We braved the Sunday brunch crowd, and now I completely understand why this place stays so busy. Even with a packed house, we grabbed seats at the bar and had a great experience from start to finish. The place is decked out with brunch esthetic and the bartender was friendly as can be. We started with a Million Dollar Bloody Mary and a Spiked Watermelon Wake-Up, both of which were made perfectly. For food, we ordered the Chipotle Steak & Queso Hash and the Power Wrap, and both were excellent. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and was served quickly despite how busy they were. If you've been debating whether the wait is worth it, I'd say yes. Great food, great drinks, and a staff that handled a busy Sunday brunch like pros. Put in a pick up order for First Watch for brunch today. The staff were friendly, helpful, the environment while I waited was lively and busy. It took me about 25 minutes to get home and the food was still hot when I arrived. We recommend the breakfast sandwich, the avocado was very good on that and the potatoes are delicious; The turkey gravy and biscuits is also delicious! Lastly, eat a waffle. We came in on a Wednesday morning and the front hosts staff was very confused. They were super friendly and nice, but very confused with table numbers. Quickly as we were waiting and the hosts were trying to figure it out, more people came in and there was a group around the door. Eventually we got sat and our server, Rachel, was very nice. She was a very good server! The food is so expensive. It's pretty healthy but there's no sides included. We ended up paying around 50 dollars just for a party of two. That being said we got the purple haze and morning something, but the purple haze was so good! Coffee was nice and warm.
