, I wanted to order from a human so I could learn more about their concept, but on both visits, I was directed to a kiosk. Also, I ordered "for here" so I could get pretty latte art, but they made my cappuccino "To go" and I had no art. No Stars. Coffee - Given the lack of service, I came back two days in a row. Why? Because the coffee is pretty darn good. They serve your standard espressos and lattes, but I tried their Iced Mufuwar. This delicious drink was dark roast mixed with milk, cardamine, and some sweetness. That combination made me a believer. The cardamine added a light, fragrant flavor (hints of ginger) with just enough sweetness (you can choose your level). It was smooth, refreshing, and a perfect pit stop during my morning walk. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. The coffee was so good I came two days in a row. The (lack of) service did not prevent me from trying their delicious coffee. I'll be back to try a pastry. 1 Star.

The coffee was good and baristas were friendly. I could've stayed here working all day. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Dallas. I was hoping for something savory. We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.
