One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Delaware . The food is pretty much microwave so there's nothing to say about that. I'm one of the local mailman here and for some reason this is the third time I've come in. Placed an online order and have waited over 15 mins for my order. This time I just left smh. Customer service is unbelievably horrible and I can see why it has the rate it has. I don't know if it's management or the workers for both but this location should be under new management. I arrived at the location at 10:30 AM on a Saturday morning, and they had already run out of plain bagels. There are no other customers in store with eight employees working behind the counter. Service was extremely slow. By the time food was served. It was cold and the order was incorrect. The condiment section was empty and when I inquired at the front counter, they don't carry salt and pepper. This was a very disappointing experience, far from the typically high standards of the Dunkin' Donuts franchises. Additionally, the staff was rude and not well trained. Quick stop for drinks and snacks for the road. The drive-thru line was long, so we went inside. Clean restrooms, and the lone inside moved fast. Social distancing was enforced and the staff was friendly and got our order to us efficiently and accurately. Nothing worse then getting on the highway and re was a mistake. Hands down the worst Dunkin experience ever. Drive through people have no clue what customer service looks like. Asked to add a drink at the window, was told to go around and wait online agin.....alright. So I drove in a circle through the drive through once again and got back to the window to be handed a refresher with barely any ice in it. Ok- so I asked if they could put more ice in the cup. (Cue the eye roll and irritation) The window reopens to the staff laughing as a cup of ice (literally filed top to bottom) is passed out with a shot of a drink in it. Seriously? I immediately said something to the drive through person that it's not funny to do that, I paid for a drink, it's not funny to treat customers like that. She then told me she "didn't make the drink" but was clearly part of the moronic joke. I demanded the drink be remade and they did, once again laughing hysterically. I left and threw the drink away. The customer service here is complete trash. There were multiple crew members present for this, watching it, laughing or not doing anything about what was going on right in front of them. As a franchised location, the owner needs to re evaluate their hiring and training to be more conducive with what Dunkin's expectations of service are. I come here all the time for lack of other options, but to be honest I'd rather drive to Rehoboth for Dunkin' Donuts. Every time I order a sausage egg and cheese croissant the bread is basically charred beyond ability to eat. The coffee is generally how I order it, and that's about the only positive. I'm not sure any of the employees were trained on customer service. Their greetings are horrible if at all, they never tell you the total and expect you to read the drive through screen. Stopped in at 8 PM Nov 07 / Tuesday night for a to-go coffee. The place had no customers in the drive-thru or inside the store. The two girls working were talking in the back near the drive-thru window. One came up after we waited 5 minutes and stated I'll be right with you. She left. Resumed conversation with a co-worker. No order taken. I told my wife after 10 more minutes maybe we should go to the drive-thru to place an order. We got in the auto and as we arrive at the drive-thru window the two wouldn't turn to see me. Still in their conversation. I was pissed and squirted my water bottle at a closed window hoping to get attention. (Kind of immature on me) The worker finally acknowledges me, opens the window, and starts on the offensive "why did you squirt water on my window" I stated we waited inside, no help, so we came to the drive thru. I then stated, "you need to get to work" As I slowly drove off without making an order I was called "an Asshole" So much for customer service. Price went up due to Bidenflation. Whatever you order, just double-check to make sure it is correct. They are notorious for not completing orders correctly. Order an unsweet tea and almost every time, was given sweet. Ask for no lemon, you will get lemon. My hotel was right next to this dunkin and so i figured i'd get coffee in the morning. i ordered a french vanilla cappuccino, a vanilla cream cold brew, and an americano. the line up to the speaker was fairly swift. when i got there they had a cold cappuccino even though i marked it hot on the app. i also had it with 5 flavor swirls of vanilla. my girlfriend told them it was supposed to be cold and the worker rolled his eyes and told us to pull up into the parking lot. from there he brought a new cappuccino. when i took a sip it had absolutely no flavor and was just a cappuccino with 0 added anything. read more

This place just opened in Mar 2015 so they are still working out some bugs. Some of the staff is new but a couple came up from the associated shop in Millsboro. Shame the experienced staff cant be there 24/7/365 but I guess they need time to rest. In the many times I've been there since they've opened I've had pretty fair experiences both inside & out, I'm usually there at least 3 times a week, so fairly often. I also know & expect that a newly opened place has to work the bugs out & get the staff experienced. And they sure as heck beat the other coffee joint in the area. read more

I stop here on a pretty daily basis being its right on my way to work. I pretty much order the same thing every time i go. The last few times I have gone my coffee has been ice cold. The first time I tried a Dunkin' Donuts breakfast sandwich was at the one in Georgetown. I tried the sausage croissant twice now. The first time there was so much pepper and salt it tasted like eating sand. Each time the egg was thin and bland, the croissant was dry and hard. The coffee is still one of the best around if you can get it fresh, but like any fast food joint sometimes it sits on a heater and get stale. I applaud them for being innovative having USB charging ports at the tables. It feel's like they're trying to be an authentic new age bagel shop but they're trying to play catch up from their donut roots. read more

The hot coffee is always amazing. Love dunkins coffee. But at this particular location, I have yet to receive a presentable or even fully prepared breakfast sandwich. I have given it a chance multiple times before writing a review because I thought maybe it was just someone on that shift that did not do a good job. But it has happened the last four out of four times that I have gone through the Dunkin' drive through. I received breakfast sandwiches with cheese not even melted and they told me they don't melt the cheese, which is incorrect because every other location has given me melted cheese. Then each time the bread has been either burnt or The sandwich simply has been thrown together just to get it through the window with a lack of concern for a presentation. For something this corporate someone really needs to look into the staff they have hired there because it is a shame with it being the only Dunkin in the area. read more

Best Dunkin' Donuts location in my opinion. I have been hooked on dunkin' for about 10 years now. I frequent these stores enough to where at one point I had 3 locations that knew me by the sound of my voice at the drive thru. I purchase coffee 5-6 days a week from dunkin locations, this being my most frequented store. I am an iced coffee fan, so my rating is based on that, not hot coffee. But, I will say out of all of the locations (I am comparing both Delaware and when I have traveled out of state), this location is the most consistent in their brews being good quality coffee that actually tastes like coffee and not water. Both the regular iced and dark roast are good. I would list Milford (highway location) right behind the Georgetown store when it comes to their iced coffee quality. Any food I have ordered has always been good, and the donuts have been really fresh over the last few months. The staff is friendly and I enjoy my interactions with them. I'm not sure how the one person that left the review claiming Rehoboth Beach store is better than this one came to that conclusion, because all of their iced drinks there taste like water. I have even paid extra at that location for espresso, KNOWING their drinks are weak, and that tasted like water too. In fact, being honest, most dunkin' locations, the iced coffee does taste like water, but this crew at Georgetown (and milford, highway) is doing something right, because their brews are always on point. A racist place. The cashier got side tracked and didn't give me my donuts. When I waited and then asked for them, she said "really? I didn't give them to you?" two times and looked around as if to see where I was hiding them. When I explained to her (hoping it would help her recall her steps) that she just walked away after my transaction for some reason unknown to me without giving me my donuts, she reluctantly gave me my donuts and kept looking around/behind me. When I turned around to leave, the customer behind me told me loudly to "chill out and go back home." It was a bad customer service from the cashier and a racist place.
