I recently traveled to this location to spend some reward points from Dunkin. I ordered the small hash browns which were burnt on the outside and mushy on the inside. The breakfast wraps were decent but not very flavorful. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and that was prepared as expected. The service was easy, I pulled up to the speaker and mentioned I ordered through the app. I was sadly told that the French apple donuts I wanted were out. I asked for them to remove those items but was told it was not possible, so I replaced it was a Boston cream, which was obviously delicious. I didn't go inside the store but the parking and driveway was a bit narrow and plenty of potholes. Workers were nice though. Just not the quality I would expect from a world renowned business. read more

I am impressed I have came all times of the day 5AM, 1PM 5PM and always the same service. Worst DD I've been to Ever. I've been living in the area for 5 years and this is the only DD I pass by. I go at least once a week, mostly Sundays and it never fails to get my order wrong. Coffee is cold, I asks my order the same way each time and it's never right. Service is terrible. You wait a long time (15 mins +) inside, and they always tell me to pull over to wait for my order in the drive thru. Please someone who know how to manage a DD save this place. Normally always Fresh but the Service could use improving! I come here frequently and their coffee is usually hit or miss. Sometimes It's super bitter and other times it can be tolerated. The baked goods seem to at least be fresh but they seem to run out of everything really quick. Seems like you have to figure out the best time to come and stick with it. Had the best service the other night from this nice older woman. She was a refreshing change from the young people that work there that pay no attention to what is going on. This restaurant is one of the absolute worst restaurants, in all of Hazleton and surrounding areas! Not only does it not even come close to fitting the description of "fast food", as I waited almost 30 minutes in their drive through yesterday morning, just to order, but it would have been even longer of a wait, but I chose to leave as I was expected at work. When things are moving at a normal pace and you actually get to place your to go order, good luck getting it warm (if that is how it is to be served) and count your blessings, if it is right. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and received a BAG FULL of cream cheese on one occasion and on another, ordered (1) breakfast sandwich and received (3) breakfast sandwiches. I actually don't like giving completely bad reviews but I have recently started paying attention to other reviews and feel it is a good idea to leave them. I have to agree with everyone here that left reviews. This place is very hit or miss. I use to think that all Dunkin Donut places were the same taste wise and then I visited here and realized that was not the case. They service is slow and their decaf coffee is never great. Would like to give no stars but you can't. Never and I repeat never do business with them again. On a Thursday morning I called and placed a rather large order for a Friday morning breakfast. I needed 3 dozen donuts and 18 bagels plus cream cheese. I repeated the order and said I would pick it up Friday Morning at 6:15. Arrived to a mess and a line and angry customers who were being told we don't have this and we are out of that and we can't cook and sandwiches. In between the lady at the counter kept walking back to talk to someone. When it was finally my turn at 6:40 I was told there was no order ready and they didn't have any bagels to give me. I also had to listen to her tirade about how she wasn't supposed to be at work yet but that nobody there knows how to do their job. The Boston cream had a thumb crushed into it and the coffee was half a cup of milk with some coffee. I was really looking forward to the fine cup of coffee Dunkin offers. I generally don't write reviews, BUT! I go to this dunkin donuts on average 1-2 times per week. ( I work in a coffee shop & this is my usual quick stop while running errands) However, EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL! I am served the incorrect item that I did not ask for. I ask every single trip for vegetable cream cheese and without fail, I have YET to receive what I requested on my bagel. It's veggie cream cheese for crying out loud, you smother it in regular cream cheese, why can you not do it with the SAME THING but with veggies?! Also, I have never been asked my order just once, the person asking generally asks me to repeat it 3-4 times before they ask me to pull around. ONLY TO NOT RECEIVE what I had asked for. Even at the window where they give you your food they ask again. I had an experience at this location where and employee was frustrated with the computer system and cussed over the head set to me trying to place my order. I usually love a good foul mouth, but it's unappreciated when I'm just trying to order a coffee that no matter how many times its repeated will still turn out incorrect. I was all for increasing the minimum wage to $15 an hour (a livable wage) until I experienced this place. A business ran by completely inept individuals. Today I had high hopes my order was going to turn out RIGHT because I only had to repeat myself two times, but I was wrong.
