This location has always been the best Dunkin' Donuts location in the Freehold area. Always have lots of employees. Who work quickly to get you your order. Extremely well managed! The coffee and food are always served hot here. Recently this location got what looks like a craft beer tap machine but it's actually for coffee and iced teas. This makes getting people their coffee and tea incredibly fast! You almost do not even wait to get your drink orders here ever since they put this in a few months ago. Also, there's plenty of tables in here. You can always find one even on a busy Saturday morning. The parking lot is so convenient right off of route nine easy to get in and out of. Call me obtuse but I've never been to a Dunkin Donuts that was self serve. My friend and I came here after realizing the Starbucks next door was closing early because it was Christmas Eve. Wha?! I could make a racial comment but I won't. I ordered my coffee and requested for milk, no sugar. The cashier looked at me probably thinking I was boorish and said everything was self serve. I then noticed the coffee sitting out on the counter as well as the different flavored sugar bottles you could squirt into your coffee recalibrating it from regular drip to french vanilla, hazelnut or even blueberry. There is a slight chance you may walk away from the milk/cream machine with white liquid all over your hand if you squeeze too hard so be careful. The seating area is quite large and pretty clean. For a hassle free experience grabbing a quick cup of coffee or if you enjoy having white liquid discharged on your hand, come on down! read more

Fast and efficient service at the drive thru. They even gave me a dog biscuit for my dog in the back seat. If you go inside you can make you own drink yourself with the self service counter. There are also plenty of workers available to make it for you behind the counter if you don't want to do it yourself. This is one of my favorite dunkins. read more

This DD just sucks... I bought 4 coffees, I asked the guy at the drive thru for extra sugar packets. Why did the guy just gave me 1 sugar. I told him it was not enough. He grabbed a handful of sugar and gave me two additional sugars. 4 coffees and 3 sugars?!?! After spending almost $30-was it too much for him to give me a couple more sugars. I told him why would you give me 3 sugars with 4 coffees. I drove away towards the store. I parked my car. I went inside a grab a few more sugar. It is always something with this DD. I've been visiting this dunkin pretty regularly as it's on my way to work. I think the self serve is pretty fabulous. Also they have two cashiering stations 'express - coffee only' and 'food & coffee'. I think that's a great idea for those of us rushing in just to get our caffeine and go. That way you don't have to wait in line while nervous nancy trys to decide if they want a cinnamon raisin twist or a big and toasty. I started off not being a big fan of the self serve Dunkin Donuts locations. I mean, they just spoiled me for all these years, serving me my coffee however I wanted it. Let me be honest though, my opinion has recently changed. Throughout many of those years of having my coffee served to me, I can't even tell you how many times my orders were either messed up, or just not made to my liking. I really warmed up to the concept of being able to make it the way I wanted to, assuring that my coffee would be exactly how I wanted it to be. I can't even tell you how many Dunkin's I've been to in my life..what can I say, I'm brand loyal. This location is probably one of my favorites now. I always make a stop when I'm coming back home from running errands. The store is always very clean and the young people who work there are just so friendly..the owner really did a good job hiring them because they all seem to be very nice, good workers which can be hard to find. All of the staff I've interacted with in general are all very nice. Of course if you do not prefer to make your own coffee or are new to the concept, any of the counter people will assist you if you ask (there's even a sign there that says that :). My go to is the dark roast iced coffee, french vanilla with cream and 2 sweet n lows, but you can make yours however you like :) If you want any specialty drinks or if you'd like to order food, just go up to the counter and order. All in all, this is a great location and I give my applause to the owner for making it such a nice location to go to. read more

The staff is always warm and friendly. My favorite D&D in the area!!!! Mint hot chocolate is a personal favorite, as is the chocolate glazed donut. The breakfast sandwhiches are ok, and the bagels are pretty good. Munchkins are good for a snack. read more

They put a 1/2 oz of cream cheese on their bagels when a standard Dunkin Donuts portion is 2 ounces. There is an attitude from the staff here more often than not. I work near the mall and choose to go to the Dunkin in Raintree because the staff is nice and they put the correct amount of cream cheese on their bagels. read more

If you are coming from Ernst Road and you need your Dunkin' Fix this is convienient as its off of Rt 9 South...Plus instead of having to turn around to get back to Route 9 South by Ruby Tuesday all you have to do is drive thru the shopping plazas to backget to Ernst Road.... I went to this Dunkin Donuts earlier today while visiting NJ. I went with my friends and per usual, we were up to our normal antics which included doing the most. Jared was on the register and was willing to answer all our questions and be patient as we struggled to figure out exactly what we wanted. Frank was on drink duty and he did his thing! I got a small iced coffee with the flavor shot of caramel to the point that nothing else was needed. My last several times visiting different locations included me having to doctor up my drinks as they were never flavored correctly. Donuts, man's go-to snack and a cop's best friend. This Dunkin's, however, needs to be arrested for failure to get orders right. Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. I received a cheese bagel toasted with butter. So I let them know what happened and asked for them to correct it. It took a couple minutes. This is my favorite DD in the area. For one, you get to make your own coffee unlike some of the others where no matter how specific you are in your instructions, they still screw it up!!! The staff here are always friendly and nice. Donuts are usually fresh. Big seating area with tv. Worst thing here is the parking. This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. The drive-thru staff are friendly enough, but they can't ever seem to get an order correct. Something is always missing or wrong. The drive-thru workers rarely give you a total, which is also a bit annoying. I'm now in the habit of pulling over to check the order before I leave, and when I go back in to get the missing item (that I was charged for) they act weary and annoyed. I guess they're tired of drive-thru customers coming in with complaints. So today I visited Dunkin Donuts, Rt. 9 N, Manalapan and had a difficult time. Today I attempted to use my 2 free perks and mind you today was my expiration date (7/28/2016) so I had to use it or lose my free perks. So I ordered 2 large collatas and a bagel with cream cheese which was a DD PERKS OFFER FOR $1.49. This was at the drive up window. When I got to the window to receive my order the female cashier said my order was $12.27, I told her that was incorrect as the 2 collatas were DD perks that I earned. She said I didn't have any free perks when in fact I knew that I did. So not to hold the line up and a courtesy to the customers behind me I paid the $12.27 only to pull up to a parking space to locate the free perks. I located the 2 free perks so went back to the drive through to show the female cashier, it should be noted that I was not given a receipt for this purchase and was not provided with the DD perks offer for the Bagel with CC for $1.49. The cashier didn't know how to adjust the problem so a manager Serene got involved and asked me for my receipt, I told her I was not given a receipt and said absolutely nothing. She said I will take care of it. To make a long story short, Serene credited my DD card for $9.82 which is incorrect. It should have been $11.42. Since I was on a work break and wasted a lot of time as it was, I telephoned DD and spoke with Serene who told me to return to the establishment which I was unable to do. First of all, prior to her making the adjustment she should have asked me if I wanted the return of the difference in cash or credit my DD card. This is not my first encounter with this DD. I am done with DD. Now I have to inconvenience myself and return to DD to have the situation resolved. I will request that the amount due me ($11.42) be refunded to me in cash and no longer use DD and move on. read more

I'm going to have to knock a few stars off here. They seem to be so very busy all the time, and they don't have either enough staff ,or enough competent staff. First, the food person gave my order to the wrong person, then she tried to give me someone else's order. I explained to her it was the wrong order and she was very apologetic and made a new order. I did not watch her make it ( big mistake) because I had to go pick my coffees up from the coffee area. at this DD you can either make your own coffee or opt to have them make it. In the interest of time,since I was picking up multiple coffee orders ( for me & my coworkers) I opted to have them make the coffee for me. Big mistake! My coffee was bitter, the wrong flavor ( after the girl assured me it was toasted almond), and way too dark ( I couldn't even drink it!) When I got back to the office to my surprise, my bagel order was still incorrect! Needless to say, I was pissed! I like this location but they have to get it together! No one has time to run back to DD to re-request their correct order! #Lame read more

I usually stop in most mornings before taking my kids to school. I am Project Manager working full time out of my home office. This location does not have the friendliest staff but it is close to my kids school so I often stop. On my last visit, a women who appeared to be the manager walked up to me and proceeded to offer me spoiled bananas because according to her, she cannot sell them. I politely said "no thank you" and she gave me a look as if I shouldn't have refused them. I was the only black customer so I guess I appeared to her like I needed them more than anyone else. I wanted to ask her in a not so nice way 'Why don't you take them home ##%#%#%" but my kids were with me so I held my tongue. I make probably 10 times her salary comfortably working from home while she hustles into Dunkin Donuts everyday. I am not a snob but I hate racist pretentious people. I don't appreciate being treated differently because of the color of my skin. So no thank you, I definitely won't be returning. read more

I don't get the "self serve" dunkin donuts, but that's just me. Recently in the Monmouth/Ocean county area the Dunkin franchises have got their service down to a science and the lines always move fast. And they make your coffee for you. This location boggles my mind. I've been here twice in the past month. The first time was on a Saturday. I was next in line to purchase coffee, but the server turned his back & didn't even bother checking to see if anyone else came in. I walked out without a purchase. Today I needed to use their wifi, so I figured I'd support the store with a coffee purchase. There was one person on line ahead of me, and they were not being helped. This was odd, because we were on the so-called EXPRESS "coffee only" line, and there were 2 girls behind the counter, but neither wanted to acknowledge our presence. The staff here is amazing! This is probably my favorite DD around, and mainly because of the staff. Only once have I had something made wrong, and working close and in a busy store I hadn't gotten to taste my coffee till a good hour after, when I went back to ask them to change it, it was no questions asked and a new one was made. This one's in a really good location, easy to get to on Route 9 (the one on route 9 north in freehold's a tough turn with traffic going as fast as it does there), but it's larger and doesn't have a crowded feeling, even when there's quite the line. I had to use the restroom, and that was perfectly clean. The veggie cream cheese they serve on their bagels is delicious, and once I tried that here I don't have anything else on my bagels.
