I'm not sure why this Dunkin' has such poor reviews. I stopped by on my way from Boston to Monadnock and it was really just your average spot, conveniently located off the highway. The outside had a really unique look to it. I'm guessing the building used to be a bank or some kind of municipal building. The interior was clean and looked just like any other Dunkin. The service here was quick and the staff were friendly. It wasn't too busy, even on a Saturday morning, but not sure if it gets more crowded during the weekdays. If you're in search of a coffee, this place is as good as any! Of course, you can also grab a donut or any of their other typical menu items. Staff was very friendly however they were out of about half of the donut types. I would recommend going here but only early in the morning so you can actually get what you want. Otherwise, you risk wasting your time, especially if you don't like most donut types. read more

What a great Dunkin's location! I've become a regular here over the past few months and have never had a bad experience! All the baristas know my usual order and are always friendly and cool. I was actually inspired to write this after going last night as they were closing and getting to see first hand the intensity and professionalism of the two employees doing the closing routine. Dealing with those tasks and working at learning the new computer system, these two still found a way to get my coffee in my hand and send me on my way smiling. So here's to you Gabby and Emily!! This Dunkin Donuts should be SHUT DOWN by the Board of Health. My Grandson and I stopped by here from out of town and needed to use the Restroom. Disgusting to say at a minimum! The Bathroom was FILTHY SMELLY and Looked as though it had not been cleaned in a Vety Long time. This does not leave one feeling as though Hygiene in a Food Service Industry ranks very High! . It's a Dunkin Donuts.. in New England. Pretty standard, usually consistent, but I'm discovering that I have to make sure to double check my orders from this Dunkin more and more now. I don't eat fast food or buy coffee much, so when I do, I sort of consider it a treat. Last two times, weeks apart I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel... and end up with sausage. First time, fine, I was disappointed, the sausage tasted terrible, but I was already on the road and sucked it up and gave them a pass for what I thought was a one time slip up. However, it happened again today. Did they redefine the definition of BACON!?!?! I don't like sausage, another breakfast ruined and it was too late to turn around and get it fixed. Ruined the start of my day enough to come here to post about it. Then there's the repeatedly sub par coffee. Most the time I suck it up and drink it, but one was SO bad that I'm pretty sure they used sour cream since the whole thing was sour and completely undrinkable. Now I've started smelling for sour coffee and will need to start checking my orders before leaving. I shouldn't have to be doing this.... read more

Weird experience 8:00 at night, getting a quick latte. 23rd pd December. No one in front of us no one behind us . They asked us to move up after we got to the pick up window. We waited for a while and then realized it was taking to long. When we reversed back to see what's taking so long we saw the guys laughing. We told them we would prefer our money back, at this stage we got suspicious. He told us he can't do that because there is no manager. We ended up leaving, we felt very uncomfortable. I stopped at the Harvard, MA Dunkin's location on Monday, 2/22, a few minutes before 6:30pm. Hours for this location are until 9:00pm per the website. The door was locked so I went to the drive-thru. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged, but when I was, the girl working was very rude. It was clear that I was an inconvenience for her. I asked for two bagels and was told they don't serve breakfast??? A young man then got on the microphone who was very rude as well. He said there were only two of them there and they close in 30 minutes so they couldn't serve me food. I understand that the hours may vary from the website due to COVID, but according to the rude young man, they were still open for another 30 minutes, and yet the door was already locked & they couldn't serve me? If you're open until 7, you're open until 7. I ended up just leaving, and as I was pulling out, I could see a lady trying to get in the locked door. Hopefully she just got back in her car and left, and didn't want breakfast! I typically only do reviews when they're positive because there aren't enough of those, but this was a terrible customer service experience that needed to be noted. read more

I had not been to this DD for years as I no longer live in the area but decided to stop for an iced coffee, which are usually good. I made the mistake of ordering a breakfast sandwich and, just as I remembered from years ago, they still don't toast the English muffin at all. I simply don't understand how this DD's (and many for that matter) serve a sandwich with an English muffin that was barely warmed at best. Yuk. So, my 2 stars are for the iced coffee and convenient drive through. read more

I just stop here annually after apple picking up the road (Doe Orchards). You don't want much from a Dunks, right? Quick service, good coffee, clean restroom. Too bad about their service and coffee. They were slow, probably because the store was slow. As for the coffee, I ordered a small decaf pumpkin with cream and sugar and I'm pretty sure what I got was a medium regular pumpkin coffee with cream and Splenda. Dunkins near or in bigger cities are the fastest and done right. Maybe once in a while they'll slip up but it happens. Now in this area (Havard, Ayer, Shirley, etc) are smaller town mentalities. They're always short handed and sometimes busy. So with that being said... This Dunkin isn't bad but I'm there at 6am. My order was always correct and the coffee is done right most of the time except yesterday. They usually are pretty personable but sometimes it's a bad day. I wouldn't want that job for sure. I go to this DD alot, just because of it's location, it's easy for me. Although, I never seem impressed. I always have to ask them to add something to the coffee because they never put enough cream in it, or they make your order wrong. Some of the ladies that serve you are very rude, and what DD stops serving onion bagels!!!!! NO MORE ONION BAGELS!!!???? Give me a break, most of the time your request one, they are sold out, so why would you stop carrying something that people want???? This place used to be pretty good, one of my favorite DDs but lately it's gone downhill. I still love the croissants but lately the drive thru is taking forever and they are putting almost NO cream cheese on the bagels. I drove through the drive-thru recently and could see through the window a big, heavy girl. She had a shirt on that was way too small. Her belly and fat was showing. I can't believe this is tolerated in the food industry. The Board of Health should be notified of such disgust. Kimberly is so right, every time I get iced coffee here there is not enough ice or too much cream, or no sugar when you ask for extra.
