The reviews of this place are so funny. I think this is the easiest Starbucks to get to. Granted, I've never been inside, and I also don't go here until around 9:30, so there's that. I just fly off 35 and go to the back way into the drive-thru off the service road. Easy peasy, y'all. Most days the line moves quickly, but there have been some delays here and there. As many years as I've been going here you would think I'd have a drive thru friend, but the staff seems to never be the same. Not sure what's up with that. After going there two dozen times or so, some of the baristas there know my "regular" drink. And I'm happy to say that there have been no more mis-made drinks (where sugar free vanilla got accidentally substituted for hazelnut). Iced coffee's taste has also improved somewhat too. One big downside to this location is that the parking lot is small...only about 6 non-handicapped spots. Makes everyone crowd through the drive through, which is very slow during coffee hour (mornings). There is another parking lot for sbux up the ramp near the Regions bank building. You will still save a lot of time parking farther and going in vs going through the drive though! Don't park in the Regions bank spots, because they WILL tow like a hawk! read more

Starbucks gold member here, and this is by far one of the most inconvenient, convenient locations I've ever seen or been to. Let me explain: Inconvenient: the drive through line on any given morning is INSANE! it's a serious accident just waiting to happen. if you get there early enough (let's say, about 730 am) people typically park in the Regions drive thru or lot for quicker service inside. I'm really surprised they allowed them to have a drive through given the safety concern. The line just gets worse between 745-10 am. Convenient: well, this location is literally 2 minutes from my job so that's a good thing, I guess. Tip to Starbucks: open another location on mockingbird or somewhere on 183 between O'Conner (in Irving) and this location!! it'd make my life easier ;) read more

The location Is great just off 35 between Dallas & Las Colinas Irving. Depending on what time you get there lines can be long in the mornings at the drive- thru. This last couple of weeks even after waiting through the 8 plus line of cars I am asked along with everyone else to pull around the side & wait AGAIN and my drink will be brought out to me. Every Starbucks drive through in America seems to have the drink ready when you pull up. Its ONE drink. What is the delay? Having second thoughts about this location if I am on my way into work. They make a consistent good cup here; quite a bit better then other Bucks locations. The biggest drawback here is the complete cluster of trying to navigate the intersection. The drive up is constantly backed up; at times spilling out into the street. There has not been a single time that we could get through the drive thru and ended up placing a mobile order and running inside to get it. Getting out is also complicated by the one way streets and the difficulty in getting back on the road. read more

This Starbucks has the worst parking lot/drive thru layout ever... It's super difficult. I think it's because the Bux was here AFTER the other businesses in this complex. So they didn't have as much space to work with? Idk, but it seems a little weird. The employees at this location are super nice and friendly, albeit a little ghetto. The drinks are pretty consistent, and the speed of service is usually a little slower than most other locations. I'd say, if you've got the time, find "YOUR Starbucks." One you can get to everyday, and one where you can get to know the employees. This particular location isn't really cut out for that, but for more of a "I'm passing through and need coffee" customer. With that said, if you're driving through and really can't wait, go here. Otherwise, take the time to find a better location! read more

I would like to give kudos for this particular location they definitely know how to listen well. We pulled into parking lot because we were hauling a trailer and went inside for drinks. The inside was rather tidy and the employees were friendly. My fiancé ordered a iced tiramisu latte and I got the caramel frappucino with extra extra caramel drizzle. Although it took a little longer than normal to get the two drinks prepared we really didn't mind we weren't in a big rush. The employees although a little slow with the service turn out a really good drink at this location. Most locations wanna give me a tiny drizzle on my frap but they loaded it up here.....AWESOME!!! I mean if your gonna pay $5.36 for a drink it should be what you ordered....(some baristas are stingy). Secondly, this is the only Starbucks that can not make my drink properly....I specifically ask for a grande iced latte with an EXTRA shot of espresso because I want that bold flavor and that darker color. This location is not ideal but it's the closest to one of my work locstions. The drive thru is often slow and the way it sits on the corner does not allow for easy access in and out of the location. My favorite breakfast item is the oatmeal. It's amazing and a great way to start your day. 2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #70 I usually stop by here for a quick pre-dinner snack or light dinner. I have never frequented the drive-thru. Parking is scarce though I have never had much trouble parking probably because their are lots of neighboring parking lots. The restrooms are clean, though there is room for improvement. The baristas are always friendly and I have never had an issue with them or my order being wrong. Some of my faves are the smoothies, the white coffee, the tea (I love their tea bags, I always get a strong steep), protein bistro box, fruit cups, spinach egg white wrap, Thai-Style Peanut Chicken Wrap and a newer offering the Chicken BLT Salad Sandwich. I am not much of a chicken salad fan, it has to be done right and this one definitely is done right.
