I ordered on the App. Waited a few minutes and headed over. Even with ordering on the app I waited at the window for them to make my food. It wasn't busy. I got the hashbrowns, which after eating one tasted rancid. I threw the rest out. That night and the next day terrible stomach issues. Customer service is horrible. The sourdough sandwich & hash browns were burnt. They actually HAD DONUTS this time. But they didn't get our drinks but after 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru we just took what we got. We've tried to give this location a few times to get it right. Every time they either don't have donuts (but don't tell you until get to the window to pay), they mess up the order or serve food overcooked. They need to get rid of Dunkin and bring in Dutch Brothers! Save your money don't go to Dunkin. read more

Had two teenage woman working who were super rude. Wouldn't tell me what kind of frappe they had and were very short with me. There is a reason this location only averages 2-stars. It is mismanaged by any reasonable measure. My latest experience with Dunkin Donuts in Durango has led me to commit to never giving it my business again. I drove 45 minutes from Vallecito to pick up donuts for an event the next morning. I arrived at exactly 5:30PM, 30 minutes before closing time. I know they close at 6PM because their website, Google, Facebook, and the sign on the establishments door clearly states this fact. Nonetheless, the door was locked, the lights were off, and no one bothered to answer my knocks despite at least one employee being clearly seen trying to hide. Don't waste your time or money on this Dunkin Donuts location. Give them to a business that actually cares about customers. read more

Literally watched the manager berate the staff in front of customers. Terrible. It takes at least 25 min to get through the drive through no matter if you're the only one there or if there's a line. There's also no way they use the Dunkin' recipes because the donuts taste like plastic and there's hardly any frosting. Only saving grace is occasional kind service. read more

Coming from the East Coast I always need an iced coffee from Dunkin. Was so excited they had one in Durango. Visited while on vacation for a ski trip. The drive thru lady was so rude & condescending for absolutely no reason & to make matters worse screwed up our order- which was ordered online. I hope the franchise owner finds out about her & corrects the situation because that type of behavior is unacceptable. read more

Wow. The service here is not good. Obviously the food we know what food and drink at Dunkin' Donuts is. This is not to review that .This is to inform other that when I arrived to this Dunkin' Donuts before a flight at 5:55 AM. Upon arrival, I parked my car and waited for five minutes, knowing that the lobby lights were off and maybe they were waiting for 6 AM to open the door. I walked out my car at 5:59, one employee walked in front of me and was let in by another employee at 5:59 sharp. I thought that maybe they didn't see me coming in right behind the employee and or I was one minute early so they didn't want to leave the door open. I made eye contact with an employee who appeared to be training and waved. She looked away and back at someone who appeared to be a manager or higher up supervisor. I made eye contact with the same employee three times and waves my hands so they could see me at the front door. I stood outside the front door for three minutes inútil I was been noticed by the manager/supervisor. What's interesting is she did not immediately come to open the door, she paused, looked at me as I waved and confusion. Her body language ,facial expressions, and the words I saw her mouthing through the window were absolutely surprising! She quickly looked at her watch, and from what I saw her lips mouth stated "I am not opening my lobby this early!" Then she started walking towards the door. This was then followed by an eye roll, and an abrupt turn around the corner toward the door. Why would you not eagerly open the lobby when the restaurant is open at this posted time? Why would you not immediately acknowledge someone standing outside of your establishment? She pursed her lips and when she opened the door to let me know that she would not be opening her lobby until 8 AM after being short staffed. I replied, thank you and walked away. Anyone who eats out today understands that things are short staffed. Long ways are expected and delays are inevitable. What's frustrating and implausible is to be acknowledged and ignored simultaneously and left to stand outside for three minutes in the cold, and not be acknowledged of what plans, an employee has for their establishment. No there was no notice , a sign or anything on the door. Appeared to be four employees inside at that time so obviously there were staff there that could notify potential customers coming in. Just know that clearly things are unpredictable and the only thing that matters is decent customer service, which cannot be guaranteed at this location. read more

I read the reviews, but I was really jonesing for donuts and I thought, "It's Dunkin. How bad could it be?" Well, bad. Really Bad! I arrived and tried to go inside but, of course, they no longer allow dine in. All of which means that you can't go inside and look at what is being offered. Without being able to see the wares, there is no way to see if the donuts are fresh nor does it allow you to see everything and possibly change your mind from plain glazed to anything else. So, I got back into my car and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 plain glazed and 2 Maple glazed. That wasn't my first choice, but when I asked if they had cinnamon sugar cake donuts, the kid at the window didn't know so he had to go check. I didn't ask if they had old fashioned buttermilk glaze and once again he had to go check. Finally I just made it easy and asked for two days and two maple glazed. He said just a minute and left to go do something. he came back to the window a couple of minutes later and asked me what it was again that I had ordered?! Seriously he couldn't remember two maple glaze and two plain glaze and he works at a donut shop?! Anyhow I paid for my donuts, pulled around to the front, reached in and of course the maple glazed were upside down so the one on the bottom the glaze was stuck to the bottom of the bag and the one above that the glaze was stuck to the bottom of the donut on bottom. How hard can it be to put donuts in a bag so that they aren't all sloppy and the frosting isn't smeared all over the paper? To add insult to injury the donuts weren't good. So I can see why people are only giving them one or two stars. Assuming this place has a manager he ought to be inside overseeing the quality control and making sure that the customers, even though they aren't allowed to go in the dining room and see what's available nor to go inside and maybe wash their hands first or use the bathroom, at least the donuts that they get would be packaged properly and worth the cost. Have been here 6 times to get donuts. Twice they have been completely out and the other 4 times they are almost out. If it was closing time then I would understand but it's not! How do you stay in business if your out of product by noon? The only thing they got going for them is good customer service, feel bad the employees spend all day saying we have nothing and dealing with frustrated customers. read more

I would skip going here the manager here is so rude to customers and she has yelled at people. Also they don't make any of their drinks correct I have to go back and get a new drink every time to get a new drink. It might be Better with different employees . read more
