Quality and customer service going downhill quickly. Have recently ordered at the store and via DoorDash lattes requesting lite ice as even with cost I should not have to pay almost $8 for a cup over half full of ice. Also not much espresso. Some staff try to help while others some act like it's a problem if you want your order correct. Other reviews are also correct in the coffee is bitter and watered down - that's why I had switched from Starbucks to Dunkin, so I guess on the hunt for a decent latte in the area again and probably won't find. read more

I arrived there today and asked for a headlight donut and was told they don't carry them. When I got to the window they didn't have all that I ordered ready, I had to tell them what was still missing. When I pulled away my hazelnut latte was bitter and once I started eating, I realized they gave me a chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry. I spent 24 dollars there and it was drive thru. It may be a Dunkin' Donuts, but it rarely has donut choices. Drive-thru is very slow and signage is difficult to read because it's dated and often not properly lit. Plenty of parking in very old and unkept lot. Inside store appears as best clean as humanly possible. Not a very pleasant overall look but friendly staff. read more

I do not recommend. They weren't even busy so I'm not really sure how the quality of this shake is acceptable at all. And it was over $7 for a small! Had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. On April 20th my husband, son and I ordered 3 milkshakes. After waiting at the window for about 7 minutes, a young blonde came to the window to inform us that the blender had broken. Naturally I asked for a refund. Upon returning our debit card out the drive thru window, this young and entitled child told me to "try a little human decency" and then told me to go f*uck myself. That night I filled out the customer survey. The next day I got an email from corporate apologizing and letting me know I will be hearing from the franchise owner within 48 hours. If not, I should let them know. Well, not only did I not hear from the franchise owner, but I replied to the corporate email to let them know and never heard back from them either. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. After every sleepover with my friends, me and my girls hop in our car and get dunkin to wake us up. We get the same things every time and we are rarely left disappointed. But today, was terrible. We entered the store and we ordered. We asked if they had any more donuts in the back and they very rudely told us whatever you see is what we have. So we ordered food and drinks. Then another woman walks in and she is told there is donuts in the back and she gets them. So we go back up to order the same donuts and are left with a ten minute wait. Our drinks come out and are pure milk with barely any coffee or sweetener, and when asked to change it, we were charged extra. When we finally get our donuts we are met with the worst donuts I have ever seen in my life. And I'm not kidding. They were stale and tasted like expired milk. The icing was painted on by a child. When we asked if they had sprinkles they said they were out. Of sprinkles???? Any way. I'm not one to leave a review like this but I was genuinely baffled with the state of despair this place left me in. Super rude employees that don't care. I went to the window ordering a large coffee with cream , I received the black coffee filled to the brim. I told the person at the window she looks hassled to add cream to my coffee. She hands it back with not so much as a smile or a sorry, just a cold stare. It was still dark brown so I asked for a little more. Her eyes must have rolled back and viewed her brain. Then she proceeded to take 3 minutes to add a little more cream to my coffee and while she was doing it a manager walked up. She hands me back a cup of cream with barely any coffee in it and she in the manager rolling her eyes and laughing about it. I will never go to the Fuquay location again. It would be nice if they hire professionals especially when it comes to managers. Inconsistent service. I can order the same beverage and it will taste different every time I go. Tables are frequently dirty and I have stood at the counter for several minutes without being spoken to on several occasions. Today the regular coffee tasted a little stale. Should have asked for a fresh cup but did not. When I went to take my last sip I was surprised with a mouthful of grounds. I went last weekend and numerous people were inside asking for their money back because they had waited more than 30 minutes for simple food. Their credit card machine was down, but I wasn't told that and the manager came out and accused me of not having any money and didn't handle the situation well at all. Occasionally you get a polite employee but most of the time they take forever to make a simple coffee when no one else is in line and there is no consistency with their business hours. They could say they'll be open until 10pm and then at 7pm the place will be shut down. We go to this Dunkin pretty regularly because it is close to the house. When we go we usually get a sweet tea and an unsweetened tea and a donut. However about 50-60% of the time they don't have unsweetened tea. It could be noon, it could be 4 in the afternoon like today it doesn't matter. It's one thing if it was right at close but completely unacceptable if it's before 7 or 8 at night. The comments are always the same, we're out. We can't make anymore. Yet all tea is unsweetened tea until you add the sugar, so It seems like it would be pretty dang simple to make. If the concern is you won't sell all of it make a full batch and split half as a sweetened batch. Really not that complicated. read more
